Read #1 here.
As the campaign period for the May 13 polls heated up on its last day on Saturday, cab driver told that, “I am not excited to vote. Every three years, I keep hearing the same promises from the same people, who keep breaking their promises every two years. Old and new politicians are alike. They want to remain in power forever. They don’t serve the people.” (more…)

As I was updating the blog of RadioAzione yesterday afternoon, I found that the internet connection was no longer there. Similarly the telephone line was not working. Nothing strange, apparently, as technology is subjected to this kind of faults (besides many others, or rather it is technology itself the main fault). I promptly called the responsible for the ADSL and telephone contract and they said that everything was all right to them. After repeating that it was not all right, they sent an engineer this morning. He checked the cabin in the street (which contains the telephone connections of all the inhabitants of the area) and found it out that a wire had been cut… not disconnected but cut… (more…)
Letter from Stefano Gabriele Fosco to Liberacion Total, Material Anarquista, Publicaciòn Refractario & Viva la Anarquia concerning an anti-judicial non-controversy (Italy)
Wednesday, May 8th, 2013
I receive from Stefano the following letter. As I publish it, I want to reconfirm that critiques are always welcome and the ‘assholes’ will suffer the consequences they deserve [This is the premise of RadioAzione]:
I give you all my anarchist and brotherly solidarity following the attack you got from a pseudo-nihilist asshole. There’s no censorship when one decides not to publish a text that attacks a prisoner while the investigation on him is still ongoing.
It must be known that in Italy there is no anti-judicial controversy. There are only assholes playing the same game as repression. (more…)

The Greek regime’s attempt to silence the Athens Indymedia website and 98FM is yet another repressive attack against self-organised infrastructure that challenges the existent order. It’s no secret that democracy will use dictatorial solutions when confronted by the subversive libertarian forces.
Solidarity and complicity with Athens IMC, 98FM and all those spaces and individuals in Greece which refuse to just shut up and accept the dominant discourse of mainstream bullshit and corporate hype.

EXTERNALITY AND OBJECTIVITY
10/04/2013 – The Deanery of NTUA (National Technical University of Athens) loses the trial against EETT’s (Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission) lawsuit related to past broadcasting of Radiozones at 98.1 from the NTUA premises, as well as about the broadcasts of “Radio Entassi” that occasionally emits from an adjoining terrace near the frequency of the mainstream radio station “SKAI”. It’s another procedural repression attempt that is added to precedent persecutions against Athens Indymedia and Radiozones of Subversive Expression.
11/04/2013 – The Dean takes the initiative to cut the power supply to “Radio Entassi”. At the same time, the internet connection for both Athens Indymedia and Radiozones of Subversive Expression is interrupted despite the fact that Radiozones broadcast at 93.8 a frequency totally separated to the case file. How the lost court case on radio emissions has developed into the silencing of all online counter information media based on the NTUA campus remains unknown. (more…)

We received your proposal for the counter-information gathering at your self-organised space on April 12-13, our apologies for not being able to respond sooner about it. Our inability to travel to Thessaloniki at this time meant that we prepared a written contribution to be distributed, whilst some of our circle made their further critical thoughts into another text. So here you’ll find two texts in English, Greek and Italian, which are posted openly in the hope of spreading discussion and action ever further.
Recently we read the text of Alfredo Cospito to the CCF which we found ourselves very much in agreement with, particularly this section:
“Communication cannot but be carried out through action and this is why we do not have to assign it in some way to the professionals of speech. It is vital, of course, that the news and ideas go around the world. It is necessary however that we avoid in any way the transformation into bureaucracy of a procedure that must remain free from the elite of those who specialize in information.”
Always next to and part of the combative anarchist tendency!
Always in memory of Ryo!

Dear comrades, your letter gave me strength and joy. I have many things to say but I will limit myself to a few of those. The role of the comrades held hostage cannot be but that of analysis, the supplying of the comrades outside the walls with further tools. Beyond the obvious of insurrection and non-subjugation inside the prisons, the struggle continues, and you gave us an example with your resistance. Communication cannot but be carried out through action and this is why we do not have to assign it in some way to the professionals of speech. It is vital, of course, that the news and ideas go around the world. It is necessary however that we avoid in any way the transformation into bureaucracy of a procedure that must remain free from the elite of those who specialize in information. The ability of planning must be the fruit of the action of comrades outside the wall and the analysis of the hostage comrades.
The public dialogue which will take place in Thessaloniki in the frames of counter-information is important, and I am sure that during your intervention you will mention my objection. (more…)

Nothing to declare
Why we refuse to participate in our own repression
It has now been two years since the investigation into “public defamation of public officials” and “incitement to the commission of an attack against a person without effect” was opened in relation to the tract “Correspondants de nuit: des agents de proximité de la guerre aux pauvres” [Night correspondants*: Agents of the war on the poor], published in late 2010 on Indymedia and then reposted on many sites, such as Non Fides and Retour à Belleville, but mainly distributed widely in several districts of Northeast Paris.
During the course of this investigation, we have received several summons (simple letters and then certified letters, and calls from the police on our mobile phones) which we have chosen to ignore. Some of our relatives have also been summoned and questioned.
After our refusal to cooperate with the pigs’ work, they decided to proceed with two searches, first of Dan’s house on May 15, 2012, and later of Olivier’s house on January 22, 2013, during which they robbed us of computers, USB sticks and external hard drives. Until now, we had not been indicted, but today, judge Maïa Escrive has called us to a “first appearance for an indictment.” (more…)

This morning, March 6, anarchists Sergio Maria Stefani, Alessandro Settepani and Stefano Fosco were transferred from the AS2 unit of the prison of Alessandria to the prison of Ferrara. The transfer had been announced yesterday by public prosecutor Maria Grazia Pradella in the context of the Milan proceeding of so called operation ‘Ardire’, and was implemented under the pretext that the comrades were in contact with the investigated comrades of the Adinolfi case (since October 2012 all the comrades had been locked in the same unit and had been sharing the exercise yard). Brief message of solidarity with the arrested comrades – Kozani case – from Asimetris & ex-Negasi (Greece, Indonesia)
Friday, February 15th, 2013
We are separated by continents, seas and borders but united by the black spirit for total liberation of life. Life where each of us live as dignified individuals, surrounded by pieces of collapse of the society. We never met you before but deep down in our soul of rebellion, we proudly call you: brothers.
Our hearts hurt when heard that all of you beaten by pigs. Our anger is finding the way through this letter to let you know that we are next to you. When got the news that you are kidnapped by the state, we felt pain that made us rise our fist of revenge for you. We lost our brother yesterday and we don’t want to lose another one anymore.
For now, we only can speak and spread your news through our blog and other tools. Making this news as a hammer to break up all the silences. Reaching all our sisters and brothers to join in the international act of solidarity to call your freedom, all of you.
Keep healthy and strong!
With love to all of you!
And fire to all enemies!

(This statement was read out two days ago while a meeting was held, this is a final statement from ex-members/comrades of Negasi and affinities, after a long and tired debate among the solidarians in last two months about the case of Ryo.)
For all who always rise their hand and never bow their head in front of injustice, society and all the enemies. Respect for those who showed their direct solidarity as a language of resistance.
First, we want to confirm our position in the middle of this gathering and among people who self-proclaimed as also involved in bringing ‘justice’ to Ryo’s family. Our confirmation is based on our values, as a friends, as comrades who lost a brother and comrade. We are beyond the normality and outside of values of morality. We speak as individuals and not a group or collective or any terms of organization.
Some of us were ‘blessed’ to have a brother and friend: Ryo. A brave one and a comrade for us. That’s why we never want to deny his contribution in our history as individuals and as a group. By claiming his participation, we show our respect. To remember his dignity and hard work to keep learning and always questioning all normality and social peace. We want to show how his life was a journey to find out that all the social peace and normal life is just a big lie! (more…)

Revolutionary communists Tridni Valka, “Class War Group”, sent us a message to spread the news that they had translated the text “Egypt like the Sea” into Czech language (English version here). You can visit their blog on http://autistici.org/tridnivalka/. Most of their materials are published in Czech, however many are also in English as well as in French.
Since the beginning of the “Arab spring”, Tridni Valka already published three leaflets in solidarity with the struggles of our brothers and sisters in this region of the capitalist world called the “Middle East”:
• Class struggle in Maghreb and Mashrek… Class struggle worldwide… (April 2011 in Czech, English, French, German, Italian);
• Greetings to proletarians in struggle in Syria, Egypt, Tunisia… and all over the world! (February 2012 in Czech, English, French, German, Greek, Spanish… and Arabic);
• And last but not least, Again and again more Blood-Baath in Syria (August 2012 only in Czech, English, French).
