From Linksunten Indymedia:
– plus an incomplete chronicle of the last three years of actions.
As one might have read in the media, in the last weeks multiple attacks on various state institutions and symbols of the capitalist exploitation machine took place in Munich. Besides the actions which are now over inflated by police and media there have been yet other attacks which took place without public notice. As one can read read on linksunten.indymedia.org 3 cars of the Office for Housing and Migration were set on fire in February of this year. On another night numerous vending machines of the MVG (Munich Public Transport Authority) were sabotaged. These are just two examples of rage expressed against the ruling order which are consciously ignored and silenced by the media and cops. (more…)

From Sketchy Thoughts:
The first time Christa Eckes made the news was back in 1970, when as a teenager growing up in the West German city of Hamburg she was expelled from high school for starting a political action group. The “Basisgruppe LS-Schülerinnen” (LS Students Grassroots Group) was said to have distributed leaflets, organized resistance to the school board, the school administration and the parents’ advisory board, organized a questionnaire about sexual problems without informing the school administration and also to have disrupted a Christmas party.
Her mother hired Kurt Groenewold, a renowned left-wing lawyer, to oblige the school to readmit her daughter – an effort which proved successful. The decision to hire Groenewold was perhaps a fateful one; within a few years he would be known throughout West Germany as one of the attorneys for prisoners from the Red Army Faction, an anti-imperialist guerilla organization. By this time Eckes would be working as his legal assistant, and as such would be part of the defense team for Margrit Schiller, a prisoner from the RAF held in Hamburg. (more…)

We learn from Soccorso Rosso Svizzero [RHI – SRI] that Marco Camenisch and Gabriel Pombo Da Silva, imprisoned in Switzerland and Germany respectively, haven’t so far received any notification of further restrictive measures, international rogatory, searches in the cells, etc, contrary to what had been ordered by the director of this repressive plot: public prosecutor Manuela Comodi from Perugia, an inquisitor looking for exotic ingredients in order to prepare the nth investigation on ‘crime of association’ against Italian anarchists.
Updates will follow.

UPDATED WITH PRISONER ADDRESSES – FIRE TO THE STATE
At 4 o’clock in the morning of June 13th, 2012, the carabiniers of the Special Operations Group (Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale, ROS) raided about forty homes, implementing the so-called ‘operation boldness’ (operazione ardire), a crackdown against people from the anarchist movement ordered by Manuela Comodi, public prosecutor of Perugia. According to the regime’s media, a total of 10 arrest warrants were issued—eight within Italy, one sent to Germany and one sent to Switzerland—while 24 suspects have been put under judicial investigation. The Italian bourgeois Press did not hesitate to connect the arrested with ‘the anarcho-insurrectionist FAI/FRI’. (more…)

Potsdam: Car burning home visit for Horst Reichenbach, Chief of the EU Task-Force & SPD MEP Dagmar Roth-Behrendt (Germany)
Saturday, May 19th, 2012
15 May 2012
In the district of Potsdam an attack took place which resulted in the BMW of the SPD MEP Dagmar Roth-Behrendt, (who was until early 2012, Vice President of the European Parliament), being set on fire. The car was parked in front of the property on which resides the Social Democrat since 2007. Her husband is Horst Reichenbach, the financial expert who is the director of “Task Force Greece” of the European Commission. Reichenbach’s crisis management team oversees the implementation of the austerity measures agreed by the Greek state and the European Commission, International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank.
In addition to the BMW being set on fire, a can of red paint was thrown at the house. The autonomous group “The Friends of Loukanikos”* took responsibility.
*Loukanikos is one of several so-called “Riot Dogs”. This is a dog that is seen at protests and violent riots in Greece. He is a symbol of the struggle against austerity measures dictated by the International Monetary Fund and the European Central Bank.

From Liberación Total (April 15, 2012) via This is our Job:
14 April 2012
Let us therefore trust the eternal Spirit which destroys and annihilates only because it is the unfathomable and eternal source of all life. The passion for destruction is a creative passion, too!
Last night, we took to the streets with the clear intention to rupture their social peace, to break the order constituted by most of society’s passiveness, conformism, and ambition for power. At around 11:30 p.m., we placed two delayed incendiary devices next to a State Security Agency (ASE) patrol car parked in front of the ASE headquarters on Avenida Texcoco in the Juan Escutia suburb on the border of Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl and the Federal District. At the site, we also left graffiti claiming responsibility by the FAI!
We attack the property of the State/Capital’s security forces with fire, just like we would lethally and explosively attack those henchmen of power. The conflict with authority also exists in the neighborhoods on the edge of the city. We don’t expect to turn the system on its head with a single action. This is a daily war for freedom and individual rights. May they burn wherever they are, whether in Polanco or Santa Fe, Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl or Ecatepec! Let everyone destroy their own oppressions and burn down the city! Conflict is in the streets, and it is accompanied by incendiary discourse that incites breaking the chains on thought and action that are encouraged, espoused, and imposed by pacifism and nonviolence!
Solidarity with comrade Tortuga!
Solidarity with Gabriel Pombo da Silva!
Solidarity with Braulio Durán!
Solidarity with the compas who were recently retaliated against in Italy!
Solidarity with Eat and Billy of the Indonesian FAI!
Against the police: arsons every day!
Against the State/Capital: Social War on all fronts!
Long live anarchy!

“Last night, the night to Sunday, we left an Easter egg in front of the door of “Deutsche Telekom” at Storkower Straße, as a fiery sign of our solidarity with all comrades world wide that are fighting against State and dominion.
Just some days ago a senior shot himself in the head, directly on Syntagma-square in Athens. The reason for that is, that he couldn’t pay his debts any more and the only way he saw at all was to committed suicide. Since the beginning of the crises more than 1500 people committed suicide in Greece. Companies like Deutsche Telekom are responsible as well, that the people do not see any other solution than suicide.
Pressurized by cuts in wages, pensions and holidays, that have to be carried by all layers of population, a huge insecurity spreads all over the land. We hope that, with this action, we were able to bring the anger of the people to the heart of European capitalism. The world wide actionday “M31” is the beginning of an international solidarity.
“Deutsche Telekom AG” is one of many multinational companies, that try to take profit out of the crises to establish themselves on the European market. One example is the Greek telecommunication company “OTE”. The Greek state reacts because of the pressure of the EU and the IWF, that are pushing the privatization of the rest of the state-owned companies and to connect this with financial helps. A short while ago the Greek state owned 50% of the company and now had to sell 40% to “Deutsche Telekom”, that further on has the right to pre-sale the state-owned parts of “OTE” that are left.
The privatization points out the first consequences for the employees of “OTE”. Recently the “Deutsche Telekom” reported, that they will mark some changes for their new employees with the red pencil, beginning with the cuts on the Boni, as well as automatically stopping the contractual increase of the wage. Further on they will offer “voluntary” retirements. These cuts should help to lower the costs for wages down to 160 Mio euro. Job cuts are the necessarily results. Already in October wage cuts up to 11% were dealt with the unions.
But there is resistance inside the OTE-staff. 2011 some independent workers called out for a general strike on the 7th/8th of May.
Further on the “Deutsche Telekom AG” got a monopole position on the international market for telecommunication. Especially in relation to gapless surveillance the Telekom is a pioneer. In some federal states the daughter company T-Systems got delegated to build up the digital communication of police and fire fighter forces. Just some examples that encouraged us to visit this concern.
Viva la Anarchia!
Freedom for Stella Antoniou and all the other imprisoned comrades!

It is the hour of the social tragedy!
We will destroy laughing.
We will set fires laughing.
We will kill laughing.
We will expropriate laughing.
And society will fall.
The fatherland will fall.
The family will fall.
All will fall after the free man is born.
The one is born who has learned the Dionysian art of joy and laughter through tears and sorrow.
The hour has come to drown the enemy in blood…
The hour has come to wash our minds in blood.
Enough, enough, enough!
As the poet transforms his lyre into a dagger!
As the philosopher transforms his probe into a bomb!
As the fisherman transforms his oar into a formidable ax.
As the miner comes up from the unbearable caves of the dark mines armed with his shining iron.
As the farmer transforms his fruitful spade into a war lance.
As the laborer transforms his hammer into a scythe and cleaver.
And forward, forward, forward.
It is time, it is time — it is time!
And society will fall.
The fatherland will fall.
The family will fall.
All will fall after the Free Man is born.
Forward, forward, forward, oh joyful destroyers.
Beneath the black edge of death we will conquer Life!
And we will make it our slave! Laughing!
And we will love it laughing!
Since the only serious people are those who know how to be actively engaged laughing.
And our hatred laughs…
Red laughter. Forward!
Forward, for the destruction of the lie and of the phantoms!
Forward, for the complete conquest of individuality and of Life!
RENZO NOVATORE – TOWARD THE CREATIVE NOTHING
A few days ago, the security apparatus at the hand of the Italian State perpetrated a repressive raid against anarchist comrades and the Culmine blog, a raid carried out in various cities and towns of that country, resulting in 4 comrades arrested under accusations that are the most common accusations in Italy and under which many other comrades have been arrested and incarcerated in the past, in similar repressive raids. Accused of Terrorism and subversive association, our comrades find themselves in the clutches of the State and need to be vindicated in the same way that those anarchist comrades in affinity in Italy have shown themselves in solidarity with the struggles and the prisoners in other parts of the World. Solidarity with the revolting people in Greece (Hamburg/Germoney)
The crisis is the fucking system!
In Greece, people struggle against the direct results of decisions made by German and other European politicians above their and our heads! The anti-Greece-propaganda of the German press is disgusting to us!
Our solidarity goes out to those in strike and struggle, who are imprisoned and see themselves confronted with repression. Also we send solidarity to the Greek revolutionaries of the urban guerrilla group “Revolutionary Struggle”, who are confronted with the courts for their ideas and struggles.
During the nights of February, the 27th and 28th, we attacked six banks in Hamburg. It’s a small, but clear sign to attack banks in Germany, for example, we were inspired by an action of solidarity in Bielefeld, and we hope that a lot of people will do the same and send solidarity to the revolting people in Greece and rage and stones against the banks and their system.
May a lot of people get to the streets in Frankfurt and everywhere on the 31st of March and any time else!
For a hot summer! Freedom!
Buenos Aires: Criminal Court bombed by Indomitable Nucleus for the Spread of the Fire / FAI (Argentina)

1 March 2012
Ours is the conviction
Gendarmería, Local, and Buenos Aires Federal police, civilian brigades, anti-terrorist laws, biometric identification systems, thousands of cameras throughout the city, vigilant citizens ready to betray, overcrowded jails, torture, murder … this is the scenario where our struggle, in a context similar to many other cities, attacking comrades, individually or collectively, without any social consensus and without the approval of any leader, alone and with their principles and values, burn like a fire.
For our part, we report that on Thursday March 1st at 2:30 in the morning, we attacked with an explosive / incendiary, the Criminal Court in Calle Paraguay 1536, in the city center, causing visible damage to the facade and their windows.
We’re thinking of the comrades Freddy Fuentevilla Saa, Marcelo Villarroel Sepulveda and Juan Aliste Vega, who were on hunger strike in prison in Santiago on February 17, within days of international turmoil (19 to 29 February).
Compañeros: The subversion is awake and will not disappear! While there is poverty there will be rebellion!!
The brothers of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, that even within the prison continue war unabated. We are brothers with their words, their gestures and their actions and with the project of the Informal Anarchist Federation, to which we contribute and strengthen.
With love and complicity for the companion Luciano Pitronello (Turtle), wounded and kidnapped by the Chilean state. Gabriel Pombo da Silva, prisoner in Germany – anarquista integro; Marco Camenisch, fighter for the liberation of the earth; and comrade-prisoners in Mexico, Spain, Italy, Indonesia…
With Mauricio Morales and Lambros Foundas always present in the combative memory.
War without truce to the whole system of domination

Solidarity with the revolts in Greece (Bielefeld/Germoney)
Our hearts beat for freedom. When we look to Greece where thousands each time more intense rise in revolts against state, capital, social cuts, exploitation and opression and show their anger they beat even faster. In solidarity with those revolting, we want to take part in spreading the uprising here in the nearly pacified territory of capitalism.
We stand full of passion for a free, solidaritarian society in which everyone self-determines her/his life and in which money has no role when it comes to the question of (basic) needs.
In deep denial of the ruling system of money, privileges and authority we took our anger against the windows of a ‘Commerz’ bank and an ATM in the city of Bielefeld in the night of the 17th February.

On 28th of January 2012, a demo against a police congress and the urban operations-conference in Berlin took place. At night there was an after-demo
soliparty in Kadterschmiede which is located in Rigaer 94. Before the party had even started, the area was already swarming with cops. Soon the usual quarrel with the cops at our gate to the street began. It is not unusual that they try to get into the yard and cause some trouble. At first, they were held back by our outer gate as always. But then they tried to find other ways into the house, climbing over walls and sneaking through basements. They got through to the front door of Kadterschmiede and started to destroy it as well as the entrance door to the living space of Rigaer 94. (more…)

The night of the new year’s eve has seen again a lot of different type of protests taking place in Germany against prisons and all forms of detention, as well as against some of those, who daily enforce their existence.
The traditional demonstrations at local prisons saw an increase in their numbers and more cities decided that this was a good way to salute the upcoming year.
In Berlin, the month of December hosted several events under the motto “Behind different windows… but the chains remain the same ones! New year’s eve to the prisons – question, demount and destroy the machine of prison!”, events ranged from discussion about ongoing trials against comrades, the building of a new detention center at the new Berlin’s airport, to a demonstration against the local detention center for immigrants. Solidarity with Sonja and Christian!
After 33 years in French exile, Sonja Suder, 79, and Christian Gauger, 70, were extradited to Germany on September 14, 2011. Christian was transported across the border in an ambulance! Sonja was jailed in Frankfurt-Preungesheim; Christian in a prison hospital. Christian, who suffered cardiac arrest in October of 1997 and has since been under constant medical and personal care, wasn’t released from detention until one month after his extradition; he now is forced to report to the cops twice per week. Sonja, who continues to be detained in Preungesheim, is likely the oldest woman in Europe awaiting trial in jail. Prosecutors brought charges in November and are planning to bring the cases to trial in 2012.
A Long Tradition of Resistance
As part of the political left, the Revolutionaere Zellen (Revolutionary Cells, RZ) started tackling the revolutionary perspective in the BRD in 1973, striving to identify novel formats of militancy and starting points for resistance. It formed a third urban guerilla group, next to RAF and Bewegung 2. Juni (2nd June Movement); however, RZ opted against a vanguard position, choosing to act from within the legal left movement instead. In the mid-1970s, RZ spawned a feminist organization, Rote Zora. RZ and Rote Zora ceased action in the early 1990s. (more…)

The 30th December a crowd of people gathered short but well-seen and heard in front of the custody and deportation prison Holstenglacis in Hamburg. A banner with the words “Freedom for all-against all walls” (in German language) was held and a few words against all prisons and greetings to the prisoners were spoken. Together with a lot of fireworks the Gate, the entrance and a watchtower were couloured with paintbombs. When the pigs arrived the people ended the action and left. In the evening a lot of police controls of random people in the area happened.
Greetings to the NYE anti-prison demos in Berlin, Bremen, Köln, Stuttgart and all over the World!
For a world without oppression and exploition!
A flyer (German language) givenout at the action. It’s about a recent death of a prisoner in the Holstenglacis prison. He took his life but was murdered by the prison, the state, this reality!…
