ROJAVA, KOBANI – The brutal attacks by terrorists of ISIS group are ongoing on the resistant Kobani city for the 99th day consecutively.

Meanwhile, our fighters of People’s Defense Units (YPG) and Women’s Defense Units (YPJ) are heroically defending the city and expelling the terrorists of ISIS group.

Wide mop-up operation was carried out yesterday by our fighters on the eastern south of the city around the culture centre recently liberated by our heroes. Another military operation was launched in that area where the number of terrorists dead was not confirmed,as one of our fighters was seriously injured and in spite of all medical bids to save his life, he was martyred.

Elsewhere, yesterday, on the northern front of Tel Hamis town, clashes erupted near Qassib village between YPG/YPJ fighters and the terrorists of ISIS continued till this morning. Four of our fighters courageously repelled the terrorists and martyred in the battle field.

ROJAVA, KOBANI – The vicious attacks by the terrorist groups are ongoing on Kobani city for the 98th day. In its turn, our fighters are continuing their special military operation targeted mercenaries posts where advanced on the southern frontline.

Our fighters yesterday carried out a military operation targeted the terrorists of ISIS led to controlling many positions including the strategic culture centre and was entirely cleansed.

The clashes led to 24 ISIS members were killed among them 16 bodied were seized by our fighters besides of an amount of weapons and ammunition were seized; 3 BKC machine guns, 7 RPG launchers, 39 RPG missiles, 10 AK47, 2700 AK47 bullets, M16 rifle, 15 body armor, 46 grenades, 1 explosive belt, 11 electric shock devices, 7 hand gun, 3 day binoculars, 1 night goggle vision, laptop and wireless device.

The clearing and mop-up operations still ongoing in the liberated areas, the campaign results will be reported later on.

ROJAVA, Kobani – The barbaric assaults by the terrorists of ISIS are ongoing in Kobani city for the 96th day aim to take over it but our brave YPG/YPJ fighters are fearlessly defending the city.

Fierce clashes erupted in all frontlines in the city of Kobani where our heroes carried out wide operations against terrorists posts and inflicted heavy losses among their ranks in spite of the heavy shelling by the terrorists using heavy weaponry.

In the same context, yesterday night, at least 2 terrorists were killed in an operation by our forces which targeted them on Aleppo road southern Kobani city.

Elsewhere, on the eastern front, heavy clashes erupted between people’s Defense Units YPG and Women’s Defense Units YPJ against the Terrorist groups of ISIS, no exact reports of casualties confirmed yet.

ROAVA ,SHINGAL(SINJAR) – The military campaign which have been launched by our units since December 18th is ongoing against the terrorist groups of ISIS those located on the area between Rojava and Shingal (Sinjar), in order to open the humanitarian corridor to the people stranded on the mountain.

In this operation, yesterday, after violent clashes with the terrorists , Kenho village was librated and the clashes continues in that area. Further details to be reported later on.

SHINGAL(SINJAR) [20.12.2014 – slightly edited] – Kurdish fighters carried out a military operation at 10am this morning against the terrorists of ISIS in Shingal mountain. The joint operation led to violent clashes between our fighters and the terrorists of ISIS. As a result the centre of Shingal city was liberated from the ISIS mercenaries. Latest details will be reported.

ROJAVA, Kobani
– The brutal attacks by the ISIS / Daesh terrorists who attempt to occupy Kobani continued yesterday on the 96th day. Yet the operation initiated on December 18th by our forces of the People’s Defense Units and the Women’s Defense Units YPJ against the terrorist groups is effectively continuing.

Following this operation in South Kobani, our forces last night targeted the terrorist groups near the Yarmouk School. After heavy battles, the Yarmouk School and several other terrorist-occupied positions were cleansed from the terrorists. Our forces managed to advance towards the 48 Neighborhood.

In this operation 13 terrorists were confirmed killed. Among the killed terrorist forces is a commander known as Abu Zahra who was leading a unit of the terrorists k.a. Jundullah. Where 8 bodies of the terrorists were left in the battlefield, our units were able to capture 8 firearms, a PK machine gun, and a number of ammunition from the terrorists. The operation on this front yet is ongoing.

Meanwhile on the eastern front of Kobani, our forces carried out an assault on the terrorist groups, in this process 3 terrorists were confirmed killed.

In the south-east of Kobani, our forces led an operation against the terrorists near the Cultural Center. For the battle on this front is still ongoing, we are not able to verify further information at this time.

SHINGAL (SINJAR) – Our units of the YPG/YPJ started a joint operation along with the HPG (People’s Defense Forces) and the YBS (Shingal Resistance Units) yesterday morning in the Mt. Shingal (Sinjar). As issued in yesterday’s press release, the humanitarian corridor between Shingal and Rojava was re-opened as a result of this operation.

A part of this operation was to expand the humanitarian corridor between Shingal and Rojava, in this order, our forces last night conducted a major operation against several villages occupied by the terrorists in this region. Following this operation and after heavy battles, the villages of Ramallah, Qadda, Kanho located in south of the Jaz’ah region (Rojava) and Rammo, Rajm Abed, Khazougha, and Naiyam, located on the Iraqi side of the border, were liberated from the terrorist groups.

The operations in Shingal (Sinjar) and Jaz’ah regions continue in force, more details will soon be shared with the media and public opinion.

Reopening the corridor between Shingal and Rojava, the Corridor of Humanity

SHINGAL (SINJAR), Dec. 19, 2014 – Our forces of the People’s Defense Units (YPG) and the Women’s Defense Units (YPJ) initiated an operation this morning in order to open the corridor between Rojava and Shingal (Sinjar). In this operation the villages of Zaraya, Herishiyah, Khamisiyah, Khirab Hassan, Hajok, Dosa, Mishhaniyah, and Mosa, located on the Iraqi border, were liberated from the terrorist groups.

In the meantime, the HPG (People’s Defense Forces) and the YBS (Shingal Resistance Units) which are positioned in the Mt. Shingal, managed to advance within 10 kilometers north of the Shingal Mountain towards the village of Dahola, and liberated the village from the terrorist forces. Having the HPG, YJA STAR, and the YBS forces advancing from the side of Mt. Shingal, our forces of the YPG/YPJ were able to advance from Rojava, reach the mentioned forces, and re-open the corridor between Shingal (Sinjar) and Rojava, the Corridor of Humanity.

ROJAVA, Kobani
– The terrorist attacks by the Daesh mercenaries attempting to occupy Kobani have passed 95 days.

Last night on the southern front of Kobani, the terrorists tried to launch an offensive. On this front the battle that was erupted yesterday evening between our forces and the terrorist groups ceaselessly continued until this morning. The terrorists’ attacks supported by a tank and 2 VBIEDs were effectively repelled by our units where heavy losses were suffered by the terrorists.

In this battle 26 terrorist forces were confirmed killed while a several other attackers were wounded. Our forces were able to capture 3 firearms and a large number of ammunition.

One of our comrades who aggressively joined in the battle on this area, fought heroically, and was martyred in action.

An operation was conducted by our units against the terrorist groups last night on the eastern front. In the Kaniya Kurda neighborhood 4 terrorists were confirmed killed as a result of this operation.

In the south-east of Kobani, our forces last night targeted the terrorist-occupied positions near the Cultural Center. In this assault 3 terrorists were confirmed killed.

Kobani
– The terrorist attacks by the Daesh / ISIS mercenaries attempting to occupy Kobani continued yesterday on the 91st day. On all the fronts of Kobani, our forces are leading frequent operations against the terrorists who are on the defensive position.

Yesterday overnight clashes took place between our forces and the terrorist groups on the southern front of the city. Our forces were able to capture 2 firearms and a number of military equipment on this front, however the information on the casualty numbers for these battles were not immediately verified.

On the south-eastern front of Kobani, our units carried out an operation against the terrorist groups near the Cultural Center. In this operation 4 terrorists were confirmed killed.

In the west of Kobani, an operation was conducted against the terrorists near the village of Kor Ali. In this operation a motorcycle of the terrorists was destroyed and two terrorists were confirmed killed.

KOBANI – The brutal attacks by the ISIS / Daesh terrorists attempting to occupy Kobani are on the 90th day. For the last three months in Kobani, our brave forces of the People’s Defense Units and the Women’s Defense Units have carried out their promises with ultimate sacrifices, showed a heroic resistance, and forced the terrorists to position on the defensive on all the fronts of the city. The operations against the terrorists in the occupied areas will continue until the full liberation.

On the eastern front of Kobani, our forces last night carried out an operation against the terrorists in the Kaniya Kurda neighborhood. In this operation 4 members of the terrorists were confirmed killed. An operation was conducted by our forces on the south-eastern front, in this region one terrorist was confirmed killed.

Serêkaniyê – Last night the terrorist groups attempted to launch an attack in the region between the Til Bokha countryside and Manajir village, 24 kilometers in the south-west of Serêkaniyê (Ras al-Ayn). Our forces swiftly responded and forced the terrorists to flee the region.

KOBANI– The barbaric attacks by the ISIS terrorists attempting to occupy Kobani continued yesterday on the 89th day. Yet our forces inside the city are continuing their operations against the terrorists who are on the defensive.

On the southern front of Kobani, our forces yesterday conducted an operation against the terrorist-occupied areas. In this operation our units managed to retake the control of the southern road to Kobani (Tarmik village’s road), the second strategic road to Kobani.

Following this operation, the extent located amid the Aleppo and Tarmik roads was utterly liberated from the terrorists. All the southern routes used by the terrorists to deploy reinforcements towards Kobani were cut and controlled by our units as a result of the operation. Since mop up operations are still ongoing in this region, the final results for the battles are yet to be verified.

In the meantime, an operation was carried out by our forces against the terrorist groups in the Kaniya Kurda neighborhood, on the eastern front. The operation on this front resulted in the killing of 3 terrorists.

On the south-eastern front of Kobani, our forces led an operation against the terrorists near the Cultural Center, in this operation 2 members of the terrorists were confirmed killed.


QAMISHLO
– At the morning hours of December 12th, our forces of the YPG/YPJ conducted an operation against the terrorist groups near the village of Til Ahmad, 24 kilometers south-west of Qamishlo. One terrorist was confirmed killed in the operation.
