Jogja & elswhere: FAI/IRF slogans and posters (Indonesia)

Comrades in Indonesia did a lot of postering these recent nights, especially on the high-profile military case. There was in Jogja spray-painted slogans in some important parts of town.. Signing FAI/IRF and the urgency to revenge against the military and reading “Never forget – Never forgive. Kill Kopasus!”. The poster mostly reads about facts about military involvement in massacres for the sake of corporations and that people should not forget. Because in Jogja, some of the people believe that the forces who slaughter the prisoners are heroes, some sort of vigilantes who are crushing criminals and gangsters. Fuck them! Fuck society!

Background: There’s a killing of one of the Special Unit Forces members in a nightclub. Four people got arrested. They were strangely transferred to the prison very quickly. Four of them. One night, 2 trucks of special unit forces come to the prison heavily armed. They break into the prison and execute brutally the four prisoners.

Europol and Mexico to cooperate against anarchist groups

What we do consider important is to be aware of international police cooperation. It is also worth mentioning that what follows is a decent summary of recent anarchist action especially in Mexico, and we have added links where they may be helpful.

Alarm in Europe due to Mexican Anarchists

The European police seem to be more interested in fighting anarchism (which they automatically equate with terrorism) than narco-trafficking. They demonstrate this in a cooperation accord which will soon be negotiated between the European police and the Mexican government, and the report on “terrorist trends in the EU” which is about to be published. A recount of the attacks in Italy and Mexico would explain Europol’s alarm.

BRUSSELS (Proceso) — The police force of the European Union (EU), Europol, intends for the cooperation accord it will negotiate with Enrique Peña Nieto’s government to include the exchange of information about anarchist groups operating in Mexico.

Last October 4th, the EU Cabinet approved Europol’s beginning of accord negotiations with the Mexican government. Its primary–but not sole–component would be the fight against narco-trafficking.

The eventual collaboration of the Mexican and European police against the anarchists (a tendency toward what they automatically qualify as terrorist) would fall within the framework of European politics of fighting terrorism, according to a Europol document dated April 4, 2012 of which Proceso has a copy. Greece: 1st session of the fourth trial for the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire case – Athens

5th April 2013: 4th trial for the Conspiracy Cells of Fire case.
One more trial for the actions of the CCF began at Koridallos prisons.

Besides the members of the Conspiracy accused in the same case are also Dimitris Politis, Giannis Mihailidis, Giorgos Karagiannidis, Alexandros Mitrousias, Kostas Sakkas and Stella Antoniou (who are also accused in the third trial which is taking place as well) and Kostandina Karakatsani and Panagiotis Masouras.
Theofilos Mavropoulos read a common statement of the now ten members of the CCF, after which all members of the organization left the room.

“As I have stated in a previous court and in older public texts, I have been next to the comrades of the CCF as a solidarian anarchist, without however being a member of the Conspiracy. From the first moment of my arrest after the shoot out with the cops in Pefki, the comrades of the Conspiracy stood next to me like brothers. Inside prison we shared common worries, tensions and forged our steel passion for liberation through our common escape attempt in December 2011. Today for me the CCF is an inseparable piece of my thought, my desires and my personal mutiny for anarchy.
This is why as of today, here in your court, I state that I join the CCF and share together with the imprisoned and non arrested members the endless course to the anarchist insurrection. Participating now in the Conspiracy, I will read a collective statement for this trial. All of us, the members of the CCF, want to clarify some things.
In this trial, besides us who have taken the responsibility for our participation and support of the Conspiracy, all other accused do not have, neither have any relation with the charges attributed to them.
They never were, neither could ever be members of the Conspiracy.
An ocean of disagreements, perceptions and choices divides us…
The CCF and FAI is an international network of anarchists of praxis
who stand against the enemy with the certainty of those who play it all or nothing and refuse the proof of innocence and legal mitigations.

The Conspiracy and the Informal Anarchist Federation through their hundreds of attacks express the black anarchy which sets fire to the silence of the many and cowardice of the reformists.
All the charges in your indictments are a piece of the anarchist history and the armed course of the Conspiracy through the social desert of mass subjugation.
It is our compass in the unmapped unknown of the anarchist insurrection.
It is the unique moment where theory meets practice.
It is there where the law dies and anarchy is born.
It is there where the sounds of the explosions and the gun shots break the calmness of the crowd.
These moments are our moments. These history is our history.
A history which cannot be put on trial, neither finishes inside the court room.
We are the gasoline, the gun powder, the detonator, the bullet, the gun.
The only thing you will get from us is war.
The Conspiracy is, was, itself.
This is our Anarchy”.

G.Mihailidis read a common statement of his and D.Politis and then left the procedure.
“Give us a copy”, asked the chairman, “this statement is not for you”, answered D.Politis, while the cops were cuffing them.

The statement:
“We state that: We refuse to participate in the procedure of the court, not only because it is a mean of the state to demean and bend the anarchist struggle, not only because its function aims at the respite of anarchist action,but mainly because we do not recognize any institutional representative of the bourgeois democracy to judge people.
As anarchist revolutionaries we stand hostile against the bourgeios justice which sends people to the rot of imprisonment in order to defend the criminal lawful order of capitalism. Also, we support the anarchist revolutionary war in every of its forms.
We are part of the violent and guerilla action and will defend it as an inseparable part of the struggle.”
The trial continued on April 15th.

OPERATION SPY-HUNT

We attacked ‘Europol Investigazioni’ with a parcel bomb. This agency, like many others, provides the forces of order with equipment such as microchips, micro-cameras and other technological wickedness, which the forces of order scrupulously place in houses, cars and other places familiar to comrades, rebels and any other individual enemy of the law and its hangmen.

In this way any single aspect of life and daily experience becomes material for enlarging investigation files and is examined by the servants in uniform with the intent to analyse them according to the standards of the penal code, and use them to take our freedom away and lock us up in the concentration camps of the state.

We believe it is time to break this malicious chain thanks to which many comrades are imprisoned today, and many others who continue to struggle with generosity and determination are compelled to cope with the constant risk of being intercepted and spied on. One thing must be clear to these collaborators of repression: if you help, no matter how, armed dominion do its job, you automatically join its ranks, with all the consequences that this entails.

Another parcel bomb was sent to the notorious shit paper known as ‘La Stampa’, always ready to corroborate the frame-ups of carabinieri and police, especially when they strike those who are at war against the state. We know even too well that repression would be less effective without the fundamental help of pennivendoli [word sellers, TN], and it is for this reason that we decided to make them pay for their responsibility once again. We are aware of the fact that ‘La Stampa’ is just one of the many newspapers of the regime, therefore any single pennivendolo is a possible target of our war against the state and society that supports it and legitimizes its existence every single day.

This action is meant to continue the campaign started by the comrades of the ‘Olga’ nucleus with the wounding of stinker Adinolfi, manager of Ansaldo. This time we chose the targets among those who provide dominion with the technological appendages necessary to repression. They are as responsible as Ansaldo for harmfulness and suffering.

We dedicate this action to the comrades locked up in the AS2 unit of the prison of Ferrara: Sergio, Alessandro, Alfredo, Nicola, Peppe and Stefano; to the comrades imprisoned in Rebibbia: Elisa and Paola; to Marco Camenish, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, our Greek comrades of the CCF and Theofilos Mavropoulos. To all rebel anarchists locked up all over the world.

We hail the cells of FAI/FRI, by now so numerous, that attack dominion in all corners of the globe.

May 29, 2013 – Day of International Solidarity with Anarchists Facing Repression in Bolivia

Absolution for the May 29 defendants! No highway through TIPNIS! Freedom for all prisoners!

On May 29, 2012, 13 people were arrested by police in La Paz, Bolivia.
All of them were connected to anarchist participation in the defense of TIPNIS, an indigenous territory and national park. The 13 were accused of a series of arsons, bombings, and sabotage claimed by the Informal Anarchist Federation-International Revolutionary Front (FAI-FRI). The actions, occurring from September 2011 to May 2012, targeted government buildings, banks, car companies, fast food restaurants, supermarkets, and animal industries. Some of the attacks were claimed in solidarity with the struggle to defend TIPNIS, others in solidarity with comrades facing repression in Chile, others in support of animal liberation. (more…)

Call to isolate ‘civil anarchist’ group ‘OARS – Anarchist Organization for Social Revolution’ (Bolivia)

This is a call-out to anarchists across the world, asking comrades to break all friendly relations with OARS, the Anarchist Organization for Social Revolution (La Paz, Bolivia).

The reasoning is simple: they are snitches, and they openly justify snitching as a part of their “social revolution.” After being arrested on May 29, 2012, four members of OARS snitched on other anarchists. Nine months later, two of the anarchists they snitched on are still being held in prison and one more is under house arrest (this third prisoner was rewarded with house arrest after also snitching). They are faced with the serious accusations of Terrorism and Attempted Murder. No evidence implicates any of the three, except for the testimony of OARS members (and later the testimony of the third detainee who snitched one month after OARS members claimed she was a terrorist). All decisions, when it’s a question of freedom, contain death within them. We, through this death, must attain life: a deep breath before the endless journey.

An armed clash took place in Pefki between two anarchists and the police force.

Two of their dogs, Leontopoulos and Drosos, tried to arrest me and my comrade. Our response was armed resistance and the rejection of surrender, with the goal of preserving our freedom, which—as anarchists—we value so much.

The results are well-known: my comrade escaped by stealing a patrol car, while I was wounded and arrested. Also wounded were the two police officers, whom I fired at first, managing to catch them by surprise. Without any doubt, if the pigs had died and the two of us—my comrade and I—had remained unharmed, we would have gotten away.

Additionally—regardless of the fact that my operational priority was to disengage and escape—it would be an honor for me if at the same time I had the blood of two police officers on my hands, not just because they were going to arrest me, but simply and solely because they were police officers. We speak through fire. To remember and always keep on our mind, our sisters and brothers who are kidnapped by the state and seized behind bars. To continue the urban guerrilla warfare against enemies of freedom. Let the action speak for us.

On March 31, we burned down 3 buildings owned by the Major of Aceh Tamiang, Hamdan Sati. This is our first action done in Aceh, a region where religious fundamentalists in the past threw 64 punks into a rehabilitation camp and made them ‘normal’. But, we want to clarify that we aren’t Acehnese. We have no citizenship because we are borderless. We are the angry ones who light the fire of freedom.

Solidarity to the imprisoned members of CCF and Th. Mavropoulos, Camenisch, da Silva and Italian comrades arrested during the Ardire, Thor, and Mangifuoco operations and to Cospito and Gai. And last but not least, we salute our fire to comrades of Kozani 4 who were recently arrested.

Jakarta: Claim of responsibility for shopping area arson by Anger Unit / ICR-FAI-IRF (Indonesia)

There is no reason to step back. War continues as always and must be more violent each and every time. All of the infrastructures of the society are our targets and there are no excuses to let one still stand against the beautiful sky. All the buildings are the walls against our sight to see the stars, the same stars which our imprisoned and guerrilla comrades in other part of the world are also seeing.

Through the fire, we want to send our warmest greetings to the knights warriors around the globe who still carry on attacks as our revolutionary way. To the brave and dignified prisoners who kept their head up against the misery and cowardice of ‘reformist’ anarchists.

Last night (Friday, 22 February), we burned down another property of Society. We placed an incendiary of fire in the middle-class shopping areas in North Jakarta. We burn the shops as our sample and to once again call the individuals to create their own attacks –especially in Indonesia and South East Asia. We showed through practice that each individual can bring their anger into fire and gasoline without the specializations of elite units. We are not vanguards or the messiah to save the Society. We are the angry individuals who only want to burn down Society.

Only cowards –even self-proclaimed as anarchists– who only see the fire is rising and covering the sky with dark smokes and doing nothing. Cowards are the integral parts of the Society who are always waiting for the ‘right moments’ and trying to keep their life in the comfort zones. And we point out the cowards as our enemies and we will hunt you down also. In the future, we will not feel sorry if in our actions to attack Society, we are risking the life of someone.

From now, we will limit our revolutionary greetings to the comrades who in our judgements are revolutionary. We will not let our fire warm the ‘innocent’, ‘reformist’, ‘pacifist’, ‘formal and pro-judicial anarchists’, ‘facebook anarchists’ and other cowards. Our actions always are only for ourselves and our individualistic values and for the revolutionary comrades.

And through the fire, we send our love to the imprisoned comrades: Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, the 4 anarchists who are recently accused for double robbery in Greece, Alfredo and Nicola and other comrades who accused in Operation Thor, Ixodae, Mangifuoco, and similar repressions in Italy, to Gabriel Pombo da Silva and to Marco Camenisch, to Marcelo, Juan, Fredy, Ivan & Carla in Chile, to Henry in Bolivia, to injured one Tripa Lopez in Mexico, to Tukijo and to the insurrectionary prisoners behind state bars who always kept their dignity and revolutionary values. We also want to send our love to the comrades on the run: Felicity, Hans and others. Keep running and do not let the enemies catch you.

Concerning the 4 arrests in Kozani, Greece by CCF imprisoned members

If we speak, we speak because we do not abandon the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire in the cesspool of state propaganda. For the robbery in Kozani, the exclusivity is held by the arrestees themselves, who are not members of the Conspiracy. Besides, the conspiracy was not “hit” by these arrests and our perceptions as well as our cells remain unscathed…

However, because the state mechanism of propaganda is constantly referring to the Conspiracy, we clarify our position. Anarchist urban guerrillas are not “good kids”, neither do have the need to be defended by the hypocrites of humanism and the contractors of leftist sensitivity.

Anarchist urban guerrillas abandon the role of the victim in order to take positions as offenders against this passive silence of society.

We know that anarchist violence against the regime is the only way to liberation. Those who hesitate to arm themselves, will be proven too cowardly to live with dignity. Far from the humanistic rhetoric and crocodile tears over the beaten faces of the arrestees, specific choices were hit. The choice of robbing a bank aiming at the support of illegal aformalistic anarchist cells was, is and will be an anarchist practice.

In the war against the state and its society you do not ask for mercy from the enemy. Anarchists of praxis do not respect any bourgeois legality. The matter is not for someone to speak of police arbitrariness, but to attack first, here and now. Besides, life will always belong to one kind of people, the people of action.

Our actions are dedicated to the farmers struggle in Ogan Kemilir Ilir, to the rebels in Papua: Buktar Tabuni and Dominikus Sorabut who are imprisoned by the Indonesian State, to the struggles against mining which spread and blossomed in south coast of Java, and to the natives in Kalimantan, Mentawai, Jambi and Papua.

We also want to send our revolutionary greetings to Tukijo: brave and dignified farmer from Kulon Progo, to the NO TAV prisoners in Italia, to the ELF prisoners in USA, to Marco Camenisch and Gabriel Pombo da Silva and to all anarchist prisoners who never step down and bow under the law.

Sberbank bank is attacked with molotovs on 19/01/13 in Southern Moscow (Russia)

First of all we want to send “flaming” salute to our brothers and sisters. Strength to anarchist prisoners and those who chose the life in underground. We remember our fallen comrades and we do our best to avenge them [a reference to Jan 19 "in memoriam" march commemorating another anniversary of the death of Anastasia Baburova and Stanislav Markelov - antifascists killed by nazi death squad - trans.]. For your freedom and ours! Nobody will win our happiness except ourselves. Keep rocking the boat! [a hint at the popular liberal anti-putin motto]! We’ll throw them into water and send to fish! There’s no need for explanations or excuses in regards to what we do. Everyday our conscience pushes us towards breaking “the law”. Only the joy of struggle and resistance fills us with the feeling of unruliness. We urge everyone who has had a chance at throwing a molotov or using a weapon, but got rooted in everyday routine, to remember the feeling. We want everyone who has only recently came to this understanding to think about it. Make one more step. Act. Everything is in your hands. May the fires light the path you take.

Tonight we went out into the streets one more time. As soon as sky darkened, we attacked “Sberbank” bank office in southern Moscow ["Sberbank" offices are closed on weekends - trans]. Several dozens of passers-by became passive spectators of the action. As soon as we started breaking through windows they tried to voice their discontent. A blow. Then Another one. As soon as whole big enough for molotov to pass through showed itself, we tossed several cocktails inside. None of the honest and law-abiding citizens found enough courage to intervene. All they were good for was calling police. And a-driving they came. 15 minutes after we retreated through the park to nearby subway. With nobody to arrest they continued to scare away local crows with noisy sirens.

Last night [10/1/13], we did it once again. Direct action based on our revolutionary values, as nihilists, as individualists and as an expression of the hatred of this society. Covered by the night, we burned a private car in Tomohon (small city in North Sulawesi), owned by an unknown person. It was a car located near the local TV station in that town. A car as a symbol of slavery, eco-disaster and the meaninglessness of life.

We believe, through direct action each revolutionary can speak, even separated by continents and nation-state borders. We believe that revolutionary actions speak loud and reach our sisters and brothers in the Informal Anarchist Federation – International Revolutionary Front.

We dedicate our action to our brother in arms, Panagiotis Argirou, –revolutionary and proud member of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire– who fell down and has to face surgery. When we heard this news, it hurt our heart. We burned a car to send our warmest revolutionary greetings to you, comrade. To let our enemies know that no revolutionary will be left alone. Strength brother! Fire of health for you.

To other members of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and revolutionary anarchist, T. Mavropoulos: all of you are never alone. Our actions are also your revenge.

Not to forget to mention our brothers in Italy who are kidnapped by the state and are seized behind bars. To Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai. Our hearts always with both of you.

We also want to send our revolutionary greetings to Villa Amalias and all the free spaces that are invaded by our enemies. To all squatters who are kidnapped by pigs of the state. Your bravery inspires us to keep our heads up. ‘Fire’ is how we spell solidarity.

On Wednesday, June 27, at dawn, we attacked the headquarters of Microsoft with a vehicle-bomb. We drove through the main entrance and detonated the bomb van in the building, with about 150 litres of gasoline as a gift. Throughout the course of the operation the team ensured that no one would be in any danger, and, contrary to the assertions of several newspapers, they did not use firearms to immobilize the security personnel. It was an act of war against the widespread insidious silence and captivity generated by this modern world.

“Caught in prison-society…”

Growing up and wasting time and every minute of our lives in the great prison, in the city where they suffocate million people with anxiety and stress. It’s crazy and nonsense that so many people are crammed like zombies, like canned sardines in the giant cities. In factories, in their jobs, in artificial parks, in front of televisions, in the ranks of the unemployment offices, at checkouts. To have and to blackmail.

The rates here are predatory, blackmailing dilemmas, more suffocating than ever; psychiatric drugs
off-the-shelf and anti-depressants cure every patient of the modern lifestyle.

Asylums, psychiatrists and psychologists, prisons, are they not cages like the filthy flats and apartment blocks, who in their own cannibalistic way, imprison human emotion, vitality and energy?

Are not the crowded malls, noisy streets and the constant drone of horns of those who are rushing to gain a minute and get faster to work, school or important meetings?
