NO TAV – ‘Rebel or Fuck Off’ by comrades of Bologna (Italy)

February 13th, 2012

This is a communiqué written by comrades in Bologna:

Rebel or fuck off

On 27th June the forces of order evicted the Free Republic of the Maddalena [in Val Susa] in order to start the works for the construction of the high speed railway. Hundreds of NO TAV people opposed directly the military occupation of the territory. On 3rd July 70,000 people assaulted the TAV yard in Val Susa. A very special yard, as no worker could be found there but antiriot troops and police were entrenched there. This is an outstanding example of devastation of the environment, and of the interests of big capital and the mafia that goes along it. On 26th January the State arrested 32 comrades all over Italy ‘for the events of those days’. An operation that means just one thing: active resistance against infrastructures, powers, armed forces and institutions that rape and impoverish the planet is considered illegal. Solidarity with the NO TAV struggle from anarchists of Trento and Rovereto (Italy)

February 13th, 2012

This is the text of a poster that was fly-posted in Trento and Rovereto (northern Italy) in solidarity with the people arrested on 26th January following a police operation against the NO TAV movement in the Susa valley.

MORE VALLEYS LESS MONTI

(Monti is the current Italian prime minister, but the word also translates as ‘Mountains’).

Repression can’t stop the struggle

In the early hours of Thursday 26th January a massive repressive operation led to the search of 52 people all over Italy, 26 were jailed and a dozen submitted to various restrictive measures, from house arrest to bans on leaving one’s place of abode and bans on staying in Turin. The charges – resistance to the forces of order, violent disorder and causing serious damage – refer to the resistance against the eviction of the Free Republic of the Maddalena on 27th June and to the mass storming of the TAV blockhouse on 3rd July. 3rd Anarchist Series of Gatherings happened at Etniko Bandido Infoshop (Philippines)

February 12th, 2012

3rd Anarchist Series of Gatherings happened at Etniko bandido Infoshop is quite a success. Almost 20 people came to participate in this event from freelance artist to the volunteers of Food Not Bombs and some close friends. Even some foreign visitors who are in the Philippines for a holiday gave their time to witness this small but informative activity.

Some artist who made an 5”x7”inches artwork display their magnificent master pieces on the wall of the space for public viewing so the people will have a chance for a free look and appreciate art at its best.

A couple from Marinduque Indymedia Center gave a workshop and present a film/documentation about their travel in three different side of Asia such as Thailand, Indonesia and Japan as part of their ASIA INDY TEST Project. The film interview that their document in one of the Anti-Authoritarian Gathering in Medan,
Indonesia which they show to us was a bit inspiring. They share their experiences on this supposedly one week activity and made a lot of comments regarding the event. Also a film about their talk in one of the conference in Thailand was also good. After the film presentation a video/photography workshops takes place. The workshop did not go any further but still it was nice that somehow we learn so much despite of a short time workshop.

After all of this informative presentation and skill sharing activity, an awaiting party heads on till midnight.

2nd Fragment – The Anarchist and Amoral Anti-Judicial Attitude

February 7th, 2012

Click for PDF Version

The right to defence

‘This is the magic of the extreme. The seduction that exercises all what is extreme. We the anti-moralists, we are the extremists’. i

The free spirit – the anarchist nihilist is advancing and going over.
The formal systems of reference, given by the judging organs, establish the role of the defendant. In this way the base of the moral and judicial monster is established in an organic way.
To dismantle and knock down the ‘pillars’ of the law-judgement means to eviscerate its inferior abyss until its fragments can be found in a hidden way. Read the rest of this entry »

Attack against President Karolas Papoulias’ home in downtown Athens (Greece)

February 6th, 2012

From athens indymedia via contrainfo:

4 February 2012

Late on Saturday evening, February 4th, a group of hooded comrades carried out a direct action outside the house of the President of Greece, in Asklipiou Street, throwing sticks and stones on his residence. They were chased in Zoodochou Street, Exarchia, by motorcycle police units who fired flash-bang grenades. All comrades fled running.

Responsibility claim:

On Saturday, February 4th, at 20.00 in the evening, 60 solidaritarians attacked the personal guard, the guard booth and official vehicles outside the residence of the president of democracy Karolos Papoulias. Papoulias’ personal guard fled, and flyers were thrown at the spot in solidarity with the anarchists Stella Antoniou, Kostas Sakkas, Giorgos Karagiannidis and Alexandros Mitroussias.

The solidaritarians withdrew in coordinated pace from the place, which is located at short distance from the police headquarters. A few minutes later, a DELTA police motorcycle unit appeared, that used flash-bang grenades in an effort to reach the solidaritarians, but with no success.

Yesterday’s action was held in solidarity with Stella Antoniou and the other comrades accused for the same case, as a first response to the denial of her application for release on bail.

These actions will continue until Stella Antoniou is released from prison.

BAD PASSIONS – THE RIGHTS OF THE EGO : From an anti-Christian point of view

February 5th, 2012

‘Stop it! Those who speak like this are enemies of the people!’
A MAN (in the crowd)
From An Enemy of the People, H. Ibsen

Preface

It is advisable to make a detailed analysis of the anti-judicial thought in Max Stirner’s work The Ego and His Own, as it is full of contents on this question. I dare say it is a fundamental work for a theoretical study and an individualistic practice in the field of the law.

Stirner deals with the problem of the law in the first introductive pages, and he points out what the Ego (mark well, not the man), degraded to simple subject-citizen, is demanded not to do: ‘to be egoist’. Read the rest of this entry »

Parole is denied for Marco Camenisch (Switzerland)

February 3rd, 2012

The Zurich Office of Corrections denied the conditional release of Marco Camenisch. The 60 years old eco-anarchist prisoner is incarcerated since 20 years. At present, he’s in the prison of Lenzburg, Switzerland.

This January he went on a limited hunger strike to protest against the annual ‘World Economic Forum’ in Davos – a disgusting gathering of self-declared business and world leaders, culture industry wankers like Bono, and assorted rich arseholes. Two anarchist prisoners joined Marco’s protest: Silvia Guerini (prison of Hindelbank) and Luca ‘Billy’ Bernasconi (prison of Regensdorf). Read the rest of this entry »
