May 29, 2013 – Day of International Solidarity with Anarchists Facing Repression in Bolivia
Monday, April 8th, 2013
Absolution for the May 29 defendants! No highway through TIPNIS! Freedom for all prisoners!
On May 29, 2012, 13 people were arrested by police in La Paz, Bolivia.
All of them were connected to anarchist participation in the defense of TIPNIS, an indigenous territory and national park. The 13 were accused of a series of arsons, bombings, and sabotage claimed by the Informal Anarchist Federation-International Revolutionary Front (FAI-FRI). The actions, occurring from September 2011 to May 2012, targeted government buildings, banks, car companies, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and animal industries. Some of the attacks were claimed in solidarity with the struggle to defend TIPNIS, others in solidarity with comrades facing repression in Chile, others in support of animal liberation. (more…)

Krasnodar: ‘Two Sequoias ALF-FAI’ set horse free in the wild (Russia)
Friday, March 8th, 2013
From an anonymous report:
“Russia, Krasnodar – Horse Set Free in the Wild
During our scouting journey across the country we happened upon a lonely stallion chained to a tree. We knew that it belonged to a horse-breeding farm that sells horseback riding tours to willing tourists. Since we had our tools of trade (never leave home without bolt-cutters!) with us, we quickly cut the chains and set the animal free.
Let the steppes of southern Russia be teeming with wild horses again!”

Total Liberation: An interview with Walter Bond on Anarchy, Abortion rights, Anti-Colonialism & Animal Liberation
Sunday, February 17th, 2013
via anarchistnews.org:
Punk bands tour the world singing anthems that promote militant direct action & activism, putting out albums with flaming Molotovs emblazoned across their covers, with militant messages; but few of us ever truly put those words into action. Walter Bond on the other hand has spent decades working tirelessly, whether leafleting at shows and in the streets, tabling at Pride events, protesting, or volunteering at animal sanctuaries before finally turning to the more militant tactics of the Animal Liberation Front. Walter is a proud anarchist, Vegan, of Latino heritage, who identifies as bisexual. He also is currently a prisoner in one of the most controversial and restrictive prisons in the USA today.
I have been writing to Walter in prison since he was first arrested 2 years ago, after his brother snitched him out. At the time of his arrest, Walter was living on the streets while attacking businesses that profit from animal exploitation.
interview by Comrade Black originally posted on Profane Existence
PE: – You identified as an anarchist for most of your life. Can you tell us what being an anarchist means to you, and how it connects with Animal Liberation, and Total Liberation?
WALTER: When I was in 7th grade in 1989 I used to make all kinds of clip art fliers with my friends under the name ‘Anti-Statist Counter Culture’. We would distribute them mostly to local corporate businesses and churches in the area, mostly to agitate. By the end of 8th grade I had completely dropped out of school and was living this nihilist lifestyle and was just very reactionary and angry at the whole world, parents, school, everything! Back then I was dealing with a world of shit that was to much for me to handle. I turned to drug abuse and vandalism as an outlet. Anarchism back then was a personal vendetta I had about how my life and the world around me was and how I felt it should be. (more…)

Letters and considerations from Lone Wolf ALF Prisoner of War, Walter Bond… not ‘Abdul Haqq’ (USA)
Wednesday, December 19th, 2012

Walter Bond, the animal liberation fighter who embraced Islam, has dropped the name ‘Abdul Haqq’, and he has written in one of his new letters: “Religion, all religion is a waste of my time! I’m through with it, I don’t believe it and the whole business of it makes me want to fucking puke!”. In this prison letter, and also this one, he publicly talks about rumours, misconceptions and changes of his opinions, and below you can find his reasons why he decided to drop the name ‘Adul Haqq’.
What’s In A Name?
I have decided to drop the name ‘Abdul Haqq’ for the following reasons:
First, religion is not the defining aspect of my struggle, Animal Liberation is. While my spirituality is an Important aspect of my personal life it has nothing to do with the fight for the total freedom of the oppressed. Religion has a terrible track record of persecution of just about every social group one could possibly imagine and I am not here to play apologist to tyranny, in the name of God, or politricks, or consumerism, or any of the other stupid ass reasons people find to justify their bloodlust! Furthermore, the more my own spirituality in mysticism has progressed the more I realize that the institution of religion is poison to my spiritual path. Sufis of the past often had to speak and write their esoteric wisdom in parables and riddles to avoid being murdered by the orthodox regimes of their times, I don’t. And I find the whole business of labeling, and packaging my beliefs and faith under the auspices of this or that religion to be narrowing in and of itself. (more…)

String of solidarity attacks in support of anarchist prisoners worldwide (Russia)
Wednesday, October 3rd, 2012
325 receives and transmits:
18 pheasants liberated in Chelyabinsk, cell tower torched in Kolomna, trees planted elsewhere. Acts of solidarity from Russia.
Hunting season in Russia kicked off simultaneously with autumn rains. Nowadays this is called ‘We provide for the best spending of your leisure time’. Murder of wildlife has become a banal hobby, an entertainment, a way to relax from working routine in noisy megapolis.
On 21.09 we moved out to attack a farm where wild birds were bred in captivity. We failed to find bird cages on site, so a decision was made to torch a meat restaurant (a facility where most birds end up as meat dishes). But our scouts reported that this building doubled as a place for animal confinement during autumn and winter time. So an action was called off for fear of killing animals. We do not disclose the exact location of the facility because we are not done with the fuckers yet.
On 23.09 we continued with another attack, breaking onto the territory of another hunting site (Chelyabinsk region). We liberated 18 pheasants from their cages. It was a first action of this kind for our collective, so numerous doubts had been voiced. Birds could raise ruckus and thus alert guards to our presence. But the reality was different: captives cooperated with us and behaved as silently as possible.
It is above and beyond our capabilities to win freedom for human captives taken hostages by the system, but we do what we can in fighting for unconditional freedom for all living beings. So far we are content to have set 18 birds free.
In the same period we planted about 2 scores of seed bombs (apple-trees and maples) on territories where it had been possible to stop clearcuts. We include this fact in our report with explicit aim of demonstrating that it is possible to add new dimension to eco-anarchist and insurrectionary projects, the dimension not of destruction, but creation. Not only do we take pains to destroy the status-quo, we are also actively involved into the creation of another world we know is possible.
On 24.09 we torched a cell phone tower that had doubled as satellite relay. It was situated in Kolomna district (near Moscow), just several dozen yards from human habitats. The flame eventually consumed whole length of the tower and we had been enjoying flashes from exploding equipment for quite some time.
All of the aforementioned acts were carried out in the spirit of solidarity and support of eco-anarchist and insurrectionary anarchist prisoners, suspects and refugees throughout the world within the new wave of decentralized attacks.
Greetings to Friends of Freedom, Russian cell of CCF, BlackBlocg collective and various anonymous groups of anarchist urban guerrilla active in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Total support to ITS and CI-MSA in Mexico.
A warm embrace to all insurrectionary groups around the world.

Police repression spectacle for Animal Rights Action Weekend – Bristol (UK)
Tuesday, March 6th, 2012
This weekend saw a whole host of ridiculous police repression at the Animal Rights Action Weekend.
On Saturday morning [3.3.12] there was a demonstration at Bristol Airport against Air France KLM, who are one of the few airlines still prepared to ship animals into this country for experimentation. The demonstration consisted of several people with fake blood on, being transported by some pretend KLM staff. After a member of the public supposedly got a small amount of fake blood on their sleeve and lost their temper, the police saw an opportunity to make some ridiculous arrests over claimed criminal damage offences, eventually arresting 6 people. One of the arrests was for assault of a PC after the arresting officer threw the arrestee to the floor and punched the floor next to them, injuring their own hand and blaming the arrestee! (more…)

HLS Supplier ‘Henderson Biomedical’ visited with slogans (UK)
Saturday, February 25th, 2012
From Bite Back:
23 February 2012
“Henderson Biomedical are a newly exposed supplier of lab equipment to Huntingdon Life Sciences. A few nights ago activists visited their premises in Lower Sydenham, London, to deliver a message to the company.
Mark if you keep supporting HLS you will continue to be a target of the animal rights movement. It won’t hurt to stop dealing with them but as the graffiti said, this is just the start if you don’t.
If you continue to be responsible for animal cruelty, the attacks will continue.
Drop HLS!”

“SRCL take dogs from Harlan killed because of this sadistic breeding unit. They are burnt like they never existed. Their sad eyes and empty lives ignored by these scumbags.
Hammers were taken to the windows of SRCL UK HQ in Leeds and many left completely smashed. We also left more spraypainted walls.
No justice, just us.”

ALF Sabotage against Harlan supplier SRCL in Leeds (UK)
Monday, January 23rd, 2012
18 January 2012
Received anonymously on Bite Back:
SRCL are a vital supplier to Harlan and take away dead dogs and waste from the breeders for incineration.
In the dead of night we climbed over the fences at the Head Office in Leeds. Walls were spraypainted with slogans against Harlan and vivisection. Locks on the building were superglued shut and damage also done to the bike shed.
Researchers are stuck in their training of years gone by and will not acknowledge that advanced methods are available to replace animal experiments. These are accurate and need to be used to cure diseases such as parkinsons and cancer. Until they are we will continue pushing forward science and bringing about the end of vivisection.
For every bloodsoaked penny you make from this contract we will double it in costs.

Withdrawal of support from Viktor Padellaro, animal rights prisoner (Sweden)
Thursday, December 22nd, 2011
It has been brought to the attention of 325 by Swedish insurrectionaries & ABC Stockholm, that the animal rights prisoner Viktor Padellaro is a fascist and not in anyway supported by the anarchist movement there.
Viktor Padellaro is convicted for arson, ‘vandalism’ and sending threatening letters in the context of animal rights campaigns.
Padellaro is registered on the Neo-Nazi website and forum “Nordisk.nu” under the moniker “LaDecima” and is an active editor of the likewise Neo-Nazi wiki Metapedia. He also has a blog (http://le-clairon.blogspot.com/) under the moniker of Le Clarion, on which he terms himself a “traditionalist”. If you read this blog, you’ll notice that he often voices loud support for Italian fascists and blackshirts, among other similar things.
Viktor Padellaro is no comrade of ours, and deserves no support from the anarchist movement. He is a fascist, and should be crushed as such.

A Letter of Solidarity with the Informal Anarchist Federation by Walter Bond, A.L.F Prisoner of War (USA)
Thursday, November 3rd, 2011
Hello, my name is Walter Bond. I am currently serving a prison sentence in the United States for 3 A.L.F. arsons totaling nearly 2 million dollars’ worth of damage. Recently, I read a statement in solidarity with the Conspiracy Cells of Fire attempting to create a real voice for all of us political prisoners and prisoners of war, those of us that have fought and still fight from our prison cells against all civilization. I was happy to see that solidarity was signed with me in that article as well. As a small token of my support please accept the enclosed brief letter of solidarity that I have written for the Informal Anarchist Federation. Animal Liberation, Whatever It May Take! (more…)
