Video: Conspiracy of Cells of Fire – Phoenix Project – An account of the FAI/IRF Project ‘Phoenix’ (Black International)
Sunday, April 12th, 2015
English subtitled version of the film giving the account of the early part of the Phoenix Project, international project of sabotage and attack with over a dozen hits in a variety of different countries.
Dedicated to Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, Olga Cell FAI/IRF, who took responsibility for the laming of CEO Roberto Adinolfi of Ansaldo Nucleare.
“We are here, where everything starts now.”
The Project of ‘Phoenix’ is the unfolding of a hidden map marking one of the routes to the Atlantis of practical theory. An unknown and lost continent that exists beyond the edges of the burning cities of the interzone. Created through action, dialogue and ideas and organised informally with anarchic principles of permanent autonomous attack, revolutionary solidarity and internationalism. A sequence of attacks by different radical direct action groups around the world, breaking the silence of isolation and striking back again against the prison societies of the techno-industrial system.
The imprisoned members of CCF are charged with instigation for the attacks, Spyros Mandylas and Andreas Tsavdaridis were arrested and charged for act #4 in the project, sending a parcel-bomb to the former commander of the anti-terrorist agency, Dimitris Xorianopoulos, whilst Christos Rodopoulos is reportedly accused of the mailing of the parcel bomb to Dimitris Mokkas, chief prosecutor in the CCF case, as act #6.
The Phoenix project is now renewed through the 2015 attacks in Chile, Czech Republic and Greece, with the comrades within the territory of Czech Republic initiating the campaign “Let’s destroy repression“. The story of the Phoenix continues to be written…

“Not only against prison, but also against the detention of every living being” – Contribution of Gianluca Iacovacci from the prison of Alessandria (Italy)
Friday, January 2nd, 2015
“Not only against prison, but also against the detention of every living being”
Contribution to the Croce Nera Anarchica bulletin # 1 – September 2014
I would like to begin with a quick analysis of repression, its functions and its application, and then talk in an effective way about my vision of things. I very often prefer to go to the root of the discussion or in any other situation.
In this case I want with premeditation to completely skip the political-social debate – even if radical – about jail, and focus directly on the rationality of the detention of living beings – of any form they may be -, and focus on the eradication of the logic of the ‘right’ and of its formality.
For what concerns my position about the context and the case for which I am imprisoned, it all has already been said in my second contribution published in the January issue of “La Miccia”, and I guess also on the counter-info websites.
I will restrain myself from expanding this written dialogue so to avoid repetitions. You can already read – if you want – a partial vision and pragmatism of struggle and resistance in my first published writing “War to the Machines”, so I would like to temporarily restrict the dialogue, in a specific way, to the detention originated by speciesism, civilization and normalization of the struggles, keeping in great consideration the uniqueness of the contexts in the conflict against the existent.
Lately the repressive waves – generally against the anarchists – often happen in the sleeping periods of the strategies of the so-called anti-terrorism apparatuses of the political police. These operative tactics are used, in addition to their repressive aim, to build up media events – that include false accusations – and to spread an impression of a permanent terrorist danger, echoing the evergreen “anni di piombo” ["Years of Lead": Italian period of political turmoil and armed struggle from the 1970s to early 1980s – trans.], infiltrators, extreme fringes and jumps in quality. INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
From the Greek prisons to AS2 unit of the prison of Ferrara: a few words of “freedom”.
Interview by CCF to myself.
Before answering your questions, I’ d like to stress that what i’ m about to say is my own truth. One of the many points of view, sensitivities and individual nuances within that crucible of thought and action that goes under the name of Fai-Fri.
Informal federation that, rejecting any hegemonic temptation, represents a tool, a method of one of the components of anarchism of praxis. Anarchism of praxis that only when it is informal, without being forced into organizational structures (specific, formal, of synthesis) when it doesn’t seek the unbearable consent (therefore rejects politics) it can be recognized in a wider chaotic universe called “black international”.
To understand this better, Fai-Fri is a methodology of action that only some of the sisters and brothers of the black international practice, it’ s not an organization nor a simple collective signature, but a tool that aims towards efficiency, whose objective is to reinforce cells and each comrade of praxis through a pact of mutual support based on three key points: revolutionary solidarity, revolutionary campaigns, communication between groups or individuals:
Each group of action in the Anarchist Informal Organization is engaged in showing revolutionary solidarity to comrades who are arrested or are on hiding. This solidarity will show itself mainly through armed action and the attack against men and structures responsible for the imprisonment of comrades. Solidarity will always be practiced as an indispensable feature of anarchist way of life and action. Of course we do not refer to legal and technical support: bourgeois society offers a sufficient number of lawyers, social workers and priests, which means that revolutionists can be engaged in another kind of activities. UPDATE: ENGLISH VERSION
INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
Dalle carceri greche all’ AS2 di Ferrara: Quattro parole in “ libertà”.
Intervista delle Ccf a me medesimo.

greetings with love and solidarity

‘A Vision of the Future: Where All the Roberto Adinolfis Walk With a Limp’ by Sean Swain, anarchist prisoner (USA)

By Sean Swain, anarchist prisoner
Back in May 2012, Roberto Adinolfi managed Ansaldo Nucleare, constructing nuclear power plants all over Europe, including the one in Kroko, Slovenia, and Cernadova, Romania. Adinolfi had power, money, prestige, and influence. To him, the suffering and death in Fukushima, Japan wasn’t nearly as real as his spacious, air-conditioned office or his luxurious Genoa home or his expensive suits.
Sometimes, you have to crack a few eggs to make an omelet. And besides, none of his death-traps had melted down yet.
Yet. Key word. Yet.
Roberto Adinolfi with his power, money, prestige, and influence never noticed that vehicle following him home. He suspected arrogantly that he would spend an entire career raking in money hand over fist by rolling the radioactive dice and betting millions of other people’s lives, and he would never have to answer to anyone at any time, anywhere. ‘I want Comrades, not the mob…’ by the imprisoned members of CCF, plus Andreas Tsavdaridis and Spyros Mandylas (Greece)
Friday, October 25th, 2013
In Italy, on 30th October, our two brothers, Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, are going on trial, accused for the gunshots against a high-profile business executive of a nuclear company. The attack was claimed by the Olga cell-FAI/IRF.
I know people… people silent and chatty,
coward and audacious, humble and arrogant…
People, who live obediently, like sheep and others,
who lurk treacherously, like hyenas.
I know people who dream without fantasy
and others, who live without dreaming… people, whose eyes
are used to staring low and whose ears
are used to taking orders “wake up”, “work”,
“pay”, “buy”, “believe”, “comply”…
People from the lonely crowd, who patiently wait
in the line of life… for the eternal tomorrow,
for the better days, the optimistic future, the answers to their prayers…
They are waiting to believe in every prospective savior
and in any conman of thought, who will promise them a better life.
But those, who wait to live a better tomorrow,
are today, already dead.
I know people, but only a few of them are my comrades.
Slow Death or Insurrection here and Now…
These are the two paths, that unravel before us.
We choose to be there, where the strong ones dare.
The air is cleaner and the crowd, which bows before its false idols,
doesn’t ugly our aesthetics.
It is nice to look down from the mountain Peak of the Unique
even if the crowd secretly wishes for you to fall into the abyss
in order for it, not to be ashamed of its short stature.
Our words, carve today like a blade
and our actions burn the bridges with yesterday…
With tenacity and will, until we murder authority.
For Nicola and Alfredo.
For the Anarchists of Praxis.

‘The figures don’t add up?’ – Leaflet in solidarity with anarchist comrades Alfredo and Nicola (Italy)
Saturday, October 19th, 2013
Two years have passed since the latest incident in a nuclear power plant, that of Fukushima: a never before established and incalculable number of deaths, wounded and people contaminated by radioactivity; damages of huge proportions that the Japanese techno-scientific community, government and press awkwardly try to conceal, and last but not least the tragic farce of the Olympic Games in Japan, with which propaganda is glorifying a devastated, deadly and broken territory.
In Italy, an unknown number of radioactive waste sites oozing death are scattered in the countryside of Saluggia and Trino Vercellese close to the Po basin, the heritage of the last nuclear power plant that operated in the Piedmont region.
A regular passage of trains loaded with nuclear waste destined to re-processing (i.e. re-use) goes on between North Europe, Italy, the Susa Valley and France.
An industrial giant, Finmeccanica, specializes in various sectors including nuclear power for civil use (maintenance of existing nuclear plants and construction of new ones), arms production and trade, and control systems (mainly concentrated on the new borders of expansion such as nuclear plants in Romania, arms trafficking with India, etc), also represents a typical example of racketeering, corruption and exploitation ingrained in all expressions of dominion and capital.
A planner of nuclear plants, a champion of the dramatically false and faulty sustainability of the civil use of nuclear power, who is a manager belonging to Ansaldo Nucleare of Finmeccanica- Roberto Adinolfi- was wounded by a gunshot outside his house on May 7 2012, in an action claimed by the Olga nucleus of the Informal Anarchist Federation.
We greet with joy and anger anyone who opposes the devastation perpetrated by dominion, and with their heads held high they continue to claim the validity and force of real practices of struggle and critique.

Here is a letter written by Nicola Gai and translated by B.Pd, also published in the latest issue of Terra Selvaggia in July 2013. The text raises many issues (imposed and self-imposed obstacles to anarchist action, the urgent need to strike the enemy, relations between comrades in struggles and at meetings, etc), which we hope will be addressed as soon as possible, so as to find new and more effective practical ways in the destructive attack on dominion.
It is now an established fact that we live in a world of shit where the State and capital, basically undisturbed, impose all sorts of monstrosities on us. It is also certain that only a tiny minority of the population is trying to oppose the suppression of spaces of autonomy and freedom that make life worth living, in a more or less conscious way. As a part of this tiny minority, we anarchists are aware of the urgent need to destroy what oppresses us: why are we not more determined and acute? (more…)
Riottosa Squat, Firenze, 2pm Sept 15 2013 : Meeting about the struggle and revolutionary solidarity – For a presence in solidarity for Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito’s trial on 30 Oct in Genoa (Italy)
Friday, August 30th, 2013
Sunday 15 September at 14.00 there will be at Riottosa Squat in Firenze the 3° Meeting about the struggle and revolutionary solidarity, and about a presence in solidarity for Nicola and Alfredo’s trial on 30 Oct in Genoa.
Below is a translated text previously written by some Italian anarchist comrades for this meeting, and the poster produced in the last meeting also:
With our heads held high – A call for debate and solidarity in anticipation of the trial against Nicola and Alfredo
On July 5 the preliminary hearing of the trial against anarchists Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito, arrested on September 14 2012 and accused of being the perpetrators of the wounding of Ansaldo Nucleare manager Roberto Adinolfi – designer and builder of nuclear power plants – will take place [postponed until October 30th]. The action was claimed by the Olga Nucleus of the Informal Anarchist Federation/International Revolutionary Front.
On that day the dates of the trial will be set, most likely starting in autumn. (more…)

This short text is part of a collection of critical writings in progress concerning “civil anarchism”, as put forth by Venona Q. and Dark Matter publications, which is a response to a statement by the UK Anarchist Federation/Libcom denouncing the non-fatal shooting of CEO Roberto Adinolfi of Ansaldo Nucleare in Genoa, Italy(1). Two anarchist comrades, Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito are accused of the action, which was claimed by Olga Cell-FAI/FRI. Solidarity to the accused, who are imprisoned in Ferrara, Italy. This fragment is simply a meandering series of thoughts, the results of a notepad and a rainy afternoon, rather than a ‘manifesto’ or the kind of dry political statement that it is in response to.
I. “By having carried out dozens of attacks against targets of the system, with especially destructive material results, we were and will always be precise. Violence is neither good nor bad.
It is the State’s basis for it’s domination and consent. Any one who breaks this relationship is usually deemed criminal and/or insane. Any acts used in this transgression are usually deemed “unlawful” or further, “terrorism”. (more…)

24th April 2013 – As preliminary investigations (415bis) came to an end on March 11 2013, Nicola and Alfredo will go on trial for 280bis (attack with purposes of terrorism), a proceeding also linked to the wounding of Ansaldo Nucleare manager Adinolfi, whose case (270bis) remains open for the two comrades plus another one.
No date has been fixed for the preliminary hearing for 280bis, as the prosecution has not yet submitted the transcripts of the missing environment bugging. After two delays requested by the court, these transcripts should be ready by June 5 (it seems that the experts can’t understand or transcribe Neapolitan dialect, which had sounded so clear to the judges from Genoa when it was used to corroborate the charges, according to the arrogant methods always employed to interpret environment bugging.) ‘Damiano Bolano’ FAI/FRI cell claim the parcel bombs sent to the daily La Stampa of Turin and the private investigation agency Europol of Brescia (Italy)
Saturday, April 20th, 2013
We attacked ‘Europol Investigazioni’ with a parcel bomb. This agency, like many others, provides the forces of order with equipment such as microchips, micro-cameras and other technological wickedness, which the forces of order scrupulously place in houses, cars and other places familiar to comrades, rebels and any other individual enemy of the law and its hangmen.
In this way any single aspect of life and daily experience becomes material for enlarging investigation files and is examined by the servants in uniform with the intent to analyse them according to the standards of the penal code, and use them to take our freedom away and lock us up in the concentration camps of the state.
We believe it is time to break this malicious chain thanks to which many comrades are imprisoned today, and many others who continue to struggle with generosity and determination are compelled to cope with the constant risk of being intercepted and spied on. One thing must be clear to these collaborators of repression: if you help, no matter how, armed dominion do its job, you automatically join its ranks, with all the consequences that this entails.
Another parcel bomb was sent to the notorious shit paper known as ‘La Stampa’, always ready to corroborate the frame-ups of carabinieri and police, especially when they strike those who are at war against the state. We know even too well that repression would be less effective without the fundamental help of pennivendoli [word sellers, TN], and it is for this reason that we decided to make them pay for their responsibility once again. We are aware of the fact that ‘La Stampa’ is just one of the many newspapers of the regime, therefore any single pennivendolo is a possible target of our war against the state and society that supports it and legitimizes its existence every single day.
This action is meant to continue the campaign started by the comrades of the ‘Olga’ nucleus with the wounding of stinker Adinolfi, manager of Ansaldo. This time we chose the targets among those who provide dominion with the technological appendages necessary to repression. They are as responsible as Ansaldo for harmfulness and suffering.
We dedicate this action to the comrades locked up in the AS2 unit of the prison of Ferrara: Sergio, Alessandro, Alfredo, Nicola, Peppe and Stefano; to the comrades imprisoned in Rebibbia: Elisa and Paola; to Marco Camenish, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, our Greek comrades of the CCF and Theofilos Mavropoulos. To all rebel anarchists locked up all over the world.
We hail the cells of FAI/FRI, by now so numerous, that attack dominion in all corners of the globe.
