Jock Palfreeman Solidarity Demo. Thursday 15th March 2012. 11am – 2pm. London
Demonstrate outside the Bulgarian Embassy in solidarity with Jock Palfreeman, the young Australian man who was set up by the Bulgarian police and criminal justice system after he stepped in to stop an attack on a young Roma in December 2007. Jock Palfreeman was sentenced in December 2007 to 20 years in Bulgaria’s notorious Sofia Central Prison. Read the rest of this entry »

Makassar Police Headquarters have finally charged our comrade Hidayat, who is accused of damaging Police outposts during a demonstration supporting the people of Bima. According to the police, Hidayat’s status has been changed to ‘accused’ because they have sufficiently strong evidence to justify this higher level. They also claim to have video and photo evidence.
By means of this communique we claim responsibility for the deliberate arson of two luxury vans last morning–the first at the intersection of Rawson and Diaz Velez in the Almagro neighborhood, totally destroying the vehicle, and the second at the intersection of Senillosa and Rondeau, Boedo, burning the van with partial damages.
This action is framed within gestures of international solidarity for with the prisoners of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, who have shown courage and consistency in their recent escape attempt, in solidarity with Eat and Billy, anarchist guerrillas belonging to the FAI captured in Indonesia, and in clear support of all the prisoners in war against authority, especially Freddy, Marcelo and Juan, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, Marco Camenisch… likewise in complicit wink to the comrades who beat up the enemy in the streets.
We take this occasion to reiterate that on December 20, approximately at 2:30 am, we left an incendiary/explosive device at the front door of the 3rd Precinct located at 1560 Tucuman, in vengeance for the fallen during the revolt of 2001 and in clear destructive feeling toward the servants of order. We released a communique to this effect at the time, to various mass media (which obviously censored it), but also to an internet page of the anarchist space, which it did not include for reasons we do not know of. [As LT explain in posting this release, the 12/20 communique must have been lost due to technical email problems since they do not censor these kinds of communication - transl.] From now on, we will send copies of our communiques to various anarchist sites, and another communique when the situation requires it to the mass media..
We reproduce below the [12/20] communique released at that time.
To continue the offensive with what we have at hand…
Against the anti-terrorist law, the biometric identification law,
and against all the laws, fire and gunpowder!!!
Death the gendarmeria, prefectura and every kind of police!!!
To not await any social consensus, to attack now and immediately what intends to destroy us, to position ourselves, to wage war!!!
Antagonist Cell for Complete Freedom / FAI – IRF
Communique from 12/20:
Last night, hours after the beginning of the new anniversary of December 20, we have deposited our rage embodied this time in a liter of gasoline and a good amount of black border at the door of the 3rd Precinct located at 1560 Tucuman st, under the very noses of the torturers. We carried out this action in vengeance for the fallen during the revolt of December 2001, but also in memory of Dario Santallan and Maximiliano Kostecky, later murdered during the command of the narco-trafficker Eduardo Duhalde, and in memory of all those murdered by the police in times of progressive democracy and applauded by the vast majority of the society. We, for ourselves, are not going to remain passive observing how they murder fighters in cold blood, however ideas may separate us, the practices of direct confrontation bring us close, as well as the sincerity in the struggle. To all those who in one way or another confronted and confront authority, this gesture is directed to them, DEATH TO ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES WHO IN A FEW HOURS WILL COME TO THE PLAZA DE MAYO WITH THEIR SHIT PACIFYING DISCOURSE, SHITTING ON THE MEMORY OF THE DEAD!! LONG LIVE LOOTING, DIRECT ACTION, ROBBERY, LONG LIVE ANARCHY!!! FOR PRECISION AND DEADLINESS IN OUR BLOWS!!!
With love for comrade Luciano Pitronello and the comrades of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire…
Solidarity with Sonja and Christian!
After 33 years in French exile, Sonja Suder, 79, and Christian Gauger, 70, were extradited to Germany on September 14, 2011. Christian was transported across the border in an ambulance! Sonja was jailed in Frankfurt-Preungesheim; Christian in a prison hospital. Christian, who suffered cardiac arrest in October of 1997 and has since been under constant medical and personal care, wasn’t released from detention until one month after his extradition; he now is forced to report to the cops twice per week. Sonja, who continues to be detained in Preungesheim, is likely the oldest woman in Europe awaiting trial in jail. Prosecutors brought charges in November and are planning to bring the cases to trial in 2012.
A Long Tradition of Resistance
As part of the political left, the Revolutionaere Zellen (Revolutionary Cells, RZ) started tackling the revolutionary perspective in the BRD in 1973, striving to identify novel formats of militancy and starting points for resistance. It formed a third urban guerilla group, next to RAF and Bewegung 2. Juni (2nd June Movement); however, RZ opted against a vanguard position, choosing to act from within the legal left movement instead. In the mid-1970s, RZ spawned a feminist organization, Rote Zora. RZ and Rote Zora ceased action in the early 1990s. Read the rest of this entry »
CALIFORNIA LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION – DEFACED AND DESTROYED BY ANTISEC
Soundtrack to the Rev Track: The Coup – Five Million Ways to Kill a CEO
I’m from the land where the Panthers grew
You know the city and the avenue
If you the boss we be smabbin through
And we’ll be grabbin’ you
To say “What’s up with the revenue?”
Most everybody already knows that we don’t like police very much. Shit, just
about everybody hates them, everybody except for the rich and powerful who
depend on their protection. But which state got the most blood on their hands?
Well we already owned pigs in Texas and Arizona, and many many others; guess its time to ride on the California police.
From the murder of Oscar Grant, the repression of the occupation movement, the
assassination of George Jackson in San Quinten prison, the prosecution of our
anonymous comrades in San Jose, and the dehumanizing conditions in California
jails and prisons today, California police have a notorious history of brutality
and therefore have been on our hitlist for a good minute now.
So we went ahead and owned the California State Law Enforcement Association
(CSLEA.COM), defacing their website and giving out live backdoors. Read the rest of this entry »
Download now for free from Actforfreedomnow! A collection of letters, texts and communiques from the armed group ‘ Revolutionary Struggle’ and their accused. Released during their current trial and intended to be one more nail in the coffin of the legitimacy of the State and the capitalist system.
From the introduction:
In the days of April 2010, when the Greek government finally agreed to accept a loan from the International Monetary Fund to begin the take-over of the country into the hands of the international financiers, the security services had prepared a media spectacle to mark the occasion: the capture of 6 anarchist fighters for the purpose of the submission of the social struggle.
Anarchist fighters who had been a thorn in their side for some time, were now hostages. Hostages who had humiliated the demoralised and brutal Greek intelligence services, anti-terrorist divisions and their American occupier counterparts, the CIA, who had sought out the Revolutionary Struggle (‘Epanastatikos Agwnas’ – EA – in Greek language) for a Rocket Propelled Grenade attack against the US Embassy in Athens. This daring and symbolic action came amongst scores of other targeted attacks which struck for years with symbolically definitive high-impact blows against the institutions of capitalism and government, accompanied by dozens and dozens of pages of critical, thoughtful and articulate anarchist analysis of the institutional structures that parasite on the social wealth produced by labour, with social and economic self-organisation put forward as an anti-capitalist and anti-state egalitarian alternative. Revolutionary Struggle are Nikos Maziotis, Pola Roupa, Kostas Gournas and the fallen Lambros Foundas. Together they formed a group of social-libertarian anarchists based in the busy capital, Athens, who directed their armed activities in the class interests of the exploited workers of Greece and within/alongside the specific mass anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement from 2003-2010.
And now, they continue their fight in the court rooms and prisons of the Greek regime, where they push an even harder fight to the legitimacy of the capitalist enemy. As this collection was being assembled, the show-piece trial against the comrades continues, which is partnered by a campaign of repression against the anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement in general and specifically to several anarchists who deny responsibility. What the Greek security services and their foreign colleagues wish to prevent through intimidation, surveillance and imprisonment is contagion. Contagion of tactics which made a mockery of their system and showed how easily it could be struck by anyone. Contagion of ideas which has now spread far beyond the world-wide anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement into the general masses of people who are angry with everything, wishing to see it all come down and something much more humane begin. …
FREEDOM FOR THE PRISONERS – HONOUR TO LAMBROS FOUNDAS
This issue has a special front-page contributed by the comrades in Mexico of Conspiracion Acrata, an insurrectionary anarchist magazine, about refusing the legalistic demands of the State, and the anarchist-individualist thought which informs this. Plus, round-up of news : from UK, about police repression of an anarchist demo during the N30 General Strike; from Greece, news about the continued political-judicial harassment of Christos Stratigopoulos, who was arrested for a bank robbery alongside Alfredo M. Bonanno in Trikala, now accused of more ‘crimes’ of expropriation; Montreal, Canada, was the place of a great solidarity action for G20 prisoners, with an interesting and critical flyer denouncing the prison system and capitalist society; and not least, again from Greece, a short report of an action with molotovs against riot police in Exarchia outside the Culture Ministry, Athens, shortly after the attempt by imprisoned members of CCF and P.Vlastos to escape from Korydallos prison.
1. About “Anti-Judicial Anarchism”, Max Stirner, Luigi Galleani, CCF & More.
2. UK: Mass Arrests in Hackney.
3. Montreal, Canada: Counter-info action in solidarity with the G20 prisoners.
4. Greece: Solidarity with Christos Stratigopoulos.

Organise & Resist – Zines are for life not just Xmas!!
The 30th December a crowd of people gathered short but well-seen and heard in front of the custody and deportation prison Holstenglacis in Hamburg. A banner with the words “Freedom for all-against all walls” (in German language) was held and a few words against all prisons and greetings to the prisoners were spoken. Together with a lot of fireworks the Gate, the entrance and a watchtower were couloured with paintbombs. When the pigs arrived the people ended the action and left. In the evening a lot of police controls of random people in the area happened.
Greetings to the NYE anti-prison demos in Berlin, Bremen, Köln, Stuttgart and all over the World!
The newly inaugurated DeutscheBank in the main plaza of Frascati was hit, the windows and ATMs were destroyed. In the place slogans were written: “work is consumption (A),” “Struggle for anarchy,” “The Earth is wild!”
Banco Popular of Sondrio was burned a few yards from the DeutscheBank on the same night, it was attacked with a homemade incendiary bomb. By means of the local papers it has been discovered unexpectedly that the bomb exploded in the entrance and allowed the fire to spread, even inside of the bank, which was completely destroyed. Bank Closed! Slogans were left “against technological-industrial domination (A),” “slaves to consumption,” “Viva anarchy!”
* * * * *
We have chosen the path to follow, you already know at what risk, but, above all, we have chosen to give ourselves an expectation of life consistent with our ideas and our instincts.
Our struggle against the domination of technology and industrial waste, toward total liberation, placed at the forefront of our lives.
Scientific progress and technology are always feeding on life and the earth, producing environmental disasters, of domination and control, confirming our reasons and all that we have in mind and putting into practice from this “progress”… its destruction. With the available weapons, incendiary or explosive attack on the whole system of energy, centralized and on each side, where most damage, without thinking twice, perhaps we feel bad for not having done more each time, with each attack.
Everyone screams what you feel inside, we will not stop for a single day calling for the person on the side or the warriors of Earth, brothers or combatants. We were not born in the forest, but we are ready to unleash hell for a tree to not be cut, to free an animal or to stop a monstrous industry.
Solidarity, prisoner support, support for the prisoners in prisons and the struggle against domination push us to go every day and to never pull back from the enemy. It is not necessary nor desired to feel in the minority, we do not want the consent of the honest citizens, we have nothing to ask of the governments … they do not accept certain compromises.
All the individual actions and the anarchists were murdered, wounded, imprisoned or free are part of us and of pushing armed insurgency, the Animal Liberation Front and the Earth Liberation Front and the individual cells and informal across the world.
LONG LIVE ANARCHY! LONG LIVE THE INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTIONARY FRONT!

Protests in Makassar (26/12) with an issue about police brutality that killed residents in Bima, had turned into a mass rampage. In the protests that followed more than 300 people, they attacking police post at Sudiman street, by throwing stones and other hard objects.
The action was called by Forum Rakyat Menggugat (Forgat) starting from 11 o’clock to roll out free speech in front of the Mandala Monument for over three hours. Various representatives from every organizations spoke and read their statements.
The masses moved north toward Karebosi. Right at the intersection, the masses started throwing objects at the police post spontaneously. They also throwing at BNI bank right next to the police station.
The masses moved back to the east of town, past the Mesjid Raya Road to go to the next action point namely Flyover kilometers 4. The masses throwing things at other Police stations in that location.
The destruction targets are generally of police facilities and the capitalism symbols such as banks, and the political symbol such as political billboards. Protesters claimed that what happened in Bima and elsewhere is caused by the greed of capitalism to exploit the environment which then threaten people’s lives.
Sadly, our comrade, Yayat (Unhas student), was arrested by police. The police didn’t release him until now.
On the 11th of December 2011, in the very conservative and religious province of Aceh in Indonesia, 64 punks who were attending a punkrock show, were arrested and taken to jail without any criminal charges whatsoever.
The only reason for them to be victim of that totally arbitrary state repression was that they are punks. The police shaved their hair off and removed their piercings, their clothes were taken away from them, replaced by “decent” ones and they were forced to wash themselves in a “religious ritual”. Then they were brainwashed and “re-educated” for ten days through “religious education” and “military discipline”.
Against this outrageous police action, solidarity actions and demonstrations took place in Moscow, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, China and Malaysia. Read the rest of this entry »
As part of the campaign for solidarity with the freedom struggle in Indonesia, we print this report from a comrade there:
On 24 December 2011, the tragedy happens in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Four people (media local said) died (eight now confirmed dead – killed by police during the resistance). It began when thousands of people including farmers blockaded the harbour of Sape in Bima. They protest to the government which had given permission to PT SMN to mine gold in the area of the area about 24.980 hectares. The people there are worried about the environmental damage. It is because most of the people there work as farmers and fisherman. The presence of the mine will destroy water sources and finally the agricultural ways in the area will be damaged.
In the early hours of the 24/12/2011 we attacked the Mountain Gate branch of the Commonwealth Bank with rocks causing some damage to windows in a small, spontaneous expression of nihilistic solidarity with our comrades fighting the state both here in Australia and all over the world.
We would like to dedicate this action to the comrades Jess and Jonathan who were arrested by the pigs and accused of the counter-attack against transit cop violence at North Melbourne railway station and to the comrades who evaded capture and are still running free. Even though we do not know you, your action filled us with much happiness and we were angered to learn of the arrests – we want you to know that you are not alone and that we also agree with your statement that it is now time to broaden the resistance here in Melbourne!
We also dedicate this action to all active anarchist cells and to all imprisoned anarchist fighters across the planet.
DESTROY THE BANKS!
DESTROY THE STATE!
For The Total Destruction Of All That Oppresses!
Meet 11pm at the benches by the Ritzy (Coldharbour Lane/Brixton Road) to march to Brixton prison.
Over the past year, we have seen prison population soar to record highs. The british government with it’s neo-liberal, proto-fascist agenda sees no problem with criminalising and incarcerating thousands of people, especially youth, all across the country. After the August uprising, during which our youth showed the authorities just a taste of how much they were willing to fight back, we have seen a brutal crackdown by pigs on anyone suspected of even minor offenses. Dawn raids, CCTV manhunts and riot police patrolling our streets have seemed to have become the norm.
With 2012 starting in a few days we should look to the future and think about about the forthcoming olympic$. The police and the army will be working to ensure the smooth running of the gam€s. It is important we remember the every day repression it will bring as well as its lasting legacy of increased militarism of police, intrusion of survelliance and generally increased police powers. We cannot let this become normal.
We invite you to come celebrate new year with us in solidarity with all those currently in prison for resisting. We will not let the prison system break their spirits and our passion for their freedom WILL be heard.
SOLIDARITY WITH FRIENDS, RIOTERS AND ALL THOSE IN PRISON.
FIRE TO ALL PRISONS.
Second trial of the ‘Halandri case’ – Day 2, December 20th, 2011
Special court of Koridallos women’s prisons
Before the hearing was adjourned, the four defendants made a statement. Christos Tsakalos read it after explaining that, ‘We want to read a political statement in regard to the facts of our recent attempted escape from Koridallos prisons. Initially, the issue may seem irrelevant to the court’s case, nevertheless it has a direct relation, for a specific reason. This attempt of ours not only conveyed a message to Koridallos prisons and the entire prison system in general, but also to this court.’
The full text of the statement, a copy of which was filed in the court records, is as follows:
POLITICAL STATEMENT of the R.O. Conspiracy of Cells of Fire
This statement is made to clarify and publicly state our position in relation to our recent attempted escape from prison.
The fact that we are captives in the prison cells of democracy does not mean that we accept for a moment our position either as prisoners or as defendants before the civil court-martial that you have set up against us. There will never be either a prison guard to lock up our soul or a judge to rule on our values. We are eternal enemies of law and order and eternal prison breakers.
Obviously these few following words cannot describe the miserable conditions inside penitentiaries that are experienced by those inmates who have not given up their dignity, but carry it with them in each and every isolation wing, each and every disciplinary unit, each and every transfer, each and every torment, each and every beating…
You, the appointed military judges of the judicial mafia, may give out sentences to hundreds of years in prison sitting on your benches, obeying the hands which move you as puppets, but you should know that our willingness for freedom is catching fire day by day.
With your decisions, as modern hangmen, you bury people in tons of concrete and bars, thus hiding the consequences of the rotten system that you serve. As for us who are anarchist urban guerillas, you wish to retaliate and punish us because you know that your names and those like you are already written to the list of our future targets. The prison, in which you send people as easily as you leaf through the case files, is a huge mincer that grinds bodies, feelings, thoughts, imagination…
It’s a sterile mechanical world where orders from loudspeakers, lockings of prison cells and the noise of human resignation are echoing.
The vast majority of inmates have made a fools’ agreement and surrendered their freedom and dignity in exchange for a day wage, a temporary leave, a promise of parole or even for nothing.
All discussions about the humanization of the penitentiary system are nothing but foolish and hypocritical talk. The solution is one; you either escape or destroy the prison.
Within this choice of ours, we heard knocks on the wall also from different circles of fellowship and met people who shared with us the common desire for freedom. We can say clearly that we are proud of our choices and the relationships that we have built with them through our joint attempt to escape, even if it did not live up to our aspirations. Unhappily, we stood less fortunate than we wanted, while stupidity found its expression in a homunculus-guard showing that it is powerful.
Some people will rush to talk about failure.
Yet, our escape succeeded. We escaped from the defeatist acceptance of our role as prisoners. We escaped from the sleep up by psychiatric drugs that are generously distributed in prisons, from the benefits of day wages, from the illusions of future leaves and paroles, and we acted as anarchist revolutionaries.
If the work of jailers and judges is to lock the prisons’ doors, ours is to unlock and violate them. Even though we failed to release our bodies, we released our existence even for a few moments, occupying a space in prison.
This sense is unique, and we do not regret anything.
Besides, we struggle for a freedom beyond the official version of the laws and values of this society. This struggle cannot either be tried or imprisoned.
Today, many people die from traffic accidents, drug addiction, industrial diseases. Others accept the death of boredom and loneliness, sunk in the conventions of a law-loving life. We choose to risk our lives for the leap to freedom, even though there is no safety net underneath. There is nothing more important than that.
Now, we lost a battle, but not the war. We are looking forward.
Each time promises a new project, a new collaboration-friendship, an unexpected chance which lies before us dangerous and subversive.
Besides, what matters is not if you get caught but if you surrender within you…

The imprisoned members of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire
The trial was interrupted to continue on Monday, January 9th, 2012. Relatives and friends of the defendants call for comrades’ presence inside the courtroom during the proceedings, in solidarity with Damiano Bolano, Giorgos Nikolopoulos, Michalis Nikolopoulos and Christos Tsakalos.
“A stone will be thrown at the State, and a stone will be thrown at the churches” Kode9 – 9 Samurai
From the burning streets of London, Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham and dozens of other places, urban rage explodes with action and speech. Social peace is shattered by the repressed anger of thousands of individuals, united by anti-police and anti-system violence. The modern British project of the perfectly ordered prison-society run by the police and the politicians is shattered, no-one cares about the CCTV anymore and the pigs are being beaten, attacked and running away. This is a war, and only the start of it, let their ranks and divisions of police and intelligence teams come, the collapse of society has begun and the choice is resignation to modern fascism or insurrection.
The imprisoned members of the Revolutionary Organisation – Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and Theofilos Mavropoulos have our irreducible solidarity and anarchist friendship. They are some of the courageous and resolute individuals who have acted against the capitalist and governmental parasites and their functionaries, helping create the formation of an international insurrectional network of which they are an integral part.
The fire they have started is the same fury as the blaze of August, and exists around the world regardless of any anti-terrorist operations and secret service maneuvers to dampen it, because this is the beginning of the end for the capitalist-dominator social model. It doesn’t matter if we, the insurgents, are in prison, maimed, dead – our ideas and our actions live in the inferno of freedom where new generations of conscious individuals ignite themselves to attack the dominating elites, their servants and the reproductive aspects and values of servility. It is not only in the dreams of the few, it’s in the daily thoughts of the used and denigrated, all those who didn’t yet learn to love work and authority.
The only intelligent way to react to the prison-world is to try to escape, and in this time of repression and war, the only real way is to take weapons and fight for your freedom.
The rebels in UK have come into a nihilistic fervour, with almost no participation in, or intervention from, the progressive-left activist/anarchist racket. There is zero anticipation that there will be any “social change” from the established regime, only unending economic misery and urban prison; but without the trappings of ideology, revolutionary and anarchistic principles are the first spoken from many lips when given time to express their ideas and question the existent order.
The antagonistic trends here are those most at risk of exploitation, imprisonment and police brutality: young people/teens, migrants/the different, the “anti-social”, the excluded and rebellious. 325 is proud to be some of the “scum” on those streets during August, despite the repression and the acceleration of fascism this country was ripped into. We, the rioters, ruined the facade of social peace. As the world of the old bigots crumbles, the British dream of an imperial paradise descends into the urban estate reality of a vast chaotic mess. The insurrection, which of course was not a ‘utopia’, did not finish in August. Even in the shithole deadzone places, such as Cambridge, you could find unexpected incidents of anti-social arson, such as a car dealership going up in flames in a wealthy area claimed by Fire Cell / FAI. In Birmingham, a police station is burnt down and 40-50 people attack the police with molotovs, stones and handguns. In Nottingham, four police stations are attacked with stones and one with molotovs, and later Cell of Joy / FAI take responsibility for an arson attack against a vehicle of the prison guards at the local prison. In Bristol, the personal cars of the mayor and of a ruling party politician are set on fire outside their homes and claimed by Class Terror / FAI. In London, the Sony Warehouse covering hundreds of square metres is looted and reduced to ashes. These are some incidents/moments where anti-political people exclaimed they had “the best days of their life” and seek future chances, co-conspirators and more.
Not guessing when there will be another uprising, we don’t wait, but the certainty of another is clear. An entire section of the population cannot be pushed much further and the divisions are deep. The plunder and injustice is too blatant, unapologetic, without even the pretence of ‘social conscience’ and it is intolerable.
August was unimaginable a few years ago and now anything can happen. The best days of our lives are to be had. With knives and dreams, pistols and pens, we reload our magazine and prepare to return fire…

Pola Roupa, Nikos Maziotis, Kostas Gournas are imprisoned anarchist comrades in Greece who have taken responsibility, as well as of slain comrade Lambros Foundas, of membership of the Revolutionary Organisation - Revolutionary Struggle. Their actions and their articulate anarchist analysis of capitalism and their high hopes for social revolution press a question to each reader who is ready to rebel and embrace their freedom. On 24 October 2011 their trial began. You can find updates about the process translated into English here and here. Update: N. Maziotis, P.Roupa and their baby-son, Victor Lambros have escaped into clandestinity and gone underground. Stay Free.
"This pamphlet is a meeting point of comrades from all over the world. An imaginary meeting since the walls and bars of the prisons where we are temporarily keep our bodies hostage. But our meanings remain free, escape from the cells of prison and are expressed with words continuing to provoke authority.
Words that still smell of fire and gunpowder, words which carry with them all of our hate for the system, words unrepentant and armed, words which transfer stresses and desires, words which break the isolation of prison, words full of passion for the mutiny we want to continue, words from Chile, Mexico, America, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Indonesia..."CCF
