greetings with love and solidarity

The night before last night we attacked the electronic communication net in Berlin (Germany). Our act of sabotage took place at a Vodafone radio tower and is meant as a symbol against total surveillance by governments, secret services and transnational corporations. Vodafone was chosen because it is eagerly engaged in cooperating with the british secret service GCHQ. GCHQ cooperates with the american secret service NSA. And NSA in turn cooperates with german secret service BND. Secret services collect patterns of normality and compare particular behaviours in order to find out if you could plan something deviant before you know it yourself. The collaborations of secret service industry and the industry’s secret services secure the conditions of profit and power for both of them.
For us, the careless use of electronic devices and internet applications is problematic: Every move can be digitalized and technology is not neutral. We don’t know how an emancipatory development of communication looks like, but we believe it would work in a different way and we have to find out together. In the meantime, we encourage to block infrastructure and bring it to a halt – against the stream of exploitation and surveillance, against a society based on destruction of human and nature.
Sabotage of the surveillance industry and infrastructures of exploitation!
Blind secret services!
Freedom of Movement and asylum for Edward Snowden and everybody else – No border, no nation!
Freedom for Chelsea Manning!

‘Magdeburg is a city in the east of Germany: there is disruption created by an annual parade of fascists claiming to commemorate the casualties of an allied air strike that happened during the Second World War.
The emphasis they place on the nature of these casualties as victims could have the effect of distracting people’s attention from the atrocities performed by the Nazis themselves during the war, and from their role as the instigators of the conflict.’

Via ABC Brighton:
In 1933 the German Nazis created a new law, called ‘Preventive Detention’ (P.D.), which allows the state to keep people inside prison after they have finished their sentence. The courts in Eastern Germany forbid this law, because it was a ‘fascist-law’; the courts in the capitalist West-Germany never had such problems with Nazi-laws, so until today we still have P.D. in Germany – since 1993 in East and West Germany.
I am one of the victims of this Nazi-law, because 17 years ago the court convicted me, a left wing anarchist skin-head, to a long-term sentence, after a bank-robbery to ‘fundraise’ money for legal and illegal activities. The judges added P.D. (more…)

Two years in jail, it’s two years too much !
September the 14th of 2013- Let’s all mobilize everywhere to protest against the legitimization of torture in Sonja Suder’s trial and for her liberation.
September the 14th of 2011, Sonja and her friend Christian have been extradited by France to be given to German cops and jailed. Christian has been freed since but Sonja is still in jail. They left Germany in 1978 when, after a fierce repression of the revolutionary movements, every person involved in the radical protest could fear being the target of State revenge.
For two years, Sonja has been in custody in the high-security district of the prison Frankfurt-Preungesheim ; for a year she’s been enduring a trial grounded on two testimonies : one from a penitent given against a remission, the other given under torture in 1978 by a man suspected to belong to the Revolutionary Cells (RZ). If the penitent [snitch] Hans-Joachim Klein testified without shame in the Frankfurt court to give the umpteenth version of a testimony full of nonsense and contradictions (that the judge thinks worth considering anyway), Hermann F., on the contrary, always protested against the elements standing in the cross-examination he has been through : these elements are just the result of four months of torture outside of any procedural frame. The night of the 26th August an attack with stones and colour happened against the courthouse in Hamburg. Windows were smashed and the entrance coloured. In a text that appeared it was claimed that the attack happened in solidarity with the ones facing everyday state repression. Also with the comrades raided in Berlin because of attacks against jobcenters and a solidarity action for the revolt in Turkey. Also it was in solidarity with the comrade Sonja Suder who is still imprisoned for her uncompromising stand against the state and Justice!
Here is the original writing:

According to first reports, there were huge police raids on eight house projects and apartments in Berlin, including the Rigaer 94, this morning (14/8). The cops are supposedly looking for people responsible for attacks on various job centers (‘welfare offices’) as well as a recent molotov attack against police, who were conducting a drug raid in Köttbusser Tor during a solidarity demonstration for the revolt in Turkey. More news as it comes…Below is a call for spontaneous demonstration in response to the raids:
This morning, August 14th, 2013, cops raided several apartments in the Mitte, Kreuzberg and Neukölln neighbourhoods of Berlin.
In Friedrichshain the police deployed a riot squad, along with special task force troops to invade the house project Rigaer Straße 94 [whose front building was already stormed by cops on August 2nd].
The pretext for these raids were actions against several branches of the Job Center that took place in Berlin on May 2nd, as well as a solidarity action with the people revolting in Turkey after the eviction of Gezi Park in Istanbul. (more…)

Sibylle S. (witness not cooperating with authorities) stayed four months in prison under ‘coercive detention’ because she had repeatedly refused to testify as a witness against Sonja Suder. On August 6th, 2013 it finally became evident that her continued detention would not change her unyielding stance, so Sibylle walked out free.
On the other hand, Sonja is still in custody.
FREEDOM AND HAPPINESS FOR SONJA AND CHRISTIAN!
Sunday, July 7th, 2013
On the afternoon of the 4th of July a banner was hung in Hamburg in solidarity with comrade Kostas Sakkas who at that point was already 1 whole month on hungerstrike. Also a leaflet and Poster in solidarity was distributed.
Solidarity knows no borders!
Freedom for all prisoners!

There is a new anarchist poster in solidarity with Sonja, Christian and Sybille which can be found on the walls of different German cities. Sonja and Sybille are in prison in Frankfurt am Main and Christian is out under restriction because he’s too sick to stay in prison. The first part of the trial continues after the summer. Here is the poster – Zärtlichkeit and a translation of it is below. Es lebe die Anarchie!
Solidarity is the tenderness of revolutionary subversion!
You ask me: “What should we do? How can we stand against all this heteronomy, control, repression, violence, which is called normality? What can we hold against all the bureaucracy, the uniforms and weapons, the monsters of technology, their laws and their morality based on compulsions, guilt and fear?”
I answer you: “I don’t know the solution, the right way or the perfect strategy and I don’t think it exists. But I do know that it’s mutual help, respect, love and solidarity which will make our relationships dangerous and rebellious once again.
I know that the only thing stronger than our urge for freedom is the hate for those who take it from us!
I know that there doesn’t need any justification for the insurrection and there is no minute to wait!
I know that back then and now there are thousands of reasons for the revolt!
Solidarity with Sonja and Christian who are persecuted and detained for their consequent stand against State and Justice. They are accused of participation in the “Revolutionäre Zellen” (RZ) (Revolutionary Cells) and their struggles in the 70s.
Solidarity with Sybille, who was detained in the same trial for refusing to cooperate with the authorities!
An embrace for all those who are charged and detained for their ideas and struggles.
An embrace for all who never sold out or forgot their ideas of a life in freedom!
For a life without authority in freedom!

Berlin-Kreuzberg salutes the people revolting in Turkey
Everyday since the beginning of the revolt about two weeks ago, people went on the streets in Berlin to show their solidarity with the ongoing fights in Turkey. Another short and wild demonstration took place in the center of Kreuzberg yesterday evening, the 7th of June, where around 50 people marched towards Kottbusser Tor, shouting slogans and lighting fireworks.
Material from a construction site got pulled on the street, so after a short while the traffic was blocked in every direction. The cops, that were making a drugraid at this moment, got attacked with stones, paintbombs and fire. After that the mob dispersed. (more…)
