Barcelona: Múltiples acciones de Columna de Nihilistas (Catalunya)

December 29th, 2011

English translation available here, via war on society.

325 recibe y transmite:

The destruction targets are generally of police facilities and the capitalism symbols such as banks, and the political symbol such as political billboards. Protesters claimed that what happened in Bima and elsewhere is caused by the greed of capitalism to exploit the environment which then threaten people’s lives.

Sadly, our comrade, Yayat (Unhas student), was arrested by police. The police didn’t release him until now.

Solidarity actions in Istanbul for the 64 punks arrested in Aceh, Indonesia (Turkey)

December 27th, 2011

On the 11th of December 2011, in the very conservative and religious province of Aceh in Indonesia, 64 punks who were attending a punkrock show, were arrested and taken to jail without any criminal charges whatsoever.

The only reason for them to be victim of that totally arbitrary state repression was that they are punks. The police shaved their hair off and removed their piercings, their clothes were taken away from them, replaced by “decent” ones and they were forced to wash themselves in a “religious ritual”. Then they were brainwashed and “re-educated” for ten days through “religious education” and “military discipline”.

Against this outrageous police action, solidarity actions and demonstrations took place in Moscow, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, China and Malaysia. Read the rest of this entry »

Eight killed in protest against Australian gold mining in Bima (Indonesia)

December 27th, 2011

As part of the campaign for solidarity with the freedom struggle in Indonesia, we print this report from a comrade there:

On 24 December 2011, the tragedy happens in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Four people (media local said) died (eight now confirmed dead – killed by police during the resistance). It began when thousands of people including farmers blockaded the harbour of Sape in Bima. They protest to the government which had given permission to PT SMN to mine gold in the area of the area about 24.980 hectares. The people there are worried about the environmental damage. It is because most of the people there work as farmers and fisherman. The presence of the mine will destroy water sources and finally the agricultural ways in the area will be damaged.

Melbourne – Attack On Commonwealth Bank Branch (Australia)

December 24th, 2011

24 December 2011

In the early hours of the 24/12/2011 we attacked the Mountain Gate branch of the Commonwealth Bank with rocks causing some damage to windows in a small, spontaneous expression of nihilistic solidarity with our comrades fighting the state both here in Australia and all over the world.

We would like to dedicate this action to the comrades Jess and Jonathan who were arrested by the pigs and accused of the counter-attack against transit cop violence at North Melbourne railway station and to the comrades who evaded capture and are still running free. Even though we do not know you, your action filled us with much happiness and we were angered to learn of the arrests – we want you to know that you are not alone and that we also agree with your statement that it is now time to broaden the resistance here in Melbourne!

We also dedicate this action to all active anarchist cells and to all imprisoned anarchist fighters across the planet.

DESTROY THE BANKS!
DESTROY THE STATE!

Brixton Prison New Year Solidarity Demo, London (UK)

December 24th, 2011

Meet 11pm at the benches by the Ritzy (Coldharbour Lane/Brixton Road) to march to Brixton prison.

Over the past year, we have seen prison population soar to record highs. The british government with it’s neo-liberal, proto-fascist agenda sees no problem with criminalising and incarcerating thousands of people, especially youth, all across the country. After the August uprising, during which our youth showed the authorities just a taste of how much they were willing to fight back, we have seen a brutal crackdown by pigs on anyone suspected of even minor offenses. Dawn raids, CCTV manhunts and riot police patrolling our streets have seemed to have become the norm.

With 2012 starting in a few days we should look to the future and think about about the forthcoming olympic$. The police and the army will be working to ensure the smooth running of the gam€s. It is important we remember the every day repression it will bring as well as its lasting legacy of increased militarism of police, intrusion of survelliance and generally increased police powers. We cannot let this become normal.

We invite you to come celebrate new year with us in solidarity with all those currently in prison for resisting. We will not let the prison system break their spirits and our passion for their freedom WILL be heard.

SOLIDARITY WITH FRIENDS, RIOTERS AND ALL THOSE IN PRISON.
FIRE TO ALL PRISONS.

RIOT ON, RIOT NOW.

Athens: Political statement of the R.O. Conspiracy of Cells of Fire (Greece)

December 22nd, 2011

Second trial of the ‘Halandri case’ – Day 2, December 20th, 2011
Special court of Koridallos women’s prisons

Before the hearing was adjourned, the four defendants made a statement. Christos Tsakalos read it after explaining that, ‘We want to read a political statement in regard to the facts of our recent attempted escape from Koridallos prisons. Initially, the issue may seem irrelevant to the court’s case, nevertheless it has a direct relation, for a specific reason. This attempt of ours not only conveyed a message to Koridallos prisons and the entire prison system in general, but also to this court.’

The full text of the statement, a copy of which was filed in the court records, is as follows:

POLITICAL STATEMENT of the R.O. Conspiracy of Cells of Fire

This statement is made to clarify and publicly state our position in relation to our recent attempted escape from prison.

The fact that we are captives in the prison cells of democracy does not mean that we accept for a moment our position either as prisoners or as defendants before the civil court-martial that you have set up against us. There will never be either a prison guard to lock up our soul or a judge to rule on our values. We are eternal enemies of law and order and eternal prison breakers.

Obviously these few following words cannot describe the miserable conditions inside penitentiaries that are experienced by those inmates who have not given up their dignity, but carry it with them in each and every isolation wing, each and every disciplinary unit, each and every transfer, each and every torment, each and every beating…

You, the appointed military judges of the judicial mafia, may give out sentences to hundreds of years in prison sitting on your benches, obeying the hands which move you as puppets, but you should know that our willingness for freedom is catching fire day by day.

With your decisions, as modern hangmen, you bury people in tons of concrete and bars, thus hiding the consequences of the rotten system that you serve. As for us who are anarchist urban guerillas, you wish to retaliate and punish us because you know that your names and those like you are already written to the list of our future targets. The prison, in which you send people as easily as you leaf through the case files, is a huge mincer that grinds bodies, feelings, thoughts, imagination…

It’s a sterile mechanical world where orders from loudspeakers, lockings of prison cells and the noise of human resignation are echoing.

The vast majority of inmates have made a fools’ agreement and surrendered their freedom and dignity in exchange for a day wage, a temporary leave, a promise of parole or even for nothing.

All discussions about the humanization of the penitentiary system are nothing but foolish and hypocritical talk. The solution is one; you either escape or destroy the prison.

Within this choice of ours, we heard knocks on the wall also from different circles of fellowship and met people who shared with us the common desire for freedom. We can say clearly that we are proud of our choices and the relationships that we have built with them through our joint attempt to escape, even if it did not live up to our aspirations. Unhappily, we stood less fortunate than we wanted, while stupidity found its expression in a homunculus-guard showing that it is powerful.

Some people will rush to talk about failure.

Yet, our escape succeeded. We escaped from the defeatist acceptance of our role as prisoners. We escaped from the sleep up by psychiatric drugs that are generously distributed in prisons, from the benefits of day wages, from the illusions of future leaves and paroles, and we acted as anarchist revolutionaries.

If the work of jailers and judges is to lock the prisons’ doors, ours is to unlock and violate them. Even though we failed to release our bodies, we released our existence even for a few moments, occupying a space in prison.

This sense is unique, and we do not regret anything.

Besides, we struggle for a freedom beyond the official version of the laws and values of this society. This struggle cannot either be tried or imprisoned.

Today, many people die from traffic accidents, drug addiction, industrial diseases. Others accept the death of boredom and loneliness, sunk in the conventions of a law-loving life. We choose to risk our lives for the leap to freedom, even though there is no safety net underneath. There is nothing more important than that.

Now, we lost a battle, but not the war. We are looking forward.

Each time promises a new project, a new collaboration-friendship, an unexpected chance which lies before us dangerous and subversive.

Besides, what matters is not if you get caught but if you surrender within you…

The trial was interrupted to continue on Monday, January 9th, 2012. Relatives and friends of the defendants call for comrades’ presence inside the courtroom during the proceedings, in solidarity with Damiano Bolano, Giorgos Nikolopoulos, Michalis Nikolopoulos and Christos Tsakalos.

Words of Solidarity with Imprisoned Members of CCF & Theofilos Mavropoulos from 325

December 22nd, 2011

“A stone will be thrown at the State, and a stone will be thrown at the churches”
Kode9 – 9 Samurai

From the burning streets of London, Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham and dozens of other places, urban rage explodes with action and speech. Social peace is shattered by the repressed anger of thousands of individuals, united by anti-police and anti-system violence. The modern British project of the perfectly ordered prison-society run by the police and the politicians is shattered, no-one cares about the CCTV anymore and the pigs are being beaten, attacked and running away. This is a war, and only the start of it, let their ranks and divisions of police and intelligence teams come, the collapse of society has begun and the choice is resignation to modern fascism or insurrection.

The imprisoned members of the Revolutionary Organisation – Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and Theofilos Mavropoulos have our irreducible solidarity and anarchist friendship. They are some of the courageous and resolute individuals who have acted against the capitalist and governmental parasites and their functionaries, helping create the formation of an international insurrectional network of which they are an integral part.

The fire they have started is the same fury as the blaze of August, and exists around the world regardless of any anti-terrorist operations and secret service maneuvers to dampen it, because this is the beginning of the end for the capitalist-dominator social model. It doesn’t matter if we, the insurgents, are in prison, maimed, dead – our ideas and our actions live in the inferno of freedom where new generations of conscious individuals ignite themselves to attack the dominating elites, their servants and the reproductive aspects and values of servility. It is not only in the dreams of the few, it’s in the daily thoughts of the used and denigrated, all those who didn’t yet learn to love work and authority.

The only intelligent way to react to the prison-world is to try to escape, and in this time of repression and war, the only real way is to take weapons and fight for your freedom.

The rebels in UK have come into a nihilistic fervour, with almost no participation in, or intervention from, the progressive-left activist/anarchist racket. There is zero anticipation that there will be any “social change” from the established regime, only unending economic misery and urban prison; but without the trappings of ideology, revolutionary and anarchistic principles are the first spoken from many lips when given time to express their ideas and question the existent order.

The antagonistic trends here are those most at risk of exploitation, imprisonment and police brutality: young people/teens, migrants/the different, the “anti-social”, the excluded and rebellious. 325 is proud to be some of the “scum” on those streets during August, despite the repression and the acceleration of fascism this country was ripped into. We, the rioters, ruined the facade of social peace. As the world of the old bigots crumbles, the British dream of an imperial paradise descends into the urban estate reality of a vast chaotic mess. The insurrection, which of course was not a ‘utopia’, did not finish in August. Even in the shithole deadzone places, such as Cambridge, you could find unexpected incidents of anti-social arson, such as a car dealership going up in flames in a wealthy area claimed by Fire Cell / FAI. In Birmingham, a police station is burnt down and 40-50 people attack the police with molotovs, stones and handguns. In Nottingham, four police stations are attacked with stones and one with molotovs, and later Cell of Joy / FAI take responsibility for an arson attack against a vehicle of the prison guards at the local prison. In Bristol, the personal cars of the mayor and of a ruling party politician are set on fire outside their homes and claimed by Class Terror / FAI. In London, the Sony Warehouse covering hundreds of square metres is looted and reduced to ashes. These are some incidents/moments where anti-political people exclaimed they had “the best days of their life” and seek future chances, co-conspirators and more.

Not guessing when there will be another uprising, we don’t wait, but the certainty of another is clear. An entire section of the population cannot be pushed much further and the divisions are deep. The plunder and injustice is too blatant, unapologetic, without even the pretence of ‘social conscience’ and it is intolerable.

August was unimaginable a few years ago and now anything can happen. The best days of our lives are to be had. With knives and dreams, pistols and pens, we reload our magazine and prepare to return fire…

About “Anti-Judicial Anarchism”, Max Stirner, Luigi Galleani, CCF & More (Mexico)

December 22nd, 2011

Here is an English translation of an article from the journal Conspiracion Acrata from Mexico referring to the idea of “Antiguiridismo Anarchico”. We hope you like it.

“Antigiuridismo Anarchico” which translates to “Anti-Judicial Anarchism” is a concept which has been used throughout anarchist history to define the attitude of a radical and total rejection of the concept and practice of the “justice” of the State, or as otherwise said – the judicial methods of the State including defence through a lawyer. This attitude or concept is or should be something normal within the anarchist movement but there are few companer@s who have put it into practice for diverse reasons or strategies.

Antigiuridismo Anarchico is the rejection of declaring a position to the State in front of the court or contributing to the circus of the State. Often the declarations of those who position themselves in this attitude are only directed as a dialogue or explanation to the compañer@s of their movement. This attitude is the rejection of any legal resources through which one could obtain “freedom”. Read the rest of this entry »

¡Periódico Anarquía Nº17 en las calles! (Uruguay)

December 22nd, 2011

[English translation of the introduction is below, by comrades of war on society]

Read the rest of this entry »

Melbourne: Counter-attack against Metpig violence (Australia)

December 22nd, 2011

On Monday afternoon [19.12.11] a young man riding an Upfield train in peak hour was pushed to extremes in order to attempt to escape the terror and punishment of Metcops and the law.

In his efforts at evading both everyday beat pigs and their Metro lackeys he was left no option but to attempt to get back onto an already moving train on Platform 2 of North Melbourne Station or face fines, embarrassment and the physical and psychological violence that inevitably presents itself every time a person is arrested or detained by the cops. We must recognise that the actions of the cops and Metpigs created this circumstance that put this man’s life in danger.

Unfortunately he was not successful at escape. Read the rest of this entry »

Two police cars burned in Helsinki (Finland)

December 22nd, 2011

16 December 2011

As the world economy falters the power elite holds on to capitalism with tooth and nail, even though around them, the house of cards is wavering. The people who suffer from this listen to the money-grabbing power elite without calling into question the orders the elite hands out just to save their own hinds.

The police are a model example of obedience. The decisions are made high up in the hierarchy and the people who execute these commands can not and will not put them into question. Bureaucracy will always prove too slow and rigid for life that is characterized by being fast-paced and ever-moving.

On the night of Friday the 16th of December 2011, we burned two police cars in the backyard of a Volkswagen-dealership in the Herttoniemi district in Helsinki. We torched both cars by lighting and placing a handful of lighting briquettes on the front wheels and then fled the scene.

According to their communiqués the police have apprehended people in the vicinity of the dealership on the same night. It is not unheard of that the police bungle arrests without any evidence.

We claim responsibility for the arson of these cars and wish to say, that no arrests will resolve this situation.

Attack on Lloyds Bank Depot in Bristol (UK)

December 22nd, 2011

From IMC UK:

15 December 2011

At 4:30 am on Thursday 15th of December we attacked Bristol LLoyds bank depot in solidarity with comrades imprisoned in Greece, Chile, Switzerland and all over the world. We painted the message “UNTIL ALL ARE FREE” on the building and positioned three bins of flamable material soaked in gazoline in front of their wooden doors and set them alight. Unfortunately our attempt to burn the building down was scuppured by fast emergency services response.

We took this action to send our love and solidarity to our Revolutionary Struggle comrades on trial in Greece and to the Chillean comrades persecuted for the “bomb case”, also to Silvia, Costa and Billy the Swiss comrades persecuted for “IBM nanotechnology building” and for all those imprisoned for their political beliefs.

ATTACKS WON’T STOP UNTIL WE ARE ALL FREE!

Withdrawal of support from Viktor Padellaro, animal rights prisoner (Sweden)

December 22nd, 2011

It has been brought to the attention of 325 by Swedish insurrectionaries & ABC Stockholm, that the animal rights prisoner Viktor Padellaro is a fascist and not in anyway supported by the anarchist movement there.

Viktor Padellaro is convicted for arson, ‘vandalism’ and sending threatening letters in the context of animal rights campaigns.

Padellaro is registered on the Neo-Nazi website and forum “Nordisk.nu” under the moniker “LaDecima” and is an active editor of the likewise Neo-Nazi wiki Metapedia. He also has a blog (http://le-clairon.blogspot.com/) under the moniker of Le Clarion, on which he terms himself a “traditionalist”. If you read this blog, you’ll notice that he often voices loud support for Italian fascists and blackshirts, among other similar things.

Viktor Padellaro is no comrade of ours, and deserves no support from the anarchist movement. He is a fascist, and should be crushed as such.

Attack on Melbourne public transport infrastructure (Australia)

December 22nd, 2011

325 receives and transmits:

14 December 2011

On Wednesday night the majority of the Sydenham line ticket and validation machines were sabotaged.

We cram ourselves into these steel tubes like sardines. Forced to endure the discomfort day after day, literally being crushed by society. The sweat, smell, and heat is unbearable. As we stand clinging to a stupid little loop, gasping for breath and shifting our weight from foot to foot aching from the tedium and muttering apologies to the fellow passengers we are crushing and suffocating, we can’t help but think of livestock packed together being transported to the slaughterhouse. Because work and consumerism is a slaughterhouse of our minds, and free will. Read the rest of this entry »

Moscow punks attack Indonesian embassy with paint in solidarity with Indonesian comrades (Russia)

December 16th, 2011

325 receives and transmits:

15 December 2011

On December the 15th a group of anonymous punks from Moscow decided to act upon receiving news of brutal state repression of Indonesian punk-scene. We consider ourselves anarcho-punks and these news offended us in the deepest sense. We wont tolerate any religion to hold sway over living being’s freedom, especially over our subculture. Thus on the same evening we gathered to express our rage. We chose Indonesian embassy as our target. For us solidarity starts on subcultural level. We feel that modern Russian anarchists pay too little attention to subcultures of resistance. We wish the news of our action to reach Indonesian comrades. We hope they will have their spirits soar after hearing that in such far-away country there are folks who feel solidarity with their struggle.

Punk is not a crime. Religion is fascism. Fight for your looks.

We didn’t want to make video, but it was agreed upon after a tedious discussion that even the most pacifist action should have video documentation. So here it goes:

Police arrest 64 punx at concert, shave their heads and imprison them for ‘re-education’, Aceh (Indonesia)

December 15th, 2011

Dozens of young men and women have been detained for being “punk” and “disturbing the peace” in Aceh, Indonesia’s most devoutly Muslim province. They are being held in a remedial school, where they are undergoing government “re-education”. The 64 punks, many of whom are from as far away as Bali or Jakarta, were picked up on Saturday 10 December night during a local concert. Many young teens sport punk hairstyles, in keeping with worldwide punk culture, but against the norms of the keenly religious in Aceh. Read the rest of this entry »

December wave of Letter-bombs by Free Eat & Billy Cell FAI/IRF (Germany, Italy, France)

December 15th, 2011

7/12/11 – Frankfurt, Germany : CEO Josef Ackermann is the intended target of a fully operational explosive parcel which is mailed to Deutsche Bank headquarters. Bank security staff identify the device during x-ray screening, and it is later neutralised by police. A claim of responsibility is recovered from the device, which is published in the corporate press.

9/12/11 – Rome, Italy : Chief Director Marco Cuccagna of Italy’s tax collection office, Equitalia, receives a letter-bomb which explodes after he opens it, causing damage to his hands, blowing off part of his finger and almost blinding him after his glass desk shatters in the explosion.

12/12/11 – Paris, France : The Greek embassy in Paris is the target of a third explosive device which is identified and neutralised.

Amidst the wave, mainstream media report that envelopes containing bullets and threatening letters are mailed to Italian Justice Minister Paola Severino and Rome Mayor Gianni Alemanno. An additional parcel of vengeance was received by Equitalia on the 15th December, but was identified and neutralised. A note inside the latest package said “don’t kill yourself, rebel: death to usurers!”

Here is a translation of the claim of responsibility that accompanied the package bomb to the central headquarters of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt:

FREEDOM AND HAPPINESS FOR OUR BROTHER GABRIEL POMBO DA SILVA. DEATH TO THE BANKS THAT STRANGLE THE PEOPLE.

THREE PARCEL BOMBS IN THESE DAYS ARE TRAVELLING TOWARD BANKS AND BANKERS, TICKS AND LEECHES. WITH THESE SMALL BUT RESOLVED ACTIONS, WE OF THE EAT & BILLY ITALIAN CELL JOIN IN THE NEW ANARCHIST INTERNATIONAL, THE INFORMAL ANARCHIST FEDERATION AND INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTIONARY FRONT. WE HAVE THIS NAME IN SOLIDARITY WITH THE INDONESIAN FAI, WITH OUR BROTHERS EAT AND BILLY. WE DON’T NEED SPECIALISTS OF ACTION, ANYONE CAN ARM THEIR OWN HANDS, ANYONE CAN ASSEMBLE THEIR OWN GIFT PACKAGE. WAR ON THE EUROPE OF THE BANKERS, DEATH TO THE LEECHES THAT GOVERN US.

LONG LIVE THE INDONESIAN FAI

LONG LIVE THE C.C.F.
