On Friday, the 2nd of May, the House of Trade Unions in Odessa caught on fire. Altogether at least 42 people lost their lives during the clashes in the city, most of them in the fire and the others in streetfights. There is an excellent Russian language, eyewitness account of the events available here.
Events began to unfold when armed pro-Russian AntiMaidan fighters attacked a demonstration organised by football hooligans with nationalist sympathies. This attack resulted in lethalities, but soon the pro-Russians were overpowered. They escaped back to their protest camp in the Kulikovo field, but pro-Kiev demonstrators followed and lit the protest camp on fire. The pro-Russians then escaped to the House of the Trade Unions, which soon caught on fire. The fire spreading, is visible in this video. At the 2 minute mark, you can see a flame behind a closed window, making it plausible that some of the fires were started from the inside. For example, due to accidents with Molotov cocktails which were used by both sides during the fight. However, you can also see pro-Ukrainian nationalists throwing Molotov cocktails, making them at least partially responsible for the fire. (more…)

In the early morning hours of Thursday, April 10th, 2014 —after two warning phone calls to the media— a car bomb with 75kg of explosives was detonated outside one of Bank of Greece’s offices, located at Amerikis Street in Athens, causing extensive material damages in the surrounding area (but no injuries).
Fifteen days later, the urban guerrilla group Revolutionary Struggle (Epanastatikos Agonas) claimed responsibility for the bombing. Below are just a few excerpts from their lengthy articulate communiqué (a complete translation is always welcome!).
As many of you may recall, three anarchists revealed their membership in the group four years ago, in April 2010: Nikos Maziotis and Pola Roupa, who have gone underground since the summer of 2012 (recently, the government placed a huge bounty on their heads), and Kostas Gournas, who is currently held captive in Koridallos prison.
On the 10th of April 2014, Revolutionary Struggle carried out a bombing attack against the Supervision Directorate of the Bank of Greece at Amerikis Street [Athens], a building which also houses the IMF’s resident representative in Greece, Wes McGrew. Although the blow targeted the Bank of Greece, the head office of Piraeus Bank which is located exactly on the opposite side of the street also suffered damage, what makes the hit even more successful, because the Piraeus Bank has evolved in one of the larger systemic Greek banking institutions after the acquisition of ATEbank, it has benefited from the predatory memorandum-policy applied against the Greek people in recent years, and is one of the financial factors that are jointly responsible for people’s woes.
The attack was carried out with a car bomb containing 75kg of ANFO explosive. Exactly four years after the crackdown against the organization, and while the State alongside many enemies of armed struggle were cheering for the “success of dismantling” the Revolutionary Struggle, this action came to prove them wrong. The bombing against the Bank of Greece is dedicated to anarchist comrade Lambros Foundas, a member of the Revolutionary Struggle who was killed in an armed clash with police officers in Dafni on March 10th, 2010, during a preparatory action of the organization. The comrade lost his life during an attempt to expropriate a car which would be used in an action of the Revolutionary Struggle, in the context of the organization’s strategy of that period —a period which marked the beginning of the economic crisis. This strategy was intended to strike and sabotage structures, institutions and persons that hold a central role in the largest, historically, antipopular assault that was to take place with the signing of the first memorandum in May 2010. Lambros Foundas fought and gave his life so that the contemporary junta of economic and political elites would not pass —the junta of the IMF/ECB/EU troika. He fought and gave his life so that the contemporary junta of the Capital and the State would not pass. So that the new totalitarianism imposed all over the planet, on the pretext of the global financial crisis, would not pass. Lambros Foundas gave his life fighting to turn the crisis into an opportunity for social Revolution. The Bank of Greece bombing is to some extent a continuation of that strategy which included the attacks against Citibank, Eurobank and the Athens stock exchange.
Thus, in honor of our comrade, the action against the Bank of Greece bears the signature Commando Lambros Foundas. Besides, the best homage to a comrade who gave his life in struggle is to continue the struggle itself, for which he fell in combat. And this struggle has never had, or will ever have, any other direction but the overthrow of capitalism and the State —social Revolution.
A blow in response to Greece’s return to the markets
As everyone figured out —from the government, the parties, to the Greek and international media— we chose the 10th of April for our attack because this date marks the exit of the Greek State to international financial markets in search of the first long-term loan after four years; the next day, April 11th, the leader of the most powerful European State, protagonist in the enforcement of extreme neoliberal policies and austerity across Europe, and one of the most ideal exponents of the interests of European economic elites, the superterrorist German chancellor, Angela Merkel, was scheduled to arrive in Greece for the political and economic capitalization of this “Greek success”. (…)
The “salvation of the country” concerns the big capital, the transnational ruling class and the powerful lenders of the country. It concerns the structures and institutions of globalized capitalism. It is linked to the States, the political staff in Greece and Europe; to all sorts of political lackeys of the establishment, who support this regime at any price. It concerns a disgraceful minority of the Greek society.
Those whom this “salvation” does not concern —and instead they have paid and still pay with their own blood to save the system from the crisis— are the vast majority of people. The 5 million people who are living in conditions of poverty. The 2.5 million people who are living in absolute destitution. The 700,000 poor children who do not even have the basics, who are undernourished, who feel cold, suffer from fainting spells, and end up in institutions for a plate of food. Those who get sick, those who go mad. The ones who lose their home over debts to the banks and the State, those who live without electricity, those who lack the basic survival necessities. The 4,000 people who committed suicide because they were financially ruined. The thousands of homeless people, the ones who are depended on soup kitchens, who are digging through garbage to feed themselves, those who are slowly dying on the sidelines. All of these wretched that went financially and socially bankrupt, and pay the “salvation of the country” with their lives and the lives of their children. All these people have come to understand what it means to see your life go bankrupt, what it means to see your life not worth anything anymore. They have come to understand that the “avoidance of Greece’s bankruptcy” means war against society, social euthanasia. (…)
Social revolution cannot be postponed to an indefinite future, nor be limited to an indistinct projectuality. It requires constant revolutionary action in the present time, and involves the organization and formation of a ground-breaking revolutionary movement that will elaborate and define its strategic steps, and clash with the establishment’s centralized policies. It involves the political process and willingness to put specific revolutionary proposals into practice.
In the present circumstances, a revolutionary platform could be summarized as follows:
-Unilateral termination of payment of the Greek debt.
-Exit from the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) and the European Union (EU).
-Expropriation of assets of the Capital, large companies, multinational corporations, of all movable and immovable property of the capitalists.
-Abolition of the banking system, erasure of all debts to banks,
handover of small possessions that were seized by banks, and
socialization of bank assets.
-Expropriation of state property and utilities companies; expropriation of church property.
-Socialization of the means of production, industry, ports, means of transfer and communication, transportation, utilities, hospitals and educational institutions; the workers will engage in their managing.
-Abolition of the State and the bourgeois parliament of professional politicians, to be replaced by a confederal system of popular assemblies and workers’ councils, whose coordination, communication and decision-implementation will be achieved through delegates elected and immediately recallable. At national level, in place of the old representative bourgeois parliament there will be a supreme Confederal People’s Assembly, whose members will be authorized members-delegates elected and immediately recallable by the local popular assemblies and workers’ councils.
-Abolition of the police and the army, to be replaced by an armed popular militia, not a mercenary one.
A discussion and agreement upon a revolutionary platform is a prerequisite for the creation of a revolutionary anticapitalist movement, and as Revolutionary Struggle we wish to see a well-intentioned dialogue opening on this issue. It is necessary that a Revolution overcomes national borders. It is unrealistic to believe that a Revolution will be viable if confined within the national borders of a small country like Greece. However let us make a beginning here, in Greece, for the demolition of the Eurozone and the European Union, for the abolition of capitalism and the State. Let us put the armed proletarian counterattack into practice. Let us make a beginning here, in Greece, for an international social Revolution.

A black bloc marches in Cairo tonight [24/1], preparing for confrontations with security forces near Tahrir Square on the even of the second anniversary of the revolution.
Anarchists have been present in Egypt before, during, and after the revolution, but until today, they have yet to organize a mass grouping under the banner of anarchism. The Ultras of Egypt’s football clubs have for years been associated with anarchist ideas and actions, and they are widely credited with having initiated the level of militancy that brought down the Mubarak government in February of 2011. Updated link: New PDF zine from the editors of Conspiracion Acrata…
This publication is a compilation of news from the social war in Mexico during the year 2011. It took us a bit longer than we had hoped to complete it, but we feel it is still valid as a tool to communicate the actions and communique’s of Anarchist Action groups throughout Mexico to the English-speaking world.
Over the last few years, Anarchist direct action has been expanding throughout Mexico, both in quantity and in force. 2011 was in no way an exception, with every-day conflict with the State more and more evident. We make special note of “Black September” in which the social war waged by Anarchist Action groups was at its strongest. We hope that 2012 can be even stronger, not only in Mexico, but in every corner of the Globe. Through these communiques we can learn that we don’t need to be a “professional” to carry out attacks such as these, but that anyone is capable of attacking the State and its symbols of power. Falsified results of parliamentary elections seem to be a serious occasion for many thousands of malcontent people to express their disagreement to authority during really mass demonstrations over Russia. At the same time number of direct actions related with sabotage of state institutions also grows by leaps and bounds…
10 – 13.12.2011 – In the urban districts of Moscow: Donskoy and Novogireevo windows were smashed in the offices of ruling United Russia party. Actions were held by anonymous people.
15.12.2011 – In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk town unknown freedom fighters have attacked local office of United Russia by fire. (more…)

“A stone will be thrown at the State, and a stone will be thrown at the churches”
Kode9 – 9 Samurai
From the burning streets of London, Bristol, Nottingham, Manchester, Birmingham and dozens of other places, urban rage explodes with action and speech. Social peace is shattered by the repressed anger of thousands of individuals, united by anti-police and anti-system violence. The modern British project of the perfectly ordered prison-society run by the police and the politicians is shattered, no-one cares about the CCTV anymore and the pigs are being beaten, attacked and running away. This is a war, and only the start of it, let their ranks and divisions of police and intelligence teams come, the collapse of society has begun and the choice is resignation to modern fascism or insurrection.
The imprisoned members of the Revolutionary Organisation – Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and Theofilos Mavropoulos have our irreducible solidarity and anarchist friendship. They are some of the courageous and resolute individuals who have acted against the capitalist and governmental parasites and their functionaries, helping create the formation of an international insurrectional network of which they are an integral part.
The fire they have started is the same fury as the blaze of August, and exists around the world regardless of any anti-terrorist operations and secret service maneuvers to dampen it, because this is the beginning of the end for the capitalist-dominator social model. It doesn’t matter if we, the insurgents, are in prison, maimed, dead – our ideas and our actions live in the inferno of freedom where new generations of conscious individuals ignite themselves to attack the dominating elites, their servants and the reproductive aspects and values of servility. It is not only in the dreams of the few, it’s in the daily thoughts of the used and denigrated, all those who didn’t yet learn to love work and authority.
The only intelligent way to react to the prison-world is to try to escape, and in this time of repression and war, the only real way is to take weapons and fight for your freedom.
The rebels in UK have come into a nihilistic fervour, with almost no participation in, or intervention from, the progressive-left activist/anarchist racket. There is zero anticipation that there will be any “social change” from the established regime, only unending economic misery and urban prison; but without the trappings of ideology, revolutionary and anarchistic principles are the first spoken from many lips when given time to express their ideas and question the existent order.
The antagonistic trends here are those most at risk of exploitation, imprisonment and police brutality: young people/teens, migrants/the different, the “anti-social”, the excluded and rebellious. 325 is proud to be some of the “scum” on those streets during August, despite the repression and the acceleration of fascism this country was ripped into. We, the rioters, ruined the facade of social peace. As the world of the old bigots crumbles, the British dream of an imperial paradise descends into the urban estate reality of a vast chaotic mess. The insurrection, which of course was not a ‘utopia’, did not finish in August. Even in the shithole deadzone places, such as Cambridge, you could find unexpected incidents of anti-social arson, such as a car dealership going up in flames in a wealthy area claimed by Fire Cell / FAI. In Birmingham, a police station is burnt down and 40-50 people attack the police with molotovs, stones and handguns. In Nottingham, four police stations are attacked with stones and one with molotovs, and later Cell of Joy / FAI take responsibility for an arson attack against a vehicle of the prison guards at the local prison. In Bristol, the personal cars of the mayor and of a ruling party politician are set on fire outside their homes and claimed by Class Terror / FAI. In London, the Sony Warehouse covering hundreds of square metres is looted and reduced to ashes. These are some incidents/moments where anti-political people exclaimed they had “the best days of their life” and seek future chances, co-conspirators and more.
Not guessing when there will be another uprising, we don’t wait, but the certainty of another is clear. An entire section of the population cannot be pushed much further and the divisions are deep. The plunder and injustice is too blatant, unapologetic, without even the pretence of ‘social conscience’ and it is intolerable.
August was unimaginable a few years ago and now anything can happen. The best days of our lives are to be had. With knives and dreams, pistols and pens, we reload our magazine and prepare to return fire…

Here is a brief report on radical acts of social confrontation in Russia since 9th November and until today. Nowadays we are faced with the pre-revolutionary situation of great people’s disturbance all over the country after parliamentary elections, where United Russia, the party of the ruling bunch of corrupted bureaucrats and oligarchs, took its “victory” due to massive falsification. We all hope here, that this not only beginning of the end of this semi-authoritarian regime, but also the dawn of people’s liberation – libertarian revolutionary struggle. (more…)

Rome, Italy, October 15 2011: anger explodes uncontrollable during a demonstration against the austerity measures imposed by the government to tackle its economic crisis.
The official organizers, inspired by the Spanish movement of the ‘Indignados’, had called for a ‘pacific demonstration’ in order to democratically express their dissent. But such an invitation can no longer be accepted: hundreds of angry people, most of them kids in their teens with no connection whatsoever with political groups or organizations, just took to the streets of Rome to destroy the misery of the existent, attack banks and shops, and finally engage in a battle against the police in Piazza San Giovanni.
As far as we know 12 kids were arrested that day, almost all of them underage. Two days later, on October 17, police raided the houses of dozens of anarchists all over Italy in search of ‘weapons’ supposedly used during the demonstration. The searches, carried out without warrant but relying on the special powers granted by article 41 TULPS (alleged possession of weapons and explosive material), came to no result.
This communiqué of Asilo Occupato from Turin, picked up among many others, offers a beautiful insight into the event. For more info and communiqués see informa-azione.info
A march was held in Rome on 15th October against the new financial measures of the government and the austerity measures adopted to tackle the worn-out spectre of the crisis. In practice people took to the streets to react against the threat of the nth season of tears and blood to the detriment of the poorest, always forced to tighten their belt and to endure daily sacrifice and exploitation in a world full of goods and governed by the interests of the few who can afford to consume.
For the organizers, the sinister caravan of citizenists and Italian ‘indignados’, it was meant to be a pacific march, a lively but respectful stroll ‘to have our say’, to express the harmless buzz of opinions timidly and from inside the ranks. A pre-prepared package, a film already seen and whose end was foreseeable, all this inside the balance of a well managed normality. The fair game between power and the recuperators of anger enables the functioning of the desert of real democracy by suffocating the storming of hostile passions.
But this time there was no theatre, the march broke down with the first smashed windows, and the spectacle went up in smoke among the clouds of teargas and the rain of stones.
A chaotic rhythm of destroyed cash machines and shops resounds on Via Cavour, a looted market and cars in pieces, that is to say the expression of a fury which takes aim at random.
To organize oneself in order to hit banks and the provocation of luxury is the first step to invade the streets and knock down the physical places of exploitation, one by one. To know how and when to do it is a question of time, space and a lot of methods to be learned in the practice: to set fire to a car in order to erect a barricade is a different thing than do it in the middle of a march thus endangering the rest of the demonstrators and those who live in the opposite building, which also pushes possible accomplices away. Black hoods and helmets are useful tools to protect oneself and to remain anonymous, but they are not a uniform to show off. Let’s leave the logic of military blocks to the press of the regime and to the reports of the police, we are angry proletarians. Today the hatred towards the bosses and the police is not exclusive to militant sects worn out by years of isolation and search for purism, but a reality that enters with force the life of so many.
14th December 2010 in Rome, the battles of Val Susa against the TAV, the revolts in Greece and mass expropriations in London tell us something on the social temperature of the present in which we live, on how endurance has gone out of fashion. We don’t give a fuck of demonstrative gestures and allusions to revolt. As a very long winter of pacification seems to finally croak, rebellion doesn’t go through symbols, even if the latter are more beautiful and evocative than the zombies of politics, but it goes through actions and practical and efficient instruments. Identities and ideological fetishes catch on exactly because of a historical lack of insurrection, whereas today to pick up the possibility of insurrection means to take the responsibility for raising one’s sights.
The battle of Piazza San Giovanni was an occasion to measure oneself against police power, and there the day took its mass breath. There were people of all kinds and ages to face police charges, many unmasked and at their first experience in the streets… nothing was arranged and decided in advance. The strongest and most explosive moment of the demonstration, the one that brought down all plans, stirred the blood and made the atmosphere hot had as its only protagonist the determination to take hold of a piazza and defend it, the uncontrolled and widespread anger.
There is much to learn from this demonstration of courage, displayed mainly by fed up kids without flags, like many of their peers in many other cities of the world. What Black Bloc? Instinct, practical intelligence and sudden reciprocity of intents: to attack a police van, re-launch the teargas and charge the police. The shout is Free Rome. Vandals can do it by themselves.
Organization by little groups, affinities and friendships, precise objectives and agility are common characteristics that make us almost undetectable to the eyes of the enemy. The civil war scenario that resonates from many parts of the world has crashed the faded image of the Spanish protest… the party of the citizens has lost. The call of revolt is much stronger. We won’t ever go back… Fuck off!

The rebellious anarchist magazine is back with another 92 pages of resistance and revolution to keep you ticking. D.I.Y and not for profit, this magazine aims to be a voice from the uncontrollables. 325 has long provided a platform for prisoners and anarchist/autonomous groups/individuals to communicate, and we’re proud to present this latest issue, as we received a lot of new inputs and efforts. The global network of solidarity and direct action spreads and multiplies – this magazine is only a glimpse of it.
A large selection of texts received from UK sets off the riot of info contained within this edition, and we give space to cover, amongst other subjects; the repressive anti-anarchist crack-down in Italy this year; lengthy insightful open letters and uncompromising statements from Greek anarchist prisoners of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and their accused; several articles form themed sections concerning Germany, Indonesia, and Chile etc. Whilst Philippines, Mexico and Russia also have a presence. A selection of poetic columns from Argentinian anarchist Rodolfo Gonzalez Pacheco, and the usual International Resistance News and Brief Global Reports make up the regular features.
The world-wide anarchic revolutionary insurrectional current could never be summed up in pages alone and grows day-by-day beyond our capability to report it. Consider these texts and images as contributions to an ongoing process of revolutionary solidarity and struggle.

Tonight two vans belonging to the energy multinational “GDF SUEZ” were set on fire in the neighborhood of San Juan Bautista.
The techno-industrial system has been imposed on our lives in a brutal way, to colonize our bodies and minds, life has been totally artificialized. New developments, such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, robotics… stand as new forms of domination in which the State spends billions, knowing that this is to secure its perpetuity. They sell us all these projects as the best in the best of all possible worlds, but the only thing that they secure is the continuation of the existing order; the only thing they secure is the murder of the earth, the total dependency on technology, a world where there is no space for autonomy, for freedom; and the murder of millions of people so that here in the first world we can enjoy a “peaceful” life where alienation now rises to aberrant levels.
For all this to function it is necessary to murder the earth by means of extracting so-called “resources” for the production of energy. For this we attacked the company “GDF SUEZ,” and the attacks will continue against all that which enslaves us; also for our sisters in England who, having understood that the misery in your lives is caused by the world of commodities, have fiercely launched yourselves to destroy them — from here, strength in your struggle, and may the insurrection that these days ravages England spread everywhere.
FREEDOM FOR BILLY, SILVIA, COSTA AND MARCO!
FREEDOM FOR THE ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN PRISONERS INCARCERATED BY THE GREEK STATE!
