The anarchist Giannis Dimitrakis was arrested heavily wounded after a robbery at a branch of the National Bank in the center of Athens, on January 16th, 2006. Now he is free and there was a massive party in Exarchia in Athens when he got out. Nice one Giannis.
G. Dimitrakis :“I was, I am and I will be an anarchist. As long as I live and breathe the journey will continue”
“My punishment is a field for fighting and conflict with authority”
“The robbery was a representative solution for my ideological and existential problems. It is the answer to the question of how an anarchist goes on. In the dilemma if I shall remain a weak-minded spectator or an active citizen I decided to participate. In the end we will win!!!!”
NO FIGHTER A HOSTAGE IN THE HANDS OF THE POWER AND ECONOMIC ELITES
Statement from Revolutionary Organisation – Informal Anarchist Federation, Indonesia Section (Indonesia)
Wednesday, July 6th, 2011
325 receives and transmits:
Bandung, Indonesia – Cells of International Conspiracy for Revenge, a few days ago, have claimed responsibility by spreading leaflets surrounding the ATM BNI firebombings. The leaflet is almost the same tone as in Makassar and Manado:
“PT Indomining (Bima) has been brutally repressing the local population, Jogja Magasa International wants to evict 30,000 farmers in Kulon Progo. Farmers in Takalar are facing the threat of land-grabbing. These actions are carried out in a brutal way, including shootings, terror, sexual harassment as well as the various forms of repression that we never hear about in the mainstream media.
That’s not surprising because these capitalist-bureaucratic companies do not care about anything except making their wallet thicker!”
“Our attacking of an ATM (bank) is an important target, because banks are always involved in financing natural resources and the repression of the people in the name of capital! We have no intention of injuring anyone, the destruction of property is not violence! No mercy for the forces of repression! No mercy for the State and Capitalism.”

ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ORGANISATION – CONSPIRACY OF CELLS OF FIRE – On the 10th of June there was the trial in the Evelpidon courts of the case of the occupation of the radio station Sport FM that took place in 2007 in solidarity to anarchist Giannis Dimitrakis, imprisoned for a bank robbery.
On the 10th of June there was the trial in the Evelpidon courts of the case of the occupation of the radio station Sport FM, that took place in 2007 in solidarity to anarchist Giannis Dimitrakis, imprisoned for a bank robbery. The incidents that happened that day and which concern the defendants, among which are also members of our organization, but also those gathered in solidarity and relatives, force us to speak publicly. The blows that the members of the R.O. C.C.F. Panagiotis Argirou, Damiano Bolano, Mihalis Nikolopoulos received, and also some of their co-defendants, from the EKAM (special forces) and the masked special guards of the transfer escort as well as the attack of the riot-cops on those gathered proves what cowardly pigs they are. “Let us be clear on something: we are not demanding anything. The libertarian world that we desire is here, in our beating hearts and clenched fists, not to be found through the concessions of our enemies, allegiance to this or that party/union/’social movement’. We have no dialogue to be made with the world we have discovered ourselves to be at war with, as it is at war with us. And we are not alone. Across the world the attacks multiply – some claimed clearly by comrades in the perspective of the struggle against State, Capital and Hierarchy in whatever forms, many, as always, a mute expression of the rage of stolen lives, broken hearts, trampled desires. Also made beautiful in their rebellion.
We are losing the fear cast over our lives by the powers that be and widespread social conformity and blind tranquility of the Western consumer world – the thin veneer that sugar-coats the exploitation and control that is our existence. More and more as we find the courage to pull back the veil, we realise that the system’s tools that mediate our slavery are all around us and within reach of our carefully aimed anger. Just one example of this is Mitie, merely one of many parasite companies that profit endlessly from the recession and misery of modern Britain – so just one of many blows to come we made last night in Staple Hill, Bristol, when we burned an unattended Mitie van.
To our unknown friends made prisoners in their path as social fighters – Luca Bernasconi, Silvia Guerini, Costa Ragusa, Giannis Dimitrakis, Alexei Gaskarov, Maxim Solopov; for those targetted in the police crackdown on the anti-authoritarians in Italy; for the Indonesian insurrectionists.”

1 January 2010
“January the First. Anarchists saw in the new year 2011 with attacks on both Newfoundland road police station and the probation office on Upper York street using easily found stones.
With our action, we breathe revolutionary solidarity for the next year and beyond to all those engaged in struggle against the state and capitalism in whatever forms across the planet. we especially think of those behind bars who became rebels and have risen up and burned Ford prison. we identify with them, as it would seem we both wish for jails to become ashes in this moment. each moment cannot fail to bring us closer to the conclusion we already knew – the only way out of this society that with its cctv cameras, cops, conformity, e-surveillance, snitches and repression of dissent begins to resemble the prison more closely. so we in turn continue our own project of desire for total liberation so attacking that which attacks us.
To the pigs and their apologists – we will strike again soon. happy new year.
Love & rage across borders, until every wall falls.
Anarchist greetings to the enemy’s hostages of ours, known and unknown to us, including:
Giannis Dimitrakis, Gerasimos Tsakalos, Panagiotis Argyrou in Greece
John Bowden in UK
Jock Palfreeman in Bulgaria
Thomas Meyer Falk, Gabriel Pombo da Silva in Germany
Aleksey Bychin in Russia
Marco Camenisch, Luca Bernasconi, Costantino Ragusa, Silvia Guerini in Switzerland”

Attack against Halifax bank in solidarity with Giannis Dimitrakis.
“… In the early hours of the 6th we attacked a Halifax bank on Kilburn high road with paint bombs and wrote FREEDOM TO G.DIMITRAKIS on the front window. This is just a small token of solidarity to our comrade. We would also like to salute all the comrades in Greece and all over the world, in and out of prison, that choose the path of attack against the system. SOLIDARITY IS OUR WEAPON – FIRE TO THE PRISONS. This is just the beginning… Black Spiders in the London Web“

The anarchist Giannis Dimitrakis was arrested heavily wounded after a robbery at a branch of the National Bank in the center of Athens, on January 16th, 2006.
He defended the choice to expropriate a bank, without statements of remorse and with clarity about his motives and intentions. He gave meaning to his act as a moment in his critique and action against the system of wage slavery and exploitation, against the antisocial role of the banks and as a part of the polymorphic social struggle.

In a society of deceit and hypocrisy, of backstabbing and betrayal; there where human relationships are molded on personal profit and exploitation, within the narrow limits of involuntary/obligatory choices, the scope of creating honest and sincere ties of social or political solidarity becomes constricted, suffocated. And if in many cases personal interest and vanity create a concrete mass in a common course between those in power, economic elites, political groups and other subgroups thus creating the illusion of a solid front, then in as many other cases it has been proven that when these same are confronted with pressuring and extremely negative conditions with the possibility of a total collapse approaching, the seeming powerful gluing element which created these cohesive bonds retreats in an instant, leaving behind a crowd of subhumans, each one looking to save themselves and not hesitating of handing over into the hands of the until lately common enemy their until recently political-social-economic partner. Received via contact form.
23 February 2009
In the early hours of Tuesday 23rd February 2010, anarchists attacked the Royal Bank of Scotland HQ in the heart of developing Bristol, UK.
Despite road traffic and proximity of security, the mob succeeded in breaking windows, smashing paint-bombs against upper floors and setting fire to tyres in the middle of the road.
A litany of abuses by RBS or any other bank could continue for pages, but it is enough to state that every bank is part of the financial prison which incarcerates and impoverishes all of us.
These actions will escalate and multiply.
We dedicate this action to all indigenous fighters and their allies struggling against the Tar Sands project in Kanada which RBS is an investor in, and also all those who fight against the 2010 Winter-Olympics.
This action is also in solidarity with Alfredo M. Bonanno, Christos Stratigopoulos, Polykarpos Georgiades, Vaggelis Chrisohoides, Giannis Dimitrakis, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, the entire London G20 defendants/prisoners and all other prisoners in struggle.
For international struggle against capitalism and the state.
