*NEITHER HOLIDAYS – NOR UNIVERSITY EXAMS*
*FIRE TO PRISONS*
“I stand here as your declared and unrepentant enemy, I do not beg for
your lenience, I do not seek to engage in dialogue with you and your
peers. My values are at war with yours, so that every phrase I come out
with against you is a razor scoring the masks of your hypocrisy and
making clear the position and the role of each of us. You redact
hundreds of pages of files and you constantly form new cases, in order
to bury us in the prisons of your democracy, for decades. You are
preparing to impose “special detention conditions” on us, which is the
only coup missing from the pantheon of “special treatment” (prison
transfers, trials, laws), which you create to fight us. The simple laws
of physics dictate, that reaction is the consequence of action. Outside
this courtroom on free lands, there are rebelious people, comrades for
me, terrorists for you, who don’t intend to tolerate our extermination,
without making you and your political supervisors bleed first. You can
take this as a threat if you like. I believe, that this is the cynical
reality. Each option has its own cost. I guess, that, as judges and
servants of the law, you would agree with me on this.”
Fragment of the statement at the trial for the robbery in Velvento, Kozani
In the frenetic and ever changing social reality that surrounds us, even
the scientific consultants of the bellwethers of the capitalist system
fall out in their predictions. In addition to the individual
geostrategic choices of their peer competitors (Palestine, Syria,
Ukraine, Iran, etc.) and some flaws and contradictions of the system
that appear to be sharpened during the (because of this) exacerbated
condition of the ongoing structural crisis, that which crumples the
fragile humanitarian masks of statists and refutes, constantly, every
certainty about the future, every myth concerning the omnipotence of the
state and any idea about the futility of the liberation struggle, is the
imponderable factor of the insurgents of this world.
The ‘europeanisation’ of the Greek prison system, the aggravating penal
repression of social struggles, the escalation of counter-terrorism
policy dictated by interstate police conferences about Justice and
National Security, the bounty on the heads of revolutionaries and the
recent legal establishment and announcement of the construction of a
high security prison (type C) in Domokos, that aims primarily at
prisoners involved in cases of armed revolutionary action, are all
“signs of the times” and expressions of class domination of the vast
majority of formal and informal social institutions controlled by the
State and Capital. The global and multi-level, capitalist and cultural
restructuring attempted, with the economic crisis as pretext and means,
requires social “peace”, mass vassalage, individualization and above all
annihilation of “internal enemies”.
There are, however, times when the analyzes are redundant, rage and
hatred for the established order become a stream that threatens to drown
not only the usurpers of our lives but also every indolent, hypocritical
challenger and inactive, indignant humanist. There are no excuses! We
are constantly looking for ways to escape the grid of imposition of
domination and strive to reclaim moments of an – in advance – alienated
life, deregulating and seeking to dismantle the clocks of the social
machine, while maintaining an open bet of anarchist revolution and total
rupture with the regime.
The imprisoned anarchist urban guerrilla Nikos Romanos, friend of
Alexandros Grigoropoulos, who was present at his murder by the uniformed
worm Korkoneas, is one of the dozens of anarchist prisoners of war of
the Hellenic Republic, who in recent years have faced the inquisitors of
the judicial mafia and the special treatment reserved for political
enemies of the system, and who boldly defended the project and the
values of Anarchy, taking responsibility and having the costs of certain
choices stemmed from them, regardless of the jumble of prosecutions
against them and the harsh conditions of incarceration, that have
implications on their physical existence and freedom.
Since 1st February ’13 when he was arrested after a car chase following
the double expropriation of state money along with his comrades
G.Mihailidis, A-D.Bourzoukos and D.Politis in the city of Veria and the
province of Kozani, comrade Romanos, a member of the Informal Anarchist
Federation, is now among those anarchist prisoners who found themselves,
and among other people “accused” for participating in armed
revolutionary groups, temporarily in Greek prisons for bank robberies,
which were chosen as a means of disengagement from the established,
time-consuming living solution of wage slavery and of the strengthening
of the urban guerrilla warfare.
From the juvenile prison of Avlona, he participated in the national
exams and he is now considered – by law – as a student at TEI of Athens
and he is entitled to prison leaves in order to attend the courses,
which the State refuses to grant him. (A similar example is the case of
political prisoner Hercules Kostaris, convicted for involvement in the
Revolutionary Organization 17 November, who has taken over 200 regular
and educational prison leaves in recent years, which were stopped on
the pretext of the runaway of Christodoulos Ksiros). Not having any
illusions about the institution of education as a tool of subjugation
and domestication of people in the hands of Domination and the role of
the university as a factory that produces docile slaves in the service
of the capitalist profitability and normality, our comrade, who is now
in Korydallos prison refusing to unravel the maypole of the
responsibilities of the prison council and the special interrogator
Nikopoulos, is on a hunger strike since November 10th demanding the
granting of his “right”, for a breath of freedom!
Factual solidarity and support in this difficult struggle have already
been expressed by the others “arrested for Velvedo case” also with a
hunger strike inside the walls. At the same time, a broad, diverse
solidarity movement has developed throughout the Greek territory, while
public propaganda moves and nocturnal “interventions” are made abroad.
Remembering the axiom of uncertainty in the natural world and rejecting
the classical, deterministic conception of the proletarian onslaught at
the sky, the centralized organization models of the Struggle and
optimistic estimates of a shallow, reformist, idealism of “maturation of
the objective conditions”, we are there where ideologies impact on the
brutal reality; where the existential rebellion is combined with
horizontal and autonomous class struggle with internationalist and
anti-state character, as it is manifested in each specific
circumstances, becomes an integral part of the social war and seeks to
place anarchist characteristics for the war against Authority and the
liberation of Man and Nature; there where our conventions and
contradictions in everyday life do not prevent us from seeing the
tactical utility and to recognize the partiality of “intermediate
struggles” and the necessity of organizing the anarchist struggle as a
whole, individually and collectively; where only those who were
imprisoned, tortured or killed for devoting themselves to the project of
social liberation, without bowing their heads, can perceive the nobility
of soul and motivation in all its glory; where the consolidation of fear
as a permanent emotional state does not find fertile ground and its
every germ is forcibly uprooted as a parasite that sucks the evergreen
tree of the Revolution; where, at present, the theory meets practice and
any trace of doubt regarding answer to the dilemma of the Selection of a
submissive life or a life in Battle is nullified in front of the rise of
anarchist conscience; we are at the point of no return …
We are inspired by the shooting stars and the fortitude of the people
who fought with the Beast. By night embracing us we swoop in hostile
grounds, creating oases of fire within the social desert. So, in the
morning of 1/12, we torched a school bus owned by St. Lawrence College
in Ag. Dimitrios. Also, we claim responsibility for the attack with gas
canisters, shortly after midnight on 6/12, against a car owned by the
construction company Aktor Facility Management (subsidiary of ELLAKTOR
group, known for its involvement in mining gold in Skouries, Halkidiki
and several cases of pillaging of the natural environment). The attacks

Taglia e mandato di cattura per un compagno anarchico – Reward and arrest warrant for anarchist comrade (UK)

REPRESSIONE IN UK

REPRESSION IN UK
December 3, 2014 – According to the British mass-media, there is an arrest warrant, with a size of £10,000 to anyone offering information about an anarchist comrade, already free / fugitive for three years following the repression that followed the explosion of urban warfare 2011 in Bristol and a series of attacks, anonymous and signed ELF, FAI.
The media refer to more than one hundred attacks that occurred in the UK in the last three years, that have produced more than £20 million of damage, at various targets including pylons for telecommunications, banks, luxury cars and a center of police training completely destroyed during an attack, including the latest in solidarity with Nikos Romanos, which occurred a few days ago.
The comrade sought, Huw Norfolk, is accused of some of these attacks.
The following pamphlet was written by persons unknown: Since the Bristol Riots
“We are the “lost kids” angry and disappointed by false promises, the “uncontrollable youth” unsatisfied with the paltry futures offered to us, the “useless components” who reject or are excluded anyway from wage-slavery or the “disruptive elements” who fight to destroy it from within, the “minority of trouble-makers” within the constructs of obedient-hierarchical-racist-patriarchal normality, the “hooded rioters” within the constant revolt against all that and more. We are your children, and those of your society. And it is time today for the components of that society to decide if they will be the hand trying to stop us, or the hand lighting their own conspiracy for self-determination.”
Huw ‘Badger’ Norfolk
just another fugitive.

“Distance keeps us apart, feelings unite us” – A letter from imprisoned anarchist comrade Monica Caballero (Spain)
Friday, December 5th, 2014
From RadioAzione – Translated from Italian by Actforfreedomnow:
The coming days will be full of intense emotion: the anniversary of Sebastian’s irreparable loss in December and already in November a year has passed since I was jailed.
I remember when I heard about Sebastian’s death, it was like a bucket of cold water (bad company in the cold nights of Madrid). The loss of a comrade is always a something horrible but now I am able to remember it and feel proud of having had such a dignified comrade.
We who are building a different reality must remember our brothers and sisters, otherwise only a pile of police reports and journalists’ obituaries will remain of them. The fall of an anti-authoritarian in this war on the existent cannot just be a cause of sadness, we are also called upon to follow his or her example; and in my case it is an immense joy to remember the beautiful lives of those who never bowed down in order to storm the heavens.
Even if it might seem repetitive, Angry [Sebastian O. Seguel] lives in our thoughts. Distance separates us, feelings unite us.
I shall take advantage of this moment lost in memories to make a short analysis of my situation. I’ll begin by going over the reasons for my arrest.
On 13/11/13 the police captured me, my comrade and another 3 people; they charged us with placing an explosive device that detonated in October 2013 at the Basilica del Pilar (Zaragoza); conspiracy to commit another attack, which would allegedly have taken place at the Monastery of the Virgin in Montserrat (Barcelona); and belonging to an armed gang. All this on the basis of the antiterrorism law.
The organization they say we belong to is the Comando Insurreccional Mateo Morral, a group that claimed the placing of two devices: the one at the Cathedral of Almudena (Madrid) and the other that of the Basilica del Pilar (Zaragoza).
Strangely, the charges also include belonging to FAI-FRI and GAC (coordinated anarchist groups), while there is no reference to these acronyms in the claims for the attacks.
One of the main reasons for the action of the Spanish repressive forces is the reports provided by their Chilean colleagues. Since we (Francisco and I) put foot on Iberian soil, the Chilean police have been doing their utmost to avenge their ridicule following the ‘Caso Bombas’, where both of us were acquitted. The words of Sebastian Piñera, Chilean President at the time of our arrests, to the Spanish home minister prove what I’m saying.
The charges against Francisco and myself go far beyond whether or not we carried out the actions. Even the judicial apparatus admitted that the charges are politically motivated, the only thing certain they have is that we are anarchists.
I have never denied the ideas that I spread, and this is what they are punishing.
I won’t kiss their cross of repentance, and am quite calm as I am convinced that I struggle for more noble ideals and that they will never stop anti-authoritarian ideas and practices.
Let’s arm our trajectory, without compromise or negotiation.
We won’t stop until we have torn down all the cages.
Death to the State and long live anarchy!

London: ‘FAI – Fires on the Horizon – Nikos Romanos’ take responsibility for the burning of a security vehicle (UK)
Wednesday, December 3rd, 2014
Act for freedom now! receives anonymous:
Anarchists in action. Today 3/12/14 we set on fire a security car in London in solidarity with our brothers Nikos Romanos. Yiannis Mixailidis, Andreas-Dimitris Bourzoukos, Dimitris Politis, they are on hunger strike in Athens.
That night we kept our eyes fixed on the horizon and saw many falling stars drawing their own chaotic paths. And we counted them over and over, we made wishes, calculated the odds. We knew that our desire for a free life had to step over all that oppresses us, murders us, destroys us, so we dived into the void just like the shooting stars we were observing. Since then innumerable stars have fallen, perhaps it’s time for our star to fall, who knows? If we had the answers ready, we wouldn’t have become what we are, but selfish bastards who would teach people how to become rodents that eat each other as they do today. At least we still remain implacable and stubborn like the people of our kind. And those of us who closed their eyes in pain and travelled far continue to keep their eyes stuck on that night sky we also observed. And they watch us fall, beautiful and shining stars. Now it’s our turn. Now, without hesitation, we fall.
We salute! our comrades of F.A.I. Torches in the Night – Earth Liberation Front.

INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
From the Greek prisons to AS2 unit of the prison of Ferrara: a few words of “freedom”.
Interview by CCF to myself.
Before answering your questions, I’ d like to stress that what i’ m about to say is my own truth. One of the many points of view, sensitivities and individual nuances within that crucible of thought and action that goes under the name of Fai-Fri.
Informal federation that, rejecting any hegemonic temptation, represents a tool, a method of one of the components of anarchism of praxis. Anarchism of praxis that only when it is informal, without being forced into organizational structures (specific, formal, of synthesis) when it doesn’t seek the unbearable consent (therefore rejects politics) it can be recognized in a wider chaotic universe called “black international”.
To understand this better, Fai-Fri is a methodology of action that only some of the sisters and brothers of the black international practice, it’ s not an organization nor a simple collective signature, but a tool that aims towards efficiency, whose objective is to reinforce cells and each comrade of praxis through a pact of mutual support based on three key points: revolutionary solidarity, revolutionary campaigns, communication between groups or individuals:
Each group of action in the Anarchist Informal Organization is engaged in showing revolutionary solidarity to comrades who are arrested or are on hiding. This solidarity will show itself mainly through armed action and the attack against men and structures responsible for the imprisonment of comrades. Solidarity will always be practiced as an indispensable feature of anarchist way of life and action. Of course we do not refer to legal and technical support: bourgeois society offers a sufficient number of lawyers, social workers and priests, which means that revolutionists can be engaged in another kind of activities. Last night (25/26 November), the first spark of fire that burns today in France, Greece and USA, illuminated the space under a car of the city-police, which was parked outside the police station in Mazowiecka street in Warsaw.
We’d chosen the target not by accident.
The institution of the City Police – summoned in purpose of cleaning the city-parks had become a paramilitary group, who ‘cleans’ mainly homeless people, hustles kids that smokes weed or skip school. So called routine ‘interventions’ usually end up with brutal violence – petting boys in uniforms’ egos.
That’s how on the 3rd of October, the City police’s intervention ended in Szczecinek – by dumping a 20 year old beaten to a pulp in front of hospital. For that, or for other interventions of this type – no policeman was ever held responsible – so we’re taking the justice in our hands.
It disgusts us that they’re walking the streets with impunity and pride. Just like the murderer of Max Itoya – Artur Brzeziński, Mike Brown’s executioner – Darren Wilson or the killer of Remi from Testet. There is no, and there will not be the agreement for that from the part of the society. We will not leave them alone, because when they put on their uniforms, they stop acting as people, they stop being people in our eyes, they’re the bodyguards of the government – the money advocate.
Politicians recently are racing in postulating to dissolve the city-police. Neither the orders from up there, nor any reform that would dissolve the services under a concrete name (not holding responsible these bandits in uniforms and in the same time helping to grow other services) is not going to be enough for us.
The idea of dissolving the city-police that we’re putting into practice is a physical confrontation. It will not leave out the police, prison guards or border police. We know, that we’re taking part in the global wave of resistance that already takes place and will grow stronger, also here – in Poland. So, don’t be afraid to act! let them finally feel the fear, that they’re serving us. Destroying the law enforcements isn’t difficult – start from killing the cop in your own head.
Our symbolic action we’re dedicating to the memory of Remi killed by the cops in french Testet and to friends behind the bars.
Instead of a minute of silence – a whole life in struggle!
Fire to all the prisons, closed detention camps, psychiatric wards and police stations!
Queer Meinhof/ FAI (Informal Anarchist Federation)

The following text is intended to be the continuation of a dialogue on the tools of anarchist insurgency and the ways of organizing ourselves; a dialogue that was initiated at an international anarchist encounter somewhere in the countryside of France and now continues from a prison cell in Greece.
The opinions expressed here are my own personal views, so it should be clear that they promote a particular position on the issue. However it is not desired to have one position prevail over all the others; what matters is how the various different, yet complementary, points of view communicate and interact with each other. In the face of an enemy that’s very flexible as regards the use and multitude of means and forms of attack, the diversity of considerations and practices on the part of anarchists is self-evident. Whichever different perspectives cannot be promoted dogmatically but rather based on a rationale of multifaceted attack.
First we need to talk about the very concept of organization, a word quite misunderstood in anarchist circles.
We face an enemy with complex and complicated functions. One of the main characteristics that make the enemy powerful is the constant evolution and organization of the social paranoia we are experiencing today: a technological, military, architectural, civil, industrial, economic, scientific organization. Every aspect of this world is being organized, constantly correcting its imperfections through an intelligent system which has a great number of servants. (more…)

When a door closes behind you, another opens ahead. That is how we felt when the door of the prison opened, closing the door on the era when we were free…
A new world appeared before us. A world narrow and built of concrete, where good day and good night are abolished.
Prison is a shadow apart in the transparent galley of democracy. Here, time is uncountable and days push slowly against each other, melancholically, indifferent, mechanical. Here, the seasons of the year die within a calendar hung on the wall, and
nostalgia takes its revenge, disinterring memories, emotions, loved ones, sceneries and thoughts that never materialized into
But the wolf that exists within us stays awake and hungry. All these days, all these months, all these years we feed it with thoughts, desires, concerns, plans, rage, and it swallows the bars, the barbed wire, and the locks to run free again some unknown day.

Cartago: Incendiary attack against butcher shop by ‘Savages of the Earth – ELF/ALF/FAI/FRI’ (Costa Rica)
Saturday, September 27th, 2014
Various cells have initiated a series of small acts of sabotage in Costa Rica for months now, yet we really didn’t expect that our action would have such a strong impact. It is the first action of this type in this filthy country in many, many years…
For this reason we saw the need to claim responsibility for this action, thinking that many more people would gain strength and shake off the fear that torments us every day, this fear that doesn’t let us go any farther…
The technological control is steadily increasing, that’s why we decided to take control of our lives for a few moments and carry out this action, which is not an end in itself but the means by which we get revenge for our slavery. On Thursday, June 19th, 2014 we particularly attacked a butcher shop in Cartago with an incendiary device. The fire exceeded our expectations, and according to reports in the Press the total damages were more than 40,000 dollars. The meat industry is a clear reflection of this society: domestication, minimum respect toward nature, and money as a sacred god behind every move. (more…)

24 pages B&W : Dark Nights #41
International anti-prisons insurrectional newsletter Dark Nights is back after a summer break. Front page news is the communique by ‘FAI “Sacco & Vanzetti” Circle of Propaganda by Life & by Deed’ for the incendiary attack prior to the NATO summit in Wales, against BAE Systems Arms Development Centre. News of this new anarchist urban guerrilla attack taking place has been suppressed by the regime, as they are frightened of the spread of the anti-system attacks and the damage to the image of the blood-soaked company. The fiery attack took place in Filton, Bristol, where many military-industrial-technological companies are situated, and proved that the direct action groups can strike the military-industrial complex in their closed sites.
Primary article by individualist nihilist-anarchist comrade Venona Q. is about authoritarian fundamentalism and the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The brief article is about raw power and the total liberation war against all Gods and States. Against “progress”, the “West”, “democracy” and “civilisation”, the writer sounds a sharply critical and vengeful cry against the mullahs, militias, bureaucrats and fundamentalist murderers of the Middle East and the West alike. Reminding us of the continuous visions of the fight for human dignity against dominion by concepts, authorities and the power of death.
There’s an incomplete round-up of direct action sabotages, attacks and riots in our chronology, compiling incidents since late May 2014, and a complimentary section giving coverage to the International Week for Anarchist Prisoners which recently took place, that was organised by the world-wide Anarchist Black Cross groups, counter-information groups, action cells and others. During the last few months there have been intense efforts taking place in prisons across Europe, as prisoners in Greece carried out a campaign and hungerstrike against the Type C prison plans, where Domokos prison will be turned into a huge Guantanamo. The hungerstrike is finished now, but the prisoners of Greece and their friends and relatives have vowed to undertake an struggle by all means. This has now spread into the prisons of Germany and Switzerland, as prisoners there also found common cause and solidarity with the fight taking place and carried out their own hungerstrike mobilisation. This kind of trans-border action is a vital sign of a re-construction of the new internationalist struggle happening and we are with the prisoners in struggle in our hearts, words, thoughts and actions.
And there is the usual selection of prisoners letters, including the text by imprisoned anarchist Carlos ‘Chivo’ Lopez in Mexico about informality, an article by the imprisoned members cell of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire about negation, coherence and refusal in the active sense during the trial prosecuting them, plus news reports and more writings from our imprisoned comrades enabling their wishes, dreams and struggles to escape beyond the walls of the prisons.
Tamara Sol, Francisco Solar, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, Graziano Mazzarelli, Chiara Zenobi, Nikos Maziotis, dozens and dozens more… To the streets!

Responsibility claim for the burning of police vehicles in Keynsham by ‘Uncivil Disobedients / FAI’ (UK)
Saturday, September 6th, 2014
From the midst of the terror-fervor, the advance of the surveillance state, and display of force by the law.
This is to report incendiary action bringing life to our hatred for the police, inkeeping with our wider effort for the eradication of authority and it’s civilisation and with not a step back before repression which fails to inhibit us…
It took place in Keynsham (on 3rd September) at the police-station where a fleet of support group vans and other marked force vehicles are kept close to the ring-road which skirts Bristol. We rigged all three mobile-CCTV vans at their charging station inside the perimeter to the side of the cop-den with short fuses, then more fuel in containers was primed to incinerate an extra riot squad minibus parked to the front after we’d left the area. When the fires were detected, the riot bus and at least one of the camera vans were already burnt. According to the media an individual was arrested shortly after, who they are probably even now dimly realising they have no evidence to charge because we alone are responsible for the blaze under their snouts.
The police-station is situated close to the massive Keynsham Police Centre due to now open which is also to assimilate the functions of the old Bath and Radstock stations as part of a newly-constructed series of the force’s multi-purpose detention suites, crime investigation centres, an operations base and the tri-force firearms facility which was burned down by the hands of anarchists one year ago. CHAOTIC MANUALS OF SABOTAGE
For all anarchists of praxis, nihilists, anarchists individualists, anticivilization comrades. We send you our love and blaze from the Atlantis of Practical Theory. A few months ago, CCF put a proposition on the table of the Black International.
In the communique “Lone wolves are never alone…“, published in the brochure of the comrades of 325, it was written: “We do not share our choices only by speaking and writing texts against the state and its society but also when we offer each other possible practical ways, to make our theory practice”.
This proposal has already been set in motion. Siblings unknown to us who share the mutiny of FAI/IRF, and comrades of praxis have published manuals for constructing explosive devices and similar chaotic arts of sabotage. Wanting to contribute as well in creating an international diffusive-chaotic anarchist urban guerrilla, we share with you some practical ideas and some diagrams longing to be detonated…
We know well that this is just a first gesture from flame and gunpowder and that countless destructive desires are waiting for us to meet again… Chaos is our friend…
We Create 10, 100, 1000 conspiracy cells

Conspiracy of Cells of Fire – FAI/IRF
International Sector for the Spreading of Heretical Arts (Occasionally Spectacular) of Sabotage.
PS.: All plans and manuals of destruction are not anyone’s property, on the contrary it is a practical meeting of a thousand moments, chaotic thoughts, passionate feelings, countless denials, armed desires… They belong to anyone and everyone who cover their faces with hoods, and wearing gloves, the destroy the civilized world seeking unknown possibilities of a free and wild life. That is why every comrade who comes across these chaotic manuals of sabotage can freely spread the knowledge and share them as she/he sees fit, in every discussion or meeting, or, of course, he/she can publish them in the insurrectionalist anarchist sites, thus creating the possibility of the new Anarchy…
Practical theory smiles at us!
Let us burn this world…

Filton, Bristol: ‘FAI “Sacco & Vanzetti” Circle of Propaganda by Life & by Deed’ take responsibility for an incendiary attack against BAE Arms Development Centre in the context of the NATO Summit (UK)
Saturday, August 30th, 2014
We mounted our attack against the BAE Systems arms factory in the Filton area of Bristol by setting a fire against the fuel tank outside the onsite Advanced Technology Centre (Impact Facility – High Power Electro Magnetic Facility section) on August 29th. Today we now announce carrying this out in the context of the NATO summit in Newport in five days. Britain is rife with military industrial complex structures all year round and everyone can draw her or his own conclusion.
BAE Systems are possibly the largest so called defence multinational and they are Britain’s largest manufacturing employer. Some of their major projects with the British Armed Forces alone are the NATO Eurofighter jets and nuclear submarines.
From artillery and aerial drones with specialist communication systems to the Israeli Air Force F16 fighter bombers and the shackles used on detainees in Guantánamo Bay you can find BAE Systems across the world behind imperialist conquest and the death or immiseration of millions. The company now has branches in criminal intelligence and investigation that deal with matters like cyber threats to the banking industry and was contracted by the European Union to devise the Strategic Crime and Immigration Information Management System : essentially an international police database. They are in line to profit from managing the transition of analytics from analysis of physical locations to analysis of individuals and how they interact for the advantage of law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
The factory where we hit produces hardware including that of naval frigates and combat vehicles and there hundreds of staff with the Advanced Technology Centre design cutting edge weaponry for global markets. Just a few of their specialities are :
Abnormal behaviour detection & video analytics
Micro & nanotechnology and smart materials
Technologies for covert & secure operations
BAE Systems are at the forefront of military robotics as well as the latest innovations such as cloaking devices for tanks and body armour formed from liquid to make the modern flesh and blood killing machine even more agile and deadly. Look to their armoured land vehicles which are autonomous of human supervision (like those patrolling the Israeli-Gaza and Israeli-Lebanon border zones) or the tiny above ground or under water machines modelled on insects for audio-visual reconnaissance to see a sign of our future they are preparing.
The company make explicit reference to the age of asymmetric warfare and the crossover from use of their products on the battle field to use within society at large : a common phenomenon in the sector. A case to illustrate this is the high power BAE Systems night vision gear finding its way into the civilian surveillance camera market to advance the project making open prisons out of the urban centres and anywhere it is needed to protect the system and its commodities.
Need we write more to demonstrate how technological development under the civilised power structure is leading us to a desolate automated landscape of near total dominance and potential annihilation? The hour is late and the brave new world with amplified demand for submission will be the price for our indifference.
To go after them on what they thought was safe ground is what we decided to return in kind for the business BAE Systems have chosen. Through the attack we are with those incarcerated for their own path towards anarchy :
Gianluca Iacovacci and Adriano Antonacci
Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito
Every year they spend inside, the destructive acts will multiply. Honour also to fighters of days gone by who walked armed against dominance in their time.

Mediocrity kills. For us there is no middle road. Whoever says is an anarchist, faces a decisive dilemma either to act or to clam up and abandon anarchy. Because anarchy at the tail-end of legality and minced words is not possible.

I. Symbolisms inside coincidences
After almost two years the third trial of the state against the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire is coming to its end. The theatrical show of the court is peaking through the “sacred” act of the apologies.
The symbolism of the words in not coincidental. Indeed for the legal civilization the apology is considered to be a “sacred” right of the accused. It reminds the confession of the worshiper to the priest. It is the supreme moment of exaltation of the judicial authority, before the verdict. The accused is required to kowtow his judges (coincidentally, in greece there is a christian image of the “Son of God” above the judges’ heads. The coincidences are left to each one’s insigh) and beg for the forgiveness of penal sins, for clemency or even for vindication. In the language of symbolisms we have always preferred the heretic iconoclasts instead of the Inquisition’s justice. In the world of reality we are anarcho-nihilists and we are not going to apologize to any judge. (more…)

INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
Dalle carceri greche all’ AS2 di Ferrara: Quattro parole in “ libertà”.
Intervista delle Ccf a me medesimo.

Inter Arma received and translated:
In this session the testimonies of the defence witnesses called by some defendants who are not members of CCF, were scheduled to begin. Before the beginning of this procedure, the comrades of CCF read a statement concerning their refusal to call defence witnesses.
Here are some fragments of that statement:
” … this trial is reaching its end. At this point, your legal culture gives us the right to call defence witnesses. But the logic of calling some other individual to defend you, seems crippled and victim-like to us.
We are aware of the fact that, a parade of defence witnesses takes place in many trials against anarchists and that one can even find representatives of the Left and university professors among those people.
Quite often, defence witnesses in full cooperation with the defendants build a humanitarian profile for the ones prosecuted, presenting them to be “good people”, “intelligent students” and “pure ideologues” in order to win the judges’ sympathy. This whole scenery seems to us more like a psychotherapy session than an aggressive stance against the judges. (…) So, we are neither “good people” nor “intelligent students” and “pure ideologues” who are prosecuted for their ideals. We are anarcho-nihilists prosecuted because they put their ideas into practice without ever regretting anything.
This is why we refuse to be victims that need defence. For us the best “defence” is the continuing actions of the illegal cell of CCF and the network of FAI/IRF.
So, we don’t look for defence witnesses but for accomplices to commit the “crime” of anarchy (…)”.
After the reading of the statement, the lawyers of the rest of the defendants referred to some trial documents. A document was filed which proved that A.Mitrousias takes classes of the Open University while in prison, while there was a reference to the fact that G.Karagiannidis attended a graduation ceremony in order to receive his degree, while the comrades of CCF were in clandestinity.
The testimony of the first defence witness was interrupted because of the tension created in the courtroom.
The reading of additional documents continued.
The reading of additional documents continued.
The reading of additional documents continued.
The reading of the reasoning of the condemnatory decision of the previous trial continued.
The reading of the reasoning of the condemnatory decision of the previous trial continued.
The reading of the reasoning of the condemnatory decision of the previous trial continued. Among other things, it was stated that CCF’s attacks had a negative impact on the country’s image abroad and that this resulted in scaring foreign financial investors.
The basic reasoning of the condemnatory decision of the previous trials against CCF for the Chalandri case was read (we remind you that the comrades have already been sentenced to more than 200 years of imprisonment…). Indicative of the trial’s atmosphere is the fact that it was stated that the warning telephone call before the explosion in the Ministry of Macedonia and Thrace was made to “terrorize” civilians.
The session was postponed due to the absence of one of the judges.
The reading of some additional documents of the Counter-terrorism agency was completed and the date for the next session, where the testimonies of the defence witnesses would begin, was scheduled. The comrades of CCF stated that they will not call defence witnesses since they stand against the logic of being defended by other individuals in an enemy territory like a courtroom. “We are not here to have defence witnesses calling us “good people” with “ideals”. We are here because we are prisoners of the state and we declare that we are everlasting enemies of the system you represent…”
In this session the question of whether the defendants who haven’t claimed responsibility for participating in CCF, are indeed members of the group or not, was raised once again.
The comrades of CCF repeated in every possible way that it goes without saying that whoever doesn’t claim responsibility for being a member of CCF cannot obviously be their comrade or a member of the group.
That was the first time when the judge and the prosecutor referred to “secondary members”, who are not part of the group’s nucleus and don’t make decisions, wanting to create suspicions for the rest of the defendants. The comrades of CCF clearly stated that there are neither secondary or main members nor a decision making nucleus. CCF is a not group that was created on the basis of rules and hierarchy but a living experiment of human relations, far away from leaders and followers. Their exact statement was the following: “CCF is a conspiracy of friendship and comradeship among anarchists who feel alive only in their actions.” While they, once again, affirmed the deep political and ethical differences, which separate them from the rest of the defendants.
Sessions with defence witnesses
The testimonies of the defence witnesses called by A. Mitrousias, K. Sakkas, G. Karagiannidis and S. Antoniou, who have nothing to do with CCF, took place in the following sessions.
Among the defence witnesses were personal friends of the defendants, their parents, former employers, university professors, DNA scientists as well as communists and anarchists.
All of them testified that those defendants have nothing to do with CCF and its actions. The political defence witnesses testified about things like the massive movement, the police frame-ups against anarchists, the oppression of Capital, the social struggles, while the judges were often asking about the difference between an anarchist and an anti-authoritarian (?). The personal defence witnesses testified about the character of the defendants and their relationship with them, in their working area (i.e. there was a testimony by the former employer of G. Karagiannidis) and in other social relations (from the testimonies it became known that A. Mitrousias had decided to surrender himself on the 8th of December in order to go on trial during the first trial against CCF).
In between those sessions the nationwide hunger strike of the prisoners in Greece against the bill for the creation of maximum security prisons took place. The comrades of CCF and the rest of the defendants interrupted the trial until the end of the hunger strike.

RESPONSIBILITY CLAIM FOR SKAI
SCUMBAGS – PIMPS – JOURNALISTS
“Media are to democracy what tanks are to dictatorships”
We “Nihilists’ Cells” take responsibility for the grenade attack against the headquarters of SKAI pimp-channel, in the early hours of Saturday 12/07.
In the age of media empire a lot are being written just to say a few and hide the most. Journalists appear as the exclusive owners of the truth. Whatever doesn’t “play” on TV cameras, it simply doesn’t exist. It’s being deleted… silenced… hidden…
Just like the biggest hunger strike (4,500 prisoners) ever made in Greek prisons against the law for maximum security prisons. The tidings of the hunger strike was squeezed among advertisements for mobile cellphones, detergents, electrical appliances and the world cup’s carnivalesque rhythms, in order to be frittered, slaughtered and, finally, completely silenced.
The prisoners’ fight against being buried and forgotten living-dead inside hundreds of tons of concrete and banisters looks like it doesn’t match the TV narrative of life. Where the lie builds your ideological castles, there is room only for fear and for the stupefaction of the society of the spectacle. Images of people searching the garbage for some food, interchange with flashy fashion shows and charity events, while the news about the thousands of suicides of neo-desperate ex-bourgeois are being forgotten in the aftermath of lifestyle gossips in an endless TV bargain of social aphasia… And life goes on outside the TV screen in a black-and-white background. Mass way of thinking and emotions with users’ guides… this is the social factory of the media.
SKAI and its group of lackey and pimp journalists are carrying on the propaganda of conservatism and fear. Spinster witches (I. Mandrou), submissive counselors (A. Portosalte), agents (Papachelas), disgusting fawners (G. Aftias), newly minted pretentious cocky dastards (T. Chatzis), hysterical bankers (M. Papadimitriou), under the instructions of a smuggler (Alafouzos), praise and sanctify the authority’s orders, sending for the Inquisition to whoever dares question it.
We could say thousands of words about the salaried TV-attorneys. But no sheep was ever saved by bellowing. In the battle against the existent the one who speaks “well” wins not, but the one who turns his words into action does. That’s why we don’t like garnished speeches, complicated analyses, social rhetorics and pompous political terms, in order to “justify” our actions or to become likeable for the masses.
We are with the minority of those who are indifferent to the objective conditions and the intermediate levels of “social revolution” and we bring the immediate experience of the anarchist insurrection HERE and NOW…
From the razor’s edge where we look for the authentic experience of attack, we send our greeting and our complicity to the COMRADES of the C.C.F.-Imprisoned Members’ Cell and to Andreas and Spyros who are being held in Korydallos wing A, to comrade Olga of C.C.F. and to all those friends in prisons who do not kneel in front of the tyranny of the authority and the decay of time. Solidarity and Strength to the illegal sector of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, to Comrades in Germany, Italy, Indonesia and England who reinforce “Project Phoenix”, to the international network of FAI/IRF and to the fugitive urban guerrilla Chr. Ksiros.
THINK REVOLUTIONARY – ACT AGGRESSIVELY
PS (1). The presence of some random by-passers and the danger of injuring them forced us no to express the range of attack we had planned and limit ourselves to the throwing of that specific grenade… But next time we will not content ourselves with a simple intimidating symbolism…
PS (2). Every arrest of an urban guerrilla, like the arrest of N. Maziotis, is one more reason for the sharpening of the attacks. Strength and complicity with the comrades who take the political responsibility of choosing the armed struggle.

The corporate press of the British regime are spewing police press releases claiming that they have arrested two young men for actions carried out by cells of the Informal Anarchist Federation / Earth Liberation Front. None of the young men have been reportedly charged yet and details are kept to what the police are willing to reveal. The police are not willing to publicise further details for fear of giving the ‘oxygen of publicity’ to the new anarchist urban guerrilla and the insurrectional fire of resistance. When info is scarce, these moments are for sharpening our determination towards the clash with the security forces, organising and developing our intentions, and preparing counter-plans to their repression. It’s not for spreading statements of victimisation and cowardice like the civil anarchists and their ‘social activist’ allies.
According to the news reports, one 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of arson of a communications mast in Bathampton last year. He was arrested on 25 July and was interrogated by detectives. This incendiary attack by ‘FAI/ELF – New Horizons of Burning Rage’ cut the television, radio and mobile phone coverage to 80,000 homes and happened on January 3, 2013. The relatively simple and repeatable action, like many of the attacks carried out by FAI/ELF, used methods anybody could research and execute. The attacks against the communications masts are done by burning the transmission conduit wires from the mast to the generator. The attack caused several hundred thousand pounds worth of damage, severed the brainwashing propaganda of the corporate regime for a short time, cut police telecommunications and was a high-profile attack making widely public the new urban anarchist guerrilla, the anti-system struggle and the fight of anarchist prisoner solidarity. Detective Chief Inspector Andy Bevan, from Avon and Somerset Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team was responsible for issuing a press statement justifying the kidnapping of the man. At the time of the press statement, dated 25 July, the man had not been released and there was no more information. To date, the police have not issued a follow-up report, leading to an assumption that he has been released on bail as the police ‘continue their enquiries’ (usually a euphemism for lack of evidence to charge the suspect). Otherwise, the police would be making a great deal about the case and giving more attention to a breakthrough in their investigation which has so far had no success. Needless to say, we will continue to report on the situation. [Update: police have confirmed through the mass-media that this individual has been released without charge]
Also on 25 July, a young man aged 20 was arrested on suspicion of arson following car fires in Glebe Road, St. George last month, that FAI/ELF took responsibility for. After being questioned about the fires he was released on bail as police ‘continued their enquiries’.
These arrests come after another man, aged 33, was arrested on suspicion of ‘going equipped to commit a crime’ after his vehicle was stopped by officers in Bristol last month. He was questioned in connection with fires at communication masts in the area, that the FAI/ELF also took responsibility for, as part of the Phoenix Project. He was released without charges on police bail. There have been no more reports of the man being charged, or if he has been bailed further, and it should be clear by now that the police do not give news reports of their errors. Corporate regime newspapers ‘Daily Mail’, ‘Bristol Post’ and ‘Bath Chronicle’ are responsible for the collaboration with the security forces.
From looking at previous repressive waves, anarchists, freethinkers and anti-authoritarian rebels across the local area, nationally and internationally, should remain aware to the ongoing investigations into the attacks which have been taking place. They too can become suspects based on their political-social orientations and dissident activities. In the case of widespread repression and/or specific raids and arrests, let’s organise to attack British interests abroad in solidarity with our comrades on prison island. Within the UK, we call all individuals and groups to start or intensify their actions, spread subversion and fight against the corruption, exploitation and brutality. Let’s not leave the incendiary minority alone in their struggle, let’s use all the means at our disposal and ability. Let’s join all the battles together in an asymmetric war against the ‘social peace’. For the death of civility and the society which breeds it. The passion for freedom is stronger than the prison!
Solidarity is our weapon!
