Since the 11th of April, Athens IMC and 98FM radio station are under repression by the State. In particular, the rector of Athens Polytechnic School, Simos Simopoulos, unplugged their internet connectivity, thus disabling access to servers hosted in university premises. While the authorities insist upon this gagging, the self-organized projects of Athens IMC and 98fm radio station claim their political right to transmit freely through the Polytechnic campus.
In a large assembly on Saturday 13/4 in Athens, both collectives informed people of latest developments, and it was decided to call for a week of nationwide and international actions of solidarity with Athens IMC and 98FM radio station, from the 15th to the 21st of April 2013.
Also, in Athens, a protest gathering was scheduled for Monday 15/4 by 9am at the central square of Zografou campus.
Spread this message to anyone willing to act in defense of antagonist infrastructure and freedom of expression. This is a political attack and will be answered accordingly.

The left-radical group TŘÍDNÍ VÁLKA (CLASS WAR) based in Czech Republic, sent us the new text they have released about the situation in Egypt. You can find the links below to their blog with downloadable PDF file.
Everyone, whatever he says, whatever he does, takes part in the class struggle… Either in an active or a passive way… While developing and deepening it or while denying it… As a subject of his own existence or as an object of his survival under the dictatorship of value… In the camp of the proletariat or that of the bourgeoisie… As a human being or as a useful idiot of capital… “The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles.” (Karl Marx) Read the rest of this entry »
To the conscious minds who fight in the struggle in the street around the globe…
It is so naive to think about a generalized rebellion when what the poor people have done for centuries has been to submit themselves to norms and be passive waged slaves, with passive bodies, making the dominant class as well-stocked as ever, dictating norms and laws made for it to keep enriching itself with the consent of a people used to being submissive to the point of stupidity, always hoping for a crumb for their submissiveness.
Where are the insurgents? … In communities, neighborhoods, universities, high schools, etc. How many ready to take up the struggle in all of its aspects? … always very few. What is needed is to grow in determination and conviction, since we know that the bourgeoisie is and will be a strong and powerful enemy. In the class struggle we are many more, but they can count on the authorization and protection of the State, therefore they possess state of the art technology, with the servile protection of the police minions and with everything at their disposal. They guard and protect their possessions with tooth and nail, but we should use everything to demolish them. Read the rest of this entry »
ONE LESS ENEMY OF FREEDOM – LETS DANCE ON HER GRAVE!
To celebrate the news of Thatcher’s death we smashed the front windows of the Conservative Club on Fishponds Road in Bristol in the early hours of this morning.
No matter how many tributes to a “great woman” appear in the media, we will never remember her as anything other than a vicious tyrant who rolled out the aggressive free market capitalism that flourishes today. The only good politician is a dead one!
Even compared to politicians in general Thatcher was one of the most hated figures in recent UK history, which is why she was under armed guard 24 hours a day until her death in the five star Ritz hotel. She led an all out assault on living conditions of the “underclass” she so openly despised, entrenching and enriching the ruling classes. We are only a few of the thousands upon thousands who are lining up to piss on her grave.
The response in Bristol to her death was immediate. The night the news broke there was a large street party in Easton to celebrate. When cops arrived to break it up they were met with bricks, bottles and burning barricades, injuring several state thugs and damaging a police vehicle. Our thoughts are with the arrested and the many more who defied the riot squad and their “pacifist” allies.
We attacked the club where Thatcher’s arse lickers hang out, but don’t get us wrong – political parties are only one face of the global dominant order. The same system of exploitation they represent churns on regardless of who hold office. Thatcher’s day saw forceful revolt against her regime (the miners strike, the poll tax rebellion and more), and today’s rulers can be sure that they also face our fury.
Thatcher actively supported and defended Pinochet’s military dictatorship in Chile. Under the new economic dictatorship of democracy, rebellious students, Mapuche indigenous warriors and anarchist-subversives continue to be persecuted by the same fascist-era laws. We greet Marcelo, Juan and Freddy in Santiago high security dungeon, solid social fighters since the time of Pinochet’s rule, and those targeted by the Chilean state’s latest frame-up who are held in Temuco women’s prison (also the scene of a recent riot).
Finally, our team takes responsibility for the recent arson on a police 4×4 in a garage off Pennywell Road in Easton. These servants of the state should never be safe on the streets from our attack, here as in Moscow, Cairo or Montreal.
Eco-Camp is an activity organized by Mobile Anarchist School with the help by Local Autonomous Network (LAN) both active in the Philippines. Last April 2012 was the first camping held in Tanay Rizal, Philippines. It was attended by various collectives and individuals totaling around 40 people who participated the various activities and discussions in the camp. The objective of the eco-camp was to discuss the different issues confronting our current society and to find solidarity actions that can help expose and popularize our issues.
After series of activities in 2012, the LAN decided to expand its activities on ecological issues due to concrete manifestation of the crisis impacting the archipelago.
The second eco-camp gathering was organized by LAN and the Mobile Anarchist School in March 2013 to heighten our education campaign and to strengthen the relationship with other affinity groups and build an international network better able to work towards intensifying our impact by making solidarity actions globally. Tonight, i heard bloody maggie living in the UK passed away.
One of the most brutal bloody monster’s death might be celebrated by most of the people on this planet, however, still now, other brutal bloody monsters live on this planet. So, la batalo continuos… No pasaran. Thanx. In struggle against the poverty & bastards.
Above picture: Dead paedophile Sir Peter Morrison with Margaret Thatcher. A close aide to Thatcher, a Member of Parliament for Chester, named as an abuser by residents of children’s homes in nearby North Wales. Morrison was Parliamentary Private Secretary to Margaret Thatcher, leader of her campaign team in the Conservative leadership election of 1990 and a deputy chairman of the Conservative Party. Despite the massive internal security war being conducted against the domestic opposition and externally against the Irish Freedom Fighters, the security services allowed paedophiles this close to Thatcher and record-breaking paedophile and child procurer Jimmy Saville was her close friend: a regular visitor to her country home at Chequers and Christmas dinner guest. Thatcher would have known about the systematic abuse of hundreds of young boys and girls over decades. Rot in hell bitch.
Above picture: Margaret Thatcher with her friend and ally, the genocidal dictator General Suharto of Indonesia. US and British governments helped Suharto to power and backed his authoritarian regime. The workers and peasants unions were eradicated with the knowledge and support of Thatcher. Estimates of the death toll caused by Suharto’s repression range from half a million to three million. No-one has ever been held to account for this appalling deed.
In Chile, Thatcher backed a 17 year military dictatorship ruled by General Pinochet which deposed the leftist president Allende and a reported 1,200–3,200 people were killed, up to 80,000 were interned, and up to 30,000 were tortured by his regime including women and children. Pinochet was close to Thatcher and she intervened on his behalf when he was held in Britain for war crimes. Massive spontaneous street demonstrations broke out throughout the country upon the learning of his death. At least 200,000 Chileans (about 2% of Chile’s 1973 population) were forced to go into exile. Additionally, hundreds of thousands left the country in the wake of the economic crises that followed the military coup during the 1970s and 1980s. Some of the key individuals who fled because of political persecution were followed in their exile by the DINA secret police, in the framework of Operation Condor, which linked South American military dictatorships together against political opponents.

Absolution for the May 29 defendants! No highway through TIPNIS! Freedom for all prisoners!
On May 29, 2012, 13 people were arrested by police in La Paz, Bolivia.
All of them were connected to anarchist participation in the defense of TIPNIS, an indigenous territory and national park. The 13 were accused of a series of arsons, bombings, and sabotage claimed by the Informal Anarchist Federation-International Revolutionary Front (FAI-FRI). The actions, occurring from September 2011 to May 2012, targeted government buildings, banks, car companies, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and animal industries. Some of the attacks were claimed in solidarity with the struggle to defend TIPNIS, others in solidarity with comrades facing repression in Chile, others in support of animal liberation. This is a call-out to anarchists across the world, asking comrades to break all friendly relations with OARS, the Anarchist Organization for Social Revolution (La Paz, Bolivia).
The reasoning is simple: they are snitches, and they openly justify snitching as a part of their “social revolution.” After being arrested on May 29, 2012, four members of OARS snitched on other anarchists. Nine months later, two of the anarchists they snitched on are still being held in prison and one more is under house arrest (this third prisoner was rewarded with house arrest after also snitching). They are faced with the serious accusations of Terrorism and Attempted Murder. No evidence implicates any of the three, except for the testimony of OARS members (and later the testimony of the third detainee who snitched one month after OARS members claimed she was a terrorist). “As I’ve already stated during the previous trial and in the texts I’ve released over time, I stood beside my comrades in the Fire Cells Conspiracy as anarchist in solidarity, but without being a member of the Conspiracy.
From the first moment of my arrest, after exchanging gunshots with the pigs in Pefki, my comrades in the Conspiracy stood beside me as brothers and sisters. Inside prison, we have shared concerns, anxieties, and tensions. We forged our passion from steel—a passion for freedom—after the escape we attempted together in December 2011.
For me, right now the Fire Cells Conspiracy is already an inseparable part of my thinking, my desires, and my personal rebellion for anarchy. Therefore, here in these courts of yours, I declare that as of today I am joining the Fire Cells Conspiracy, and I share the endless path of anarchist insurrection together with the imprisoned members and those who haven’t been arrested….”
Pavel Krivonosov is one of the accused of the fabricated case. He is a social activist, a musician and anarchist. As the set-up has been going for a while, number of charges passed the statute of limitations and were tossed out from the court – political “extremist” charges included. However, he is accused still according to part 2 of the statute 213 of the Russian criminal codex (hooliganism committed with a group of people), which carries a maximum sentence of 7 years in prison. On April 3rd, 2013 the judgment on the Revolutionary Struggle case was a slight improvement of the prosecutor’s proposal. The court’s decision on the Revolutionary Struggle case:
Defendants who have denied participation in the organization
- Acquittal of Marie Beraha, Sarantos Nikitopoulos and Kostas Katsenos of all charges (on benefit of doubt).
- Conviction of Vaggelis Stathopoulos and Christoforos Kortesis for alleged participation in the organization.
Admitted members of Revolutionary Struggle
- Acquittal of Nikos Maziotis, Pola Roupa and Kostas Gournas of the accusation of ‘directing a terrorist organization.’
- Conviction of Nikos Maziotis, Pola Roupa and Kostas Gournas for ‘simple synergy’ with the actions of Revolutionary Struggle (without a shred of evidence concerning their involvement in specific actions, but rather applying the Nazi principle of joint liability).
To sum up, Revolutionary Struggle member Nikos Maziotis was sentenced to 86 years’ imprisonment; his sentence was merged into 50 years. Revolutionary Struggle members Pola Roupa and Kostas Gournas were both sentenced to 87 years; each sentence was merged into 50 years and 6 months. For all three of them, the maximum prison term is 25 years (which are typically served either as a full sentence or by day wages in prisons, or after the completion of 3/5 of the prison term, when a prisoner can be granted conditional release under specific conditions).
Vaggelis Stathopoulos and Christoforos Kortesis were sentenced to 8 and 7 years’ imprisonment, respectively. The sentence against Vaggelis Stathopoulos was merged into 7 years and 6 months.
In addition, for all five convicted anarchists, the judges’ decision provided for deprivation of their political rights (5 years for the three admitted members of Revolutionary Struggle, and 3 years for the other two anarchists), as well as non-suspensive effect of appeal.
While Nikos Maziotis and Pola Roupa are on the run, Kostas Gournas, Vaggelis Stathopoulos and Christoforos Kortesis were immediately taken to prison. The militant slogans of the audience and the clenched fists of the three anarchist fighters were the last moments of the trial.
Solidarity with all anarchists imprisoned or persecuted by the Greek State! The battle for freedom is far from over.
Long live Revolutionary Struggle!
In this session appeared again the head of the Anti-terrorist force who had organized most of the oppressive operations against the CCF. At some point of his testimony he mentioned there are publications which target him and members of his family, this is why he asked for the trial minutes in order to file lawsuits. Also, he mentioned once more that the CCF is a network of autonomous cells of direct action. More specifically he said that each cell can consist of 4-5 people, while he referred to a recent hit (the blowing up of an atm in order to expropriate it), the responsibility of which was claimed by the cell of FAI “lone wolf”.
Session 35, March 22nd.
In this session the head of the anti-terrorists testified about the arrests in Pireus, Nea smirni and Kallithea, about weapons and explosives.
Session 36, March 27th.
In this session continued the testimony of the head of the anti-terrorist concerning the weapons and explosives found in Nea Smirni and the arrests which took place there, in Pireus and in Kallithea. At some point he even mentioned in the court that the minister of protection of the citizen (public order) was informed of he operation by the anti-terrorists, and it was he who gave the order for the arrests. The head of the anti-terrorists also confirmed that during the first oppressive operation against the CCF (halandri case 2009) an arrest warrant had gone out for a non-existing person, a fact that proves the witch-hunt set up against people who had nothing to do with the CCF. Besides, in the frames of the arrests that took place for the CCF, not only the comrades of the Conspiracy have been arrested but also dozens of irrelevant people.
Session 37, March 29th.
In this session the comrades of the Conspiracy did not appear in the court and sent a statement in which they refused to appear as a minimal act of reaction to the military style raid of the EKAM (special forces) the night before in the cells of Koridallos prisons. We must point out here that the night before there was a raid by the armed EKAM in the prisons and more specifically in the 1st wing where the comrades of the Conspiracy are being held. All cells were open and cops came in with their bulletproof shield and pointing their guns, led the prisoners out in the hall with their hands over their heads and then cuffed them. The hooded ones of the EKAM showed special treatment to the comrades of the Conspiracy, who they separated from the other prisoners and held alone. Also, the search in the cells of the CCF was done by the EKAM, contrary to the others who were searched by regular prison guards.
The next day (the day of the court) the comrades together with the other prisoners refused to return to their cells in the afternoon as a reaction to the cops raid. The continuous raids being carried out in the prisons are because of the noise caused by the recent escape of the 11 from Trikala prisons. Also, about a month ago the Media had made an extensive report about escape plans with a helicopter, which according to the journalists was being organized by the members of the CCF from inside prison.
Solidarians to the CCF
All decisions, when it’s a question of freedom, contain death within them. We, through this death, must attain life: a deep breath before the endless journey.
An armed clash took place in Pefki between two anarchists and the police force.
Two of their dogs, Leontopoulos and Drosos, tried to arrest me and my comrade. Our response was armed resistance and the rejection of surrender, with the goal of preserving our freedom, which—as anarchists—we value so much.
The results are well-known: my comrade escaped by stealing a patrol car, while I was wounded and arrested. Also wounded were the two police officers, whom I fired at first, managing to catch them by surprise. Without any doubt, if the pigs had died and the two of us—my comrade and I—had remained unharmed, we would have gotten away.
Additionally—regardless of the fact that my operational priority was to disengage and escape—it would be an honor for me if at the same time I had the blood of two police officers on my hands, not just because they were going to arrest me, but simply and solely because they were police officers. International revolutionary solidarity with anarchist companera Sol F. Vergara (Chile)
Our dear companera Sol was pointed out by power and accused of the attack on the miserable Banco Estado security guard Rolando Vargas Fuentes, in which 4 bullets were fired as a gesture of revenge for the murderous shots that another of his colleagues fired at the anarchist companero Sebastian Overluij, which slew him. See also here.
Pola Roupa, Nikos Maziotis, Kostas Gournas are imprisoned anarchist comrades in Greece who have taken responsibility, as well as of slain comrade Lambros Foundas, of membership of the Revolutionary Organisation - Revolutionary Struggle. Their actions and their articulate anarchist analysis of capitalism and their high hopes for social revolution press a question to each reader who is ready to rebel and embrace their freedom. On 24 October 2011 their trial began. You can find updates about the process translated into English here and here. Update: N. Maziotis was captured after an armed clash with police in Athens. P.Roupa and their baby-son, Victor Lambros are still in clandestinity. Find further news here.
"This pamphlet is a meeting point of comrades from all over the world. An imaginary meeting since the walls and bars of the prisons where we are temporarily keep our bodies hostage. But our meanings remain free, escape from the cells of prison and are expressed with words continuing to provoke authority.
Words that still smell of fire and gunpowder, words which carry with them all of our hate for the system, words unrepentant and armed, words which transfer stresses and desires, words which break the isolation of prison, words full of passion for the mutiny we want to continue, words from Chile, Mexico, America, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Indonesia..."CCF
The so-called "Security Case" concerns our revolutionary comrades Juan Aliste Vega, Marcelo Villarroel Sepulveda, and Freddy Fuentevilla Saa, who are currently held captive in prisons of the Chilean State. Some background info. See also here.
