Antifascist Solidarity Needed in Liverpool on Saturday 21st July! (UK)

July 14th, 2012

At 13:00 on Saturday, 21st July, Liverpool Antifascists will be gathering at Combermere Street in the Toxteth area of the city. We then plan to march to the city centre, for a rally themed around ‘working class unity against racism and fascism’. Liverpool Antifascists would like to ask you to attend, or spread the word about the event if this is not possible. This will be a vital day for Liverpool activism, and even the city in general.

To understand why, it’s important to look at the background to this demonstration. In February, a gang of around two hundred fascists mobilised in the city centre, running amok, and forcing the Irish Republican Flute Band off the streets, before going on to hassle Occupy supporters on an anti-police brutality protest. This was a serious defeat for Liverpool activists, and it is vital that this is acknowledged, so that we can stop it happening again in the future. Read the rest of this entry »

Letter from compañero Mario Antonio López Hernández + Joint communiqué from anarchist collectives and organizations in solidarity (Mexico)

July 11th, 2012

Revolutionary solidarity to Mario – Stay free Felicity. [Original, Spanish-language source here English translation via slackbastard.]

Hello dear comrades, as you already will know (inside and outside of Mexico) I find myself hospitalized due to injuries to my shin, leg, and right arm. At the moment I’m “ok” given the situation, I am concerned about my health and am also concerned about several things which I’ll expand upon in a few points.

First the fact of writing now and not later. Well, this is easy because physically I have the ability to do so and because in the future when they charge or sentence me the control will be greater and communication will be more difficult. Read the rest of this entry »

Call for Solidarity with the Malalayang Traditional Fisherfolk’s Struggle Against Coastal Reclamation in Manado (Indonesia)

July 11th, 2012

Coastal Reclamation, a megaproject that began in the early 1990s, continues along the length of Manado Bay. New land is being created in the sea to host big business, such as the establishment of new shopping palaces, the mushrooming of the banking industry, and assorted entertainment spots for the weary workers. The area of new land created in the reclamation zone stretches to thousands of hectares, spread over several major developments.

During the course of this development, there has been sporadic resistance from traditional fisherfolk along the Manado coast. Then in 2009, fisherfolk resisting in different parts of the bay began discussions to create a network of communication and started to show direct solidarity each time a group of fisherfolk was faced with conflict. ‘Fundamental Principles of the Italian Criminal Trial’ by Federico Buono (Edizioni Cerbero)

July 9th, 2012

Nihilism is not only a contemplation of the vanity of things or the conviction that all things deserve to go in ruin; one puts oneself at work and ruins things… this is, so to speak, illogical; but the nihilist doesn’t believe in the constraint of being logic… it is the state of strong spirits and wills and they can’t stay motionless in front of the no ‘of the judgement’ – the no of action comes from their nature.
Annihilation through the hand indulges in the annihilation through the judgement.
1

FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES OF THE ITALIAN CRIMINAL TRIAL

1. THE PRINCIPLE OF EQUALITY (FORMAL AND SUBSTANTIAL)

It is the fundamental principle of the Italian law and as such it conditions necessarily all the supporters of the law. It is sanctioned by article 13 of the Constitution, according to which ‘all citizens have equal dignity and are equal in front of the law, without distinction of sex, race, language, political opinions, personal and social conditions (paragraph 1). Some thoughts on recent events in Munich (Germany)

July 9th, 2012

From Linksunten Indymedia:

- plus an incomplete chronicle of the last three years of actions.

As one might have read in the media, in the last weeks multiple attacks on various state institutions and symbols of the capitalist exploitation machine took place in Munich. Besides the actions which are now over inflated by police and media there have been yet other attacks which took place without public notice. As one can read read on linksunten.indymedia.org 3 cars of the Office for Housing and Migration were set on fire in February of this year. On another night numerous vending machines of the MVG (Munich Public Transport Authority) were sabotaged. These are just two examples of rage expressed against the ruling order which are consciously ignored and silenced by the media and cops. Read the rest of this entry »

Mikashevichi: Energy supply sabotaged at granite quarry (Belarus)

July 8th, 2012

325 receives and transmits:

On June 11th a booth that provided power to granite quarry in Mikashevichi (Belarus) was burnt by a group of dedicated earth liberation warriors. Resulting short circuit left quarry and nearby village in total darkness. It was a strange feeling to suddenly hear silence where just a minute before there had been constant industrial noise. To see stars in the sky that had been blocked out by quarry lights just moments before.

2 incendiaries (5 liters of gasoline each) were used for this action.

We salute imprisoned Belarus anarchists (Ihar Alinevich, Mikalai Dziadok, Aliaksandr Frantskievich) persecuted for their acts of sabotage against Lukashenko’s regime. This new act of sabotage on territory, occupied by Belarus state, is in your honour.

Words of gratitude to Ted Kaczynski. Your thoughts served as a light-beacon to us in this action.

To every anti-authoritarian and eco-activist: keep fighting, stay strong and free!

Thessaloniki: Letter from the 13 arrested comrades (Greece)

July 8th, 2012

Monday 2nd of July, 6 a.m

The pogrom operation of the Thessaloniki Police Headquarters begins… Executed by numerous cops of almost all kinds, under the leadership of the ‘State Security Police Department’. The new super-production of the Greek police contains invasions into houses and places where comrades work, as well as a spectacular invasion in Orfanotrofeio Squat and the arrest of people that were arriving in solidarity, from the streets nearby.

With the abstract pretext of investigation, all the arrested we are transferred into the police headquarters where we realize the existence of a ‘list’ of names, based on which some of us are being held and where numerous others names of comrades are being written. Read the rest of this entry »

Montreal: Solidarity with the G20 prisoners! (Canada)

July 8th, 2012

From Montreal Counter-information:

The month of June, 2012 marks two years since the G20 summit in Toronto and the courageous resistance shown to it. It also marks the sentencing of our comrade Charles Bicari to seven months behind bars for smashing the windows of two police cars, two stores and an ATM with a hammer. To mark the occasion, we spent a few evenings spreading anti-system and solidarity slogans with the G20 prisoners in the streets of Montreal.

Continued solidarity with the G20 prisoners!

No comrades left in the enemy’s prisons without a response!

Letter from Alessio Del Sordo (Italy)

July 2nd, 2012

From informa-azione.info

We receive and transmit this letter from Alessio Del Sordo, anarchist comrade and NO TAV prisoner detained in the prison of Turin.

HEAD DOWN

On 6th December 2008, an infamous cop murdered Alexis Grigoropoulos in the Exarchia neighbourhood in Athens. Following that infamy, attacks on the structures of power and their men took place all over Greece. Street clashes, cash machines destroyed, police stations assaulted. Exactly a year after Alexis’ murder, on 6th December 2009, in the vicinity of the spot where he was killed, a spontaneous march was repeatedly charged by antiriot cops on motorbikes, the Delta Corps, financed by the European Union and trained by Italian instructors. Letter from Stefano Fosco, one of the comrades of Culmine arrested on 13th June (Italy)

July 2nd, 2012

A bandit in a cage

Thanks to the warm support of the comrades of the Cassa Antirepressione delle Alpi Occidentali [Anti-repression Solidarity Fund of Western Alps], I communicate what follows:

On 13th June I was arrested in Pisa along with my comrade Elisa in the context of ‘Operation Ardire’ of the prosecutor from Perugia. The carabinieri ROS [Paramilitary police - Special Operations Unit] broke down our door and took me to the police barracks, where I was identified, subjected to DNA sample and heavily provoked. Later I was detained in the Don Bosco prison in Pisa. On 16th June I was questioned by the judge for preliminary investigation but – of course – I used the right not to answer. The next legal step will be the court of review. Read the rest of this entry »

First days of June, 2012

To the conscious rebels; to my companions scattered across the world:

A little more than a month has passed since everything changed for me that cold predawn of June 1st last year, and I believe that to not declare myself about it would be to play along with the game that has me here prisoner in the hospital of the Santiago 1 prison, and it would be a dishonor to myself, but above all to you my dear compañerxs who worry about me. Fragment – Parabola – Ope Legis (Edizioni Cerbero)

June 29th, 2012

The parabola Ope Legis is the existential abode of those who redeem their lives in the ordinary-order of life.

The parabola stops and nullifies any existential movement that pretends the negation of the juridical ‘law’ and the right to man’s moral rules.

This is in open conflict with social anarchists – who follow the path of the penal code any time the face of justice shows itself under the guise of a judge’s robes.

The Fragmentation of life in relativism is the essence of the Nihilist – wandering exception in a continuous becoming of the Chaos that destroys the absolute and that permeates human society.

In the destruction of man’s moral rules there is also the negation of the salvation through instruments aiming at a solely technical defence, which nullify all singularities.

Ahead with the nihilist attack and the destruction of any human-sentient rule:

A Nihilist attack against the body of the moral judicial monster…

Stockholm: Direct actions during the No Border camp (Sweden)

June 27th, 2012

Migrationsverket

From IMC:

19 & 24 June 2012

In the night of June 19, we targeted the office of Commuter Security Group situated in Solna (north of Stockholm)

We accuse CSG for providing « security » in Detention Centers in Sweden, participating in repression against migrants, especially in Marsta Detention Center, which has a capacity of 100 detainees.

By helping Swedish Migration board organizing imprisonment and deportation, CSG are involved in a global racist machine which every day murders and makes suffering thousands of people. Read the rest of this entry »
