Armed militants appeared on the streets of Diyarbakır, Southeastern Turkey tonight (20/10/2014) in a demonstration of combative solidarity with Kobane and in complete defiance of the fascist Turkish government.
The comrades expressed their anger by setting up burning barricades, throwing many molotovs and firing shots in the air. Messages of support for Kobane and denouncing the fascist Turkish state were broadcast via megaphone so all the people could hear. The comrades escaped into the night avoiding capture by Turkish security forces, all in all, a successful display of militant solidarity from deep within the Turkish state that gave hope to many Turkish people living under AKP tyranny and reminds Kobane & whole world that not all Turkish people support the barbaric actions of the criminal Erdogan regime!

Translated from linksunten.indymedia.org by anarchist comrade Marco Camenisch. Translated from Italian by act for freedom now.
In the night between 26th and 27th July 2014 we tossed molotov bottles at several ‘Bayer AG’ vehicles – and with this action we started off our Tendency of Eco Struggle.
Poisoning and exploiting
During the first world war ‘Friedr. Bayer & Co’ (which later became ‘Bayer AG’) produced explosives and chemicals for war purposes. Their troubles in getting supplies were not due to humanitarian scruples but to security risks and lack of labour force. As soon as the war turned into trench warfare gas begun to be strategically used as a weapon, and Bayer begun to supply the army with tens of thousands of tons of various types of gas.
Not content with their turnover, ‘Friedr. Bayer & Co’ also formed alliances with other chemical companies in a ‘community of interest’ following the example of the American Trusts of the time.
The economic crisis that followed the war didn’t last long, and in 1925 nine chemical companies led by ‘BASF’ formed ‘JG Farben’.
At the beginning (1926), ‘JG Farben’ didn’t embrace the aspirations of the national-socialist party, but then they realized that their production of synthetic petrol couldn’t function without funding. Back in 1932, a year before the electoral victory of NSDAP (German National-Socialist Workers’ Party), the company made contact with Hitler and obtained his support. In order to guarantee stability in their profits, ‘JG Farben’ thought it useful to contribute to the electoral expenses of the NSDAP with about 400,000 Reichsmark (German marks). Since then their cooperation with the Nazi regime flourished almost without frictions.
Almost the entire board of directors of the company became members of the NSDAP, while monopolization made ‘JG Farben’ the fourth most important company in the world.
During the Spanish Civil war, the company provided financial support to Franco’s troops, while in Guernica the Luftwaffe had the chance to test an incendiary bomb produced by ‘JG Farben’ on civilians. During the second world war ‘JG Farben’ was committed to the production of war weaponry and was one of the responsible for the murder and exploitation of prisoners in concentration camps.
As soon as ‘JG Farben’ discovered a suitable site for production near Auschwitz, they started to seek for a hard labour force. In February 1941 Carl Krauch, an important member of ‘BASF’/‘JG Farben’, wrote a letter to Hermann Goring asking him to convince Himmler to use prisoners in concentration camps as slave-workers in the plant of Buna. From the collaboration with ‘JG Farben’ Himmler expected the supply of materials necessary to expand the concentration camp in Auschwitz. In this regard he ordered Karl Wolff to forge a strict alliance with ‘JG Farben’. (more…)

Eric G. King, a 28-year-old local anarchist, was arrested and charged with an attempted firebombing of a government official’s office in Kansas City, MO. Eric allegedly threw a hammer through a window of the building and then through two lit bottles inside, though both failed to ignite.
Eric was identified as a suspect by local police because he had previously come under suspicion for anti-government and anti-police graffit. Eric is allegedly involved with the the Kansas City Fight Back insurrectionist collective.
Eric is currently being held in the Corrections Corporation of America’s Leavenworth Detention Center.
From Behind Enemy Lines: Statement by Eric G. King
My name is Eric. I’ve been an anarchist since about the age of 17; of course developing and maturing my views as I have grown. I am very active in the LGBQT, Earth, Animal, Antifa and other communities. I have organized Food Not Bombs, rallies against the Klan, and many others in support of human rights, anti-capitalism, animal rights, etc! I am an insurrectionist now. I believe that revolution starts in our own minds and once you are personally ready, then everyone has something they can do.
I value and support the solidarity and comradery received from the community now when I need it most. There is a warm feeling you get from knowing that you committed your life to something larger than yourself and getting warm wishes, kindness, and positive words which can really help someone out of a dark day. I am getting indicted this week and hopefully will be outside sooner or later. Books, stamp money, envelope money and letters would be greatly appreciated if you’re able and if not keep up the struggle. With love and support, EK (A) (///)

Burning barricades and molotovs: ‘In response to the international call for anarchist prisoners of the world’ (Chile)
Sunday, August 31st, 2014
International week of solidarity with imprisoned comrades. We go out decisively and fearlessly to amuse ourselves breaking with their dogma of tranquility and legality. With the rebellion of José Huenante, boy assassinated in democracy, in mind.* Cops, screws, guards and every authority will burn with our warmful joy. Propagate the revolt.
In the defined night
the routine’s twilight
infinite particles conspire in the dissocial shadow.
In the spectra of nothing
desires are moaned
rage is howled
the forgotten are shouted
the lost echoes are roaring.
In the disrepair of one power citadel
frantic machines, swarm of slaves,
makeup powders and devices of control.
The rebellious schizos, barbarian!
We deny the everyday existence: Prisons,
schools, families, madhouses, asylums, psychiatrists
and every individual nullification.
We open the wings to come out of crevices and caves,
to bifurcate the fire in every alley,
security perimeter and place of domination.
May it be known that we overflow in all directions,
towards all the points.
We are infinite particles looking for the explosion.

The action took place on Wednesday, August 27th; a roadblock in one of the city’s arteries, at eight in the evening.

Athens: Responsibility claim for Molotov attack on police station, in remembrance of Revolutionary Struggle member Lambros Foundas (Greece)
Tuesday, March 18th, 2014
“With torches blown out long time ago, my old comrades walk with sidesteps in the pupils of my eyes… I close my mouth tightly and scream… That’s when they savagely invaded my arteries dragging the broken flagpole, and there, in the eighth artery, in the small cavity of the heart where my dead comrades are asleep, I give my battle in whispers…”
You need to push your acts to their most extreme limits; to put yourself to the test in struggle, with your entire being on combatant alert; to find yourself in assemblies, demonstrations, wildcat strikes, and barricades, just like Lambros did; to be on time for conspiratorial dates, present in the mapping of the enemy and the city, aware of the necessity for resupply, prepared to lube firearms, to throw yourself wholeheartedly into the fight, like thunder…
You should initiate all those processes, and whatever their start may be make sure to get a good ending, because history remains scanty if we don’t touch upon it… (more…)

… Yesterday when I was cooking, me and subcommandante ***** heard about some eviction quite near to Pandan Raya, in Mapanyukki. We heard in the radio that two of the police were severely injured by molotov cocktails and we rushed to the place. But by the time we get there its all tear gas and the confrontation have calmed down, but you can see how the police forces were very large, including some military trucks, it was a full force eviction. But the occupants fought very hard too. The little boys fights with arrows, molotov cocktails, the women, rocks, but the tear gas easily dispersed them. I can still feel the pain in my eyes as we passed through the former battleground. This eviction grew unease to the comrades because its like signal for Pandan Raya as the next target. …
Exarchia, Athens: Responsibility claim for incendiary attack on police bus in remembrance of Pavlos Fyssas ‘Killah P’ (Greece)
Monday, September 23rd, 2013
Shame is not a job
Eight hours standing in the perimeter of a police bus at the corner of Charilaou Trikoupi with Didotou street in Exarchia, wondering when you’re going to be attacked by “bottles” and stone-throwing. Recipients of hatred and rage that permeate our entire being. For what you are. For what we are. For those whom you serve. For what we’re fighting for.
Eight hours in a row, and now it’s time for the night shift, at 22.00, on September 19, 2013. Fresh pigs have come to replace you. After a chit chat, you enter the mobile pigsty all together.
But you are to confront us when you least expect it, when you sit your ass on a seat of the police bus, exhausted from this filth you call a job.
Two blocks away, at the junction of Charilaou Trikoupi and Dervenion streets, comrades wait for the police bus to get moving. They take positions, wait a bit longer, and then they push trash bins and block the street. The 10-liter jerrycans filled with gasoline are rolling underneath the vehicle. The cops make it just in time, and abandon the bus before watching the first Molotov light the flammable material. They have fear in their eyes.
Some other time, in another place, we’ll be waiting for you.
Pavlos lives among us.
Anarchist group ‘Destructive Consciousnesses’ take responsibility for the anti-state molotov attack in Komotini (Northern Greece)
Wednesday, May 29th, 2013
In the early hours of Sunday, May 26th the administrative offices of the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region, in the city of Komotini, were attacked with molotov cocktails.
This was a minimal display of rage against the State, its minions, and every authoritarian structure that, everyday, bring us closer to totalitarianism and enslavement.
The attack was a response to the rotten political system that is terrorizing us on a daily basis. Terrorizing us with imprisonment for those who resist, with taxes, with salaries and pensions that one can barely live from, with the violent repression of strikes and demos, with fascist–parastatal gangs acting unmolested, covering their real faces with democratic masks, so as to guarantee the continuation of domination and exploitation whenever Power and cops can’t finish the job.
We do not demand better terms of slavery; instead we fight for the complete destruction of Power.
We proclaim ourselves refusers of this society and the miserable life offered to us, so we are going on the offensive.
We also send a message to the judges and the State: our comrades, who spend their days and nights in the cages of democracy and Capital that you call “correctional institutions”, ARE NOT ALONE.

Communique for incendiary attack on prison guards’ gym
“One would say, then, that force is aimed at imposing the organization of a certain social order in which a minority governs, while violence tends to destroy this order. The bourgeoisie has used force since the dawn of time up to modern times, while the proletariat reacts to the present, through violence, against it and against the state” – George Sorel
THE GANG IS FURIOUS:
In this moment, the weight of history falls on our backs, the memory of the combatants, fallen and victorious compañerxs in a struggle since the origins of humanity, just like that, varying in material and quantitative terms. How to confront a corporeal beast with an unprecedented historical force; class society is a material and also an idea, essence and phenomenon present in humanity’s individual and collective consciousness. The state, private property, its armed forces, the productive modes and the permanent, continual complicity of a humanity subject to the decisions of an omnipresent authority.

The fire still burns. With the news of the release of two of the three Grand Jury Resistors ( Matt and it warmed our hearts but also filled them with anger. The state has taken parts of their life they will never get back. We also have not forgotten about the third resister (Maddy) and all the other nameless ones.
So last night, we decided to send a message that the release of our comrades will not stop our attacks on financial infrastructure, government and all others who oppress and take away our freedom. An unsuspecting bank, CIBC, had a Molotov cocktail thrown at it. The flames brought new life to our minds and destruction to the bank and a sense of insecurity to the Vancouver Police and the banks investors that they will never be able to stop us and that our attacks will increase.
The fire will always burn. Last night, we let that fire burn a financial institution that profits off the lives of the workers and foreclosures of families homes. Let this inspire anarchists and other radical elements of Vancouver, Coast Salish Territory, to attack and to attack now. We cannot be stopped.
Love, to all comrades from CST Vancouver

We receive from anonymous mail:
Dedicated to those who are in prison, wanted by police, sentenced and searched…. to the anarchists hit by the repressive forces of the State/Capital…
In the night of Wednesday July 18 2012, two banks were attacked in Frascati.
Two molotov bottles and an incendiary device were thrown at the Unicredit bank and the BNL bank.
Unicredit got completely destroyed.
Graffiti was left: EARTH IS WORTH MORE THAN YOUR MONEY and an encircled A.
‘To get rid of mental sophistry and social restriction is a way to face this war.
To destroy the normality of order, authority, jobs and appointments, the normality of scientific-technological experimentation and creation, their judicial right on the bodies in court trials, their right to accuse but also the right to defend oneself.
Points of view are for those who decide for others, those who are delegated and appointed by society, the citizens; wild drives don’t need political/cultural explanations.
We can see and feel directly what they are doing to the Earth, to the animals, to anti-authoritarians, and this is sufficient to give a reason to our attacks, every time with more determination and strength… forward anarchists, let’s sabotage and destroy the present!’
Finally everything finds it nonsense, our bodies moving in daily appearance, among weak citizens opposing rebellion, waiting for the next chance to stir up our instincts and anger.
We found but never met practical allies all over the world, united in the new anti-authoritarian guerrilla against the existent. Anarchist of action bound by a unique force, total liberation of the living, the individual (especially oneself), the Earth, for the total destruction of the State, religion and military authority.
Our trajectory is far from a road full of signs, we are moving on wild and impenetrable paths, in a daily war that liberates us in pain.
We individuals of violent and practical actions shut out moral and social fears and indecision, of condemnation or death, on which the dominating power feeds itself. We are going to throw those fears out in the form of terror.

* * *
We have lost confidence in the democratic middle class, we have lost confidence in a society that when faced with social conflict asks for more repressive measures, asks for more police, more harassment, personalize the “insecurity” of the lower classes asking for their imprisonment, deportation (in the case of immigrants), or enclosure… it’s certain that if they could they would surround the lower neighborhoods with electric fences. All this, acting as if the problem is not the economic inequality of the system, not a social problem created by the structures of capitalism and the state, that the root problem is not private property and social inequality… that while some have 40 homes, others do not even have a roof to live under, that the system does not allow you possibilities, that it condemns you for life. These people ask for more police, more CIES [immigrant detention centers], they say that the main problem is the immigrant youth (for example) and they vote for the extreme right. Therefore, we do not fight for these “democrats,” for these “free citizens” (or rather such idiots that they believe they are free…), we fight for the kid who has to provide for his family alone, who spends his days on the street searching for food or in the scrap heaps, who is wary when he imagines his future, who lives in secluded rat holes having to rob at gunpoint, for those who live below the poverty line and show themselves violently against this. We fight for those kids who were expelled from their schools or institutions for not adhering to the authoritarian rules of the classroom and the centre, for “getting bored” of authoritarian indoctrination, disrespecting the bourgeois schemas and therefore were punished and expelled. We fight for all of them because they are the only ones who — whether unconsciously or not — rebel against the capitalist society, who suffer fascist and police aggressions.
But we do not resign ourselves, and we do not make ourselves victims. We propose the response… faced with all this, we opt for the social threat, for insecurity, for pressure and punishment toward systematic structures, for night-time arsons, for the internal and asymmetric threat, for FEAR as a form of vengeance on the system and the society that constitutes and supports it. We are in civil war between the system along with the society that supports it against the marginal youth. They imprison, repress, occupy with police… we contest with violence, with insecurity, with social tension, with panic. Violence from below will do nothing but intensify and so they will have to shield they houses, their cars, their banks, their churches. While those from above rob us of life, enclose us, discriminate against us… they will have their fear on stepping into the street, fearing and having to equip themselves with cameras, police, security systems.
While the youth continue to be marginalized and exploited, the middle bourgeois class, the bosses, the cops… will live with fear and terror of those who assault them, rob them, attack them.
The streets are ours.
Arm your hands, spit your hatred against the tyrant.

Dark Nights is an anarchist & anti-prison PDF freesheet to download and print out on the fly.
Click here: 4 pages A4 / Double sided A3 / Print to size.
This issue has a special front-page contributed by the comrades in Mexico of Conspiracion Acrata, an insurrectionary anarchist magazine, about refusing the legalistic demands of the State, and the anarchist-individualist thought which informs this. Plus, round-up of news : from UK, about police repression of an anarchist demo during the N30 General Strike; from Greece, news about the continued political-judicial harassment of Christos Stratigopoulos, who was arrested for a bank robbery alongside Alfredo M. Bonanno in Trikala, now accused of more ‘crimes’ of expropriation; Montreal, Canada, was the place of a great solidarity action for G20 prisoners, with an interesting and critical flyer denouncing the prison system and capitalist society; and not least, again from Greece, a short report of an action with molotovs against riot police in Exarchia outside the Culture Ministry, Athens, shortly after the attempt by imprisoned members of CCF and P.Vlastos to escape from Korydallos prison.
1. About “Anti-Judicial Anarchism”, Max Stirner, Luigi Galleani, CCF & More.
2. UK: Mass Arrests in Hackney.
3. Montreal, Canada: Counter-info action in solidarity with the G20 prisoners.
4. Greece: Solidarity with Christos Stratigopoulos.
5. Greece: Riot police attacked with molotovs at the Culture Ministry in Exarcheia, Athens.
