According to a report by ABC Mexico, anarchist prisoners Carlos, Amelie and Fallon were released March 13th, Amelie and Fallon were transferred directly to an immigration prison to be deported back to Canada. Given the condition of the place: restricted visits and lack of information, the situation of the companions was unclear until March 23 when they were deported.
Recall that the comrades were sentenced for an incendiary attack with molotovs against a Nissan dealership and the Ministry of Communication and Transportation in Mexico City.
From Anarchist Black Cross Italy: We received only today, March 25, according to the delayed outgoing correspondence from the section of the High Surveillance Unit of Ferrara prison, this letter of Alfredo and Nicola in solidarity with the comrades of the CCF, on hunger strike since March 2 in the Korydallos prison in Athens (some of them from yesterday transferred to the hospital).
Only today, March 16th, did we have confirmation of the hunger strike to the bitter end of our brothers and sisters of the CCF. The goal of this struggle is the release of some of their relatives arrested for retaliation and revenge for their escape attempt. Pending any news (our info dates back to March 6th) in the hope that they have already obtained the release of their loved ones, we decided to write a few words: We are with you in hearts, minds, and especially with arms. Long live CCF.
Alfredo and Nicola
A small riot happened in E1 wing of Type C prison Domokos where Nikos Maziotis, Giannis Naxakis and Christos Rodopoulos are, it occurred Wednesday morning after the suicide of a Pakistani prisoner. According to reports, detainees destroyed CCTV cameras and caused extensive damage to the wing.
The 42 year-old Pakistani detainee from E2 wing of Domokos was found hanging in his cell, -according to others, the garrison headquarters-, by prison officers at 20:20 on Tuesday night. Reportedly, the 42 year-old committed suicide by making a loop with a sheet.
An evening event was organized on Monday, March 16 in Brussels by the “Initiative for solidarity with the Greece that resists” with the presence of a Greek politician (not the Syriza MP as announced but Epaminondas Marias, from the rightist party of the “Independent Greeks” – ANEL). Members of Secours Rouge/Red Aid intervened by speaking out, with leaflet distribution and deployment of a support banner for the demands of the Greek political prisoners on hunger strike (abolition of special repression laws, isolation prisons (Type C) and the release of Savvas Xiros, member of 17 November).

A spontaneous demonstration against police violence took place in Warsaw, Poland, on 19th of March. Protest was direct reaction to events that took place few days earlier in Legionowo, Warsaw suburb: police organised hunt for marihuana users. During the arrest, one of the detainees was basically suffocated by a cop, who was trying to stop him from swallowing a bag of pot.
Death of the detainee caused a few days of intense protest- demo on 19th March was first held in Warsaw. It was a reaction against the police statement, full of lies and manipulations, which blames whole situation on the murdered detainee. This secondary victimization and police attempt to cover-up the whole case was the direct impulse to organise protest in the capital. Protest started in front of Prosecutors Office on Brudnowska street, where going to police station was decided. Police was present from the beginning, and after allowing demonstrators to pass almost 2 km decided to start confrontation: all of the protesters were surrounded, then police started checking IDs of the majority of the protesters. Some people were detained and brought to various police stations. Police called all checked protesters to testify in the following days, as suspected of committing the felony – “participating in illegal assembly”. Read the rest of this entry »
On Wednesday night, February 25th, we pulled the fire alarm in the Macdonald Engineering building of McGill university, disrupting the presentation of professor Andrew Higgins, a McGill weapons researcher, as a minimum gesture of sabotage and revolt against the University’s ongoing complicity in colonization and imperialist warfare.
This action was simple, required little planning and zero expertise, disrupted our enemies where it hurts and was infinitely more uplifting than any symbolic protest or SSMU general assembly we have witnessed in recent time. We believe that acts of resistance — both large and small — against those who profit from and those who facilitate the growth of the military-industrial-complex are valuable, and ought to be carried out whenever and wherever possible.
The University is at war; so are we.
Anti-Imperialist Action (AIA)
A new autonomous media collective rises: L’Aube épine
This is a presentation of the collective and its zine, but equally a call to join us!
Capitalism has always been after new territories to loot or develop. For quenching its insatiable thirst for resources, the industry is ready to use all the means. Because it is essential for it to be always more producing, to augment its energetic capacity, to develop the fluxes of merchandise, to exploit even more the lands, the seas and the beings… Its imperialism is condemning us to a mediocre and uniform world, as much at the scale of human societies than of the natural milieus. The political rulers, accomplices or actors of this destruction , are threatening those who oppose it, jailing and assassinating. From their palaces, they are cautioning if not organizing the genocide of many peoples whose existence is intimately tied to their environmental milieu. Read the rest of this entry »
Night of propaganda and agitation for a new March 29 (“Day of the young combatant”) and with messages of militant solidarity with our comrades in struggle within the prisons.
From the dignity of companero Juan Flores who was hit by prison-guards a few days ago in Chile, to the hunger strikes carried out by comrades of CCF and other comrades in Greece, to Jose Antunez and Javier Guerrero in Spain, through to the agitation and punishment in prisons in Italy against anarchist prisoners, our actions spread one international language: MEMORY, SOLIDARITY AND FIGHTING POWER.
No prison can stop the struggle for total liberation !!!
Another update: Court was adjourned until 3pm 27 March, and may be delayed again after that. If anybody can get out and help/support us, we now have at least a little time.
Update: New email address – squatcitydublin(at)riseup.net
SquatCity (GrangeGorman), Dublin, currently resisting eviction. We are putting out an international callout for support, to help us resist the eviction of our homes, and to defend squatting in Dublin. We have been subject to a large scale eviction attempt over the last couple of days, and we are currently resisting, and appealing for help and support. Many of you would have stayed there during the International Squatters Convergence, and saw the space for yourselves.
Here is a brief timeline of what happened, as well as a short description of the space.
On Monday 23rd March, the squatted buildings at Grangegorman, where a community has been living for a year-and-a-half, was the subject of a violent attempted eviction by a large force of contractors and cops. Here is a summary of the situation.
The space consists of three houses, three converted office buildings, five warehouses, a main courtyard and two smaller yards, all home to around 30 people.
We are reclaiming unused space and building a community around it so it can be used autonomously for projects that would not be possible within the constraints of a rented space. Read the rest of this entry »
Anti-Daesh and anti-Assad protestors made an angry demo within the capital of the Daesh capital city, al-Raqqa, in this 26 September 2013 covert footage published March 21 2015. After the demo the terrorist gang enacted reprisals against the demonstrators and their families. At least two people were killed and another two disappeared.
Freedom for the people of al-Raqqa
Battle for Raqqa: Kurdish female and male fighters of YPG, YPJ and Peshmerga forces pushed ISIS back to the gate of their capital in al-Raqqa, as the villages around Kobani were liberated from ISIS including Lafarge Cement Factory. These clips are from a YPG operation between February 17-22, the aim is to cut off the ISIS route from Raqqa to Aleppo. This is the beginning of the end for Daesh/IS.
March 14: Kurdish YPG and YPJ forces attacked ISIS positions around the bridge of Qereqozaq to the south of Kobani, the aim of the Kurdish fighters is to cut ISIS’ route from Raqqa to the Turkish border.
Kurdish YPG/YPJ Fighters liberate Bridge on Euphrates from ISIS
March 16, the Kurdish Female and Male Figures of YPG and YPJ took control of the strategic Qereqozaq Bridge over the Euphrates from ISIS (Islamic State) in Rojava of Kurdistan (Syrian Kurdistan). The Qereqozaq Bridge is around 1.5 km long and 15 m wide and occupies a strategic crossing along the Euphrates connecting the cities of Kobanê and Minbic and it’s a route ISIS uses to get from Raqqa to the Turkish border.
Send the terrorists to hell – confront the Islamist-fascists and the enemies of freedom – Victory will be ours
On Thursday, 25/03, at 15:00 p.m. there will be a phone communication (in Greek) in the squatted radio station “red 105.5 fm” with a hunger striker – member of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, who will inform us about the medical situation of the comrades and other news.
Strength to the hunger strikers, not a step back until victory
Immediate release of the relatives of the Conspiracy and satisfaction of all the demands of the hunger strikers.
Since yesterday, March 23rd, anarchist prisoner on hunger strike Kostas Gournas (convicted Revolutionary Struggle member) has been moved from the type C maximum security prison of Domokos to the provincial hospital in Lamia, where the conditions are indescribably appalling, the prisoners are placed in isolation room-cells, and communication with them becomes difficult if not impossible.
In a brief telephone conversation just before his transfer, the comrade said: “The Ministry of Justice urges us to stop the hunger strike and rely on them… How much ‘reliability’ their commitments have as part of this government is demonstrated every day as they rip out the Memorandum and the implementation laws, cancel the ENFIA single property tax, and request a write-off of a large part of the debt… I only rely on the struggle. I continue the hunger strike.”
Today, Monday, March 23, I join the hunger strike that aims to counter-attack the ever increasing repressive campaign of the State against the anarchist movement and generally anyone who resists. I will be the last participant from the Network of Fighting Prisoners who joins the strike, as the comrades Rami Syrianos and Spyros Stratoulis, can not participate because they have not yet fully recovered from last year’s multi-day hunger strike.
- The abolition of articles 187 and 187A (counter-terrorism laws).
- The abolition of the law concerning special repressive treatment to actions commited wearing a hood.
- The abolition of the legal framework that sets the function of type C prisons.
- The release of the guerrilla of R.O. 17th November Savas Ksiros, so that he can receive the healthcare he needs.
- The abolition of violent DNA sampling.
- The access to DNA samples by a biologist who the defendant trusts.
- The abolition of the analysis of samples that contain mixed DNA from more than two persons.
While social democratic reserves of the regime try to flatter us and ecstatic besotted petty bourgeois voters are dancing sirtaki at Syntagma, during demonstrations in favor of the government (!), the wolves that escaped the hunt come down to the city with rage…
It goes without saying that no faction of authoritarian potty politicians would ever be able to satisfy our wild desires. You’re talking about left government, we wish for the State to be destroyed. You’re promising salary increases, reduced taxes, jobs, we want the elimination of money, commodity and labor. You’re asking for “democratization of the security forces,” we want the cops dead on asphalt. You’re fighting for better conditions in the neighborhoods, but we want to just have fun on the flaming ruins of your cities. You do politics, we make war. Things are difficult dear perry politicians. You understand that there is a vast existential abyss between us and there is not much room for dialogue.
So, it is no wonder that on Monday 23/3, at dawn, the official day of the “neighborhood cop” return, we chose to offer the office of the local organization of the governing party into the flames of negation, in Patisia.
We dedicate this attack to our brothers and sisters on hunger strike and we demand the immediate satisfaction of all of their demands, without implying that any of the enemy’s concessions, on such particular demands, can silence our longing for the total destruction of your world and your emetic society:
- Immediate release of Savas Ksiros
- Immediate release of the Tsakalos’ brothers’ mother and Gerasimos’ partner.
- Abolition of the counter-terrorist laws and the hood-law.
- Abolition of C’ Type prisons.
- Abolition of the provisions relating to violent DNA taking.
- Free internet access for all the prisoners.
NO TRUCE – THE WAR CONTINUES
nihilistic patrol / neighborhood arsonists
The war drums sounded again through the unending darkness of prison, the war is constant, it never stopped. But it is the hour of the new attack. Women and men hold tight with passion the weapons of freedom and throw themselves into another battle.
The enemy is locked up in the towers and castles he watches.
Afraid. Afraid of that which he cannot understand. That which is unknown for him. He made new laws, rules, built new dungeons. He hunted witches, he tortured, intimidated, threatened, blackmailed, imprisoned, promised. In vain.
He is afraid. Afraid of those who move camouflaged around him. The uncaught accomplices. They take and give strength to his prisoners. They declare being his mortal enemies and seek his destruction.
Today at dawn, we blew up one of the 4 entrances-exits of the courts located at the centre of Heraklion.
This attack was symbolic.
In case of murder or cause of a permanent health problem to a hunger striker, the fire that burns inside us will turn the night into day.

International revolutionary solidarity with anarchist companera Sol F. Vergara (Chile)
Our dear companera Sol was pointed out by power and accused of the attack on the miserable Banco Estado security guard Rolando Vargas Fuentes, in which 4 bullets were fired as a gesture of revenge for the murderous shots that another of his colleagues fired at the anarchist companero Sebastian Overluij, which slew him. See also here.
Pola Roupa, Nikos Maziotis, Kostas Gournas are imprisoned anarchist comrades in Greece who have taken responsibility, as well as of slain comrade Lambros Foundas, of membership of the Revolutionary Organisation - Revolutionary Struggle. Their actions and their articulate anarchist analysis of capitalism and their high hopes for social revolution press a question to each reader who is ready to rebel and embrace their freedom. On 24 October 2011 their trial began. You can find updates about the process translated into English here and here. Update: N. Maziotis was captured after an armed clash with police in Athens. P.Roupa and their baby-son, Victor Lambros are still in clandestinity. Find further news here.
"This pamphlet is a meeting point of comrades from all over the world. An imaginary meeting since the walls and bars of the prisons where we are temporarily keep our bodies hostage. But our meanings remain free, escape from the cells of prison and are expressed with words continuing to provoke authority.
Words that still smell of fire and gunpowder, words which carry with them all of our hate for the system, words unrepentant and armed, words which transfer stresses and desires, words which break the isolation of prison, words full of passion for the mutiny we want to continue, words from Chile, Mexico, America, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria, Indonesia..."CCF
The so-called "Security Case" concerns our revolutionary comrades Juan Aliste Vega, Marcelo Villarroel Sepulveda, and Freddy Fuentevilla Saa, who are currently held captive in prisons of the Chilean State. Some background info. See also here.
