At the beginning of May 2016 our comrade Patryk Cichoń from Poland was arrested by British police under an European Arrest Warrant. Patryk is a well known anti-fascist militant notorious among neo-Nazi-boneheads in his city for his uncompromising stance against them in the past. The boneheads managed to convince a few of their friends to testify against Patryk and his friend for an alleged assault and robbery. As later transpired, his friend had a very good alibi and had the charges against him dropped (despite being allegedly recognised by the “victim” and his friends), so Patryk ended up being sentenced on his own. The whole trial was an absolute travesty and Patryk, as a poor, young working class person, was not able to afford a proper defence. He spent two months on remand in 2004 and was sentenced to three years in prison.
It is clear that this whole case was politically motivated and had only one purpose, which was to get rid of the core of the anti-fascist resistance in Patryk’s home town. (more…)

(Trovato in tedesco: rigaer94.squat.net, Berlin)
(more…)

Ameer deported today, miserable Polish Internal Security Agency in action
Do you remember Ameer ?
We were writing about him and his situation several times, following his situation from the very beginning. Here you can find more information.
Yesterday (05-04-2017) provincial court in Przemyśl released Ameer from arrest. The court said that Ameer is staying in Poland legally, there were no reasons to arrest him. Secret documents from Internal Security Agency (an opinion on a piece of paper) didn’t prove that he was – or is – guilty of any crime. (more…)

Lesvos: Incendiary call to action against Frontex and all parts of the European deportation machinery (Greece)
Monday, April 4th, 2016
Today, on the island of Lesvos, Greece, where the weather is at its best day since 2016, the deportation machine to send refugees back to Turkey has started. This morning a ferry left to Turkey with a couple of hundred refugees on board, this afternoon the same will happen, and this will repeat itself from now on.
Frontex has started sending our comrades back to hell…
OUR HEARTS ARE ON FIRE!
We beg the worldwide anarchist movement to seek revenge! Let’s start to burn down Frontex, police, military and all those in power!!!
Let’s burn the deportation machine down!

Solidarity with friends of Saleh family arrestees.
SUPPORT THE TWO FRIENDS OF THE SALEH FAMILY WRONGLY ARRESTED DURING THE DAWN RAID ON THE FAMILY HOME.
18/02/2013 @ Cardiff Magistrates Court
Friends arrested during dawn raid of family home:
Last October at around 6.30am Mrs Saleh and her two children were woken up by half a dozen UKBA officials and told to prepare themselves for deportation. Mrs Saleh’s daughter and other friends of the family quickly came to the house and video footage of some of these events can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1NXwTOnzp8
Two friends of the family were arrested outside the families home, without being told what they were being arrested for. Later at the station, charges were made up citing obstruction of UKBA officers during their official duty.
The two friends have known the family personally for some time and were well aware of the fear the family faced at the threat of being sent back to Egypt. More on the background of Mrs Saleh’s claim can be found here: http://ncadc.org.uk/blog/2012/10/instead-of-protection-the-saleh-familys-ordeal-continued-in-the-uk
Their court case is on Monday 18th February 9:30am in Cardiff Magistrates court. This is a call out for solidarity with this case and the wider struggle for freedom of movement.

An Angolan man was suffocated to death by three G4S guards who were forcibly deporting him back to Angola, they used handcuffs and ‘restraint’ techniques which involved putting pressure on his back and pushing his head into his lap.
According to witnesses he struggled and shouted for ten minutes, “i can’t breathe, they are going to kill me” whilst being held down by the G4S guards. Many passengers were pushed away from him into first class to avoid them seeing the reality of migration politics in the UK.
He lost conciousness and was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead. G4S released a statement to the effect of: “a detainee was ill and on the flight and died in hospital”.
This is the reality of the murderous borders, people who don’t fit into the correct ‘citizen’ model, who don’t have the right papers, who don’t ‘belong’ in the UK are brutally treated and deported with fatal results. Whether or not the deaths occur in the detention centre, on the flight, after deportation, during a dangerous illegal border crossing is irrelevant, the fact is Borders Kill!
Fuck their deportations, solidarity to all migrants and especially the Mubenga family at this time.
