30 December 2010
“In response to the trials scheduled for the coming days and the repression against our anarchist comrades from the Fire Cells Conspiracy, we decided to attack the Greek embassy in Argentina during the early morning of December 30, 2010.
Our attack coincides with a series of attacks perpetrated by comrades in Greece and Italy, because we understand solidarity as a weapon that we must use in order to confront the defenders of society’s prison system.
Just like the executioners who repeatedly murder unarmed people fighting for a piece of land to live on, we show no mercy in attacking authority when it’s least expected.
We remind them that we have plenty of reasons to blow them sky-high, into the Malos Aires of this region they appropriated. And even though it might take us a while to redress the balance, we won’t just sit around waiting for others to do what we can do ourselves.
No matter how much they tighten their security, we will always find the places where they are most vulnerable. Because we are everywhere, constantly thinking about how to eradicate domination and exploitation.”

Winter parcel bombs for Rome Embassies from Informal Anarchist Federation (Italy) + Statement from comrades of the Revolutionary Struggle (Greece)

“We Have Decided To Make Our Voice Heard With Words And With Facts, We Will Destroy The System Of Dominance, Long Live The FAI, Long Live Anarchy.”
Informal Anarchist Federation – FAI – Revolutionary Cell Lambros Foundas
27 December 2010
Parcel bomb sent to the Greek Embassy in Rome. It is intercepted and defused.
“We’re striking again, and we do so in response to the appeal launched by our Greek comrades the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire.”
“For this reason we’re sending this new attack to a structure that represents the Greek state and its servants, in solidarity with our comrades arrested in Athens and the Conspiracy’s project which, like ours, is based on the action and method of revolutionary violence.”
(Greece) Statement of three jailed members of the organisation Revolutionary Struggle in relation to the attacks on the embassies in Rome)
“With regard to the parcel-bombs that were sent to the embassies of Chile and Switzerland in Rome on the 23/12/2010, that had as a result the injury of two employees, that was undertaken by the organisation “Informal Anarchist Federation – FAI – Revolutionary Cell Lambros Foundas”, we have to declare the following: As Revolutionary Struggle we selected always the realisation of actions that were politically aimed. They were aimed at the arrangement of the institutions and those that represented and protected them. We organised in such a way, so that injuries of persons that are not included in our political objectives is avoided and we would not allow such actions that would have that as a result. e.g the accidental wounding of an employee of an embassy, as it became in the previously mentioned attacks with the parcel-bombs. This perspective was always the basic beginning for the action of all of us, and naturally, our dead companion and member of our organisation, Lambros Foundas. For this reason, we ask do not make actions of such type in the name of our comrade.”
OPEN LETTER TO THE ANARCHIST AND ANTI-AUTHORITARIAN MOVEMENT
Released by the FAI (Informal) in 2003 after a series of letter-bomb attacks against State targets across the EU.
As the consolidation of the EU is going on quickly and assuming all the wickedness of the political, economic, military-repressive choices of the various States, and as a European constitution that re-establishes and legitimates EU dominion is about to be ratified, the first Informal Anarchist Federation struggle campaign has started. We could not deny ourselves the pleasure of actively criticising the six-month’s Italian presidency of the EU, which is coming to an end. We are aware that, behind any official rhetoric, the decisions that have been taken during the last months will bring about new practises of exploitation and dominion. In Fortress Europe, where not only the borders between exploiters and exploited are defended with the arms, we oppose trade agreements and the militarization of the territory with free agreements between those who struggle against dominion, as we want to demonstrate that not only is the struggle possible, but it is also an absolute necessity.
Today we have attacked the repressive apparatus that plays the democratic farce and that will bring the main characters and institutions to the new European order:
-The various police departments, which will soon be backed by a European army, besides their traditional task of internal repression, have the basic mission of filtering the huge masses of poor people who want to step into Fortress Europe. In fact, only the workforce needed by the bosses is allowed to get in, the others are sent back to be exploited in their countries of origin.
-A prison system, which is more and more crowded and widespread, is consolidating its main role into repression. It is the last bastion in defence of the system, whereas starving salaries and the last remnants of the welfare are not sufficient to stem the anger of the exploited.
-Bureaucrats and politicians are always ready to plan and promote any adjustment that serves to keep the system alive. The actions carried out today, as well as the ones that will follow, are planned so as to avoid the possibility of striking innocent people. We will carry on demonstrating our profound hatred for the State and capital and our unbounded love for a world free from the dominion of men over men and of men over nature. We are not the only ones, nor are we the last. In every street, in the day and in the night, we see that the same destructive-constructive tension for a better world is growing. We were in Genoa, we were in Saloniki, we were on the Italian roads last night, and tomorrow we will be on new roads to fight the misery of the existent.
Attack and destroy the responsible for repression and exploitation!
Attack and destroy prisons, banks, courts and police stations!
Revolt is contagious and can be reproduced!
Social war against capital and the State!
WHO WE ARE
We have created the Informal Anarchist Federation, that is to say a federation formed either by groups of action or by single individuals, in order to go beyond the limits implied in single projects and to experiment the real potentialities of informal organisation. We strongly believe that only a chaotic and horizontal organisation, without bosses, authorities or central committees taking decision, can fulfil our need for freedom here and now. Our goal is to have an organisation reflecting the view of the anarchist society, which we struggle for. This is intended as an instrument and not as the copy of some old armed party or as an organisation looking for adepts. If it were not an instrument to be used for testing the efficiency of informal organisation and its capacity of strengthening quality and continuity of the revolutionary action, it would be absolutely useless and would certainly die out. Through widespread actions it is possible to conciliate organisation and theoretical/practical debate on the one hand, and the anonymity of groups/individuals on the other. Actions, in fact, besides bringing their specific message of destruction/construction, also propose other kinds of message, such as the ones implied in their methods and instruments. In this case the damage caused does not matter. We are aware that it will not be a well-armed minority group that will stir up revolution, and we are determined not to postpone our insurrection waiting for everybody to be ready: we are more and more convinced that a simple direct action against institutions is more effective than thousands of words.
FEDERATION because of its widespread horizontal structure, that is to say federation of groups or individuals, free and equal men and women bond together by common practises of attack against dominion and aware that mutual support and revolutionary solidarity are instruments of freedom. Relationships inside the federation are stable and flexible at the same time; they evolve continuously thanks to the ideas and practices brought in by new individuals and groups that will join. We do not want any democratic federation, as this would involve representatives, delegates, official meetings, committees, and organs implying the election of leaders, charismatic figures and the imposition of specialists of speech. In the informal federation, communication must be based on a horizontal and anonymous debate, which will come out of the practise (claims of actions) and of the widespread of theories through the means of communication of the movement. In other words, the meeting will be substituted by an anonymous and horizontal debate between groups or individuals who communicate through practise. The federation is our strength, that is to say the strength of groups or individuals that help one another through a well-defined pact of mutual support.
ANARCHIST because we want the destruction of capital and the State. We want a world where only freedom and self-organisation ‘dominate’, and a society where exploitation of men over men and of men over nature does not exist. We strongly oppose any Marxist cancer, which is nothing more than a fascinating and dangerous siren that claims freedom for the oppressed but actually denies the possibility of a free society and just substitutes one dominion with another.
INFORMAL because we do not believe in vangards nor do we think that we are an enlightened active minority. We just want to live as anarchists here and now and this is why we consider the informal organisation as the only kind of organisation capable of preventing the creation of any authoritarian and bureaucratic mechanism. It allows us to keep our independence as individuals and/or groups and to resist power with continuity. The Informal Anarchist Organisation practises the armed struggle but it refuses classic monolithic organisations implying a base, regular and irregular members, columns, executive cadres, huge amounts of money and living on hiding. We think that this kind of structures is an easy target for power. In fact, an infiltrated cop or an informer is sufficient to have the whole organisation or a good part of it collapsed like a house of cards. On the contrary, as the informal organisation is formed by 1000 individuals or groups that do not know one another (as they recognize one another through the actions they carry out and the mutual support bonding them), if by some unfortunate chance infiltrators or informers should come out, this would affect a single group without spreading to the others. Furthermore, whoever takes part into the Informal organisation is a militant only when preparing and carrying out an action. The organisation, therefore, does not affect the entire life and projects of the comrades so that all kinds of armed-struggle sectarianism are avoided. Once we are well rooted, power will find it very difficult to destroy us.
The pact of mutual support is the strong point of the Anarchist Informal Organisation and it pivots on three key points based on the above mentioned anarchist revolutionary project, and that come into play when individuals or groups decide to join the Anarchist Informal Organisation:
1. REVOLUTIONARY SOLIDARITY
Each group of action in the Anarchist Informal Organisation is engaged in showing revolutionary solidarity to comrades who are arrested or are on hiding. This solidarity will show itself mainly through armed action and the attack against men and structures responsible for the imprisonment of comrades. Solidarity will always be practised as an indispensable feature of anarchist way of life and action. Of course we do not refer to legal and technical support: bourgeois society offers a sufficient number of lawyers, social workers and priests, which means that revolutionists can be engaged in another kind of activities.
2. REVOLUTIONARY CAMPAIGNS
When a group or individual starts a revolutionary campaign through the deeds and related communiqués, other groups and individuals in the Anarchist Informal Organisation will follow according to their methods and time. Each group or individual can launch a struggle campaign on specific targets through one or more actions signed by the single group or individual and by the claim of the Federation. If a campaign is not agreed by the other groups, the critic will show itself through actions and communiqués that will contribute to correcting or discussing it.
3. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN GROUPS OR INDIVIDUALS
The groups of action in the Anarchist Informal Organisation are not required to know one another. This will avoid repression to strike them and possible leaders or bureaucrat from emerging. Communication between groups or individuals is carried out through the actions and through the channels of the movement without them to know one another directly.
P.S. Any reference to the FAI Italian Transport Workers Federation (Federazione Autotrasportatori Italiani), to the FAI Italian Anarchist Federation (Federazione Anarchica Italiana) and to the FAI Italian Fund for the Environment (Fondo Italiano per l’Ambiente) is a pure coincidence. We apologise to the people concerned.
Rome, Italy – The boy wounded at the Chilean embassy is Cesar
We have received and are forwarding a few lines of an e-mail received in recent days:
“The Chilean boy wounded by the letter bomb is Cesar. A comrade and a friend involved with the experience of Ciclofficina Popolare (people’s bike workshop) of the Ex Lavanderia (the former laundry).
We found out today.
Suddenly, for us, the natural compassion for an injured person is no longer tempered by anonymity.
Behind this story of national importance there is a person whose name, face and voice we know.
Now Cesar is in hospital, with two fingers less and we are angry. […]”

Attack against Halifax bank in solidarity with Giannis Dimitrakis.
“… In the early hours of the 6th we attacked a Halifax bank on Kilburn high road with paint bombs and wrote FREEDOM TO G.DIMITRAKIS on the front window. This is just a small token of solidarity to our comrade. We would also like to salute all the comrades in Greece and all over the world, in and out of prison, that choose the path of attack against the system. SOLIDARITY IS OUR WEAPON – FIRE TO THE PRISONS. This is just the beginning… Black Spiders in the London Web“

Time passes and everything stays the same… It could be for some like this, describing the reality that whips many of us, under a pessimistic pretext, like at the end of their conviction. Repression goes up a level, hate against the poor, destruction of the environment, exploitation of human dignity, assassinations of lives, like the small wild life that remains on this planet called Earth. Nothing has changed. Little we have influenced in the disruption of this reality, of this world that our free minds don’t belong to. If nothing has changed it’s perhaps for the lack of obligation, of courage and of conviction. For many this all seems like a game, to stand with a placard, yell a slogan, reform a law, only to alleviate their sense of guilt… but for many others this is serious, the thing here is, to what point one is seriously willing to go? International Revolutionary Front
CALL FOR SOLIDARITY TO THE GUERRILLAS OF THE REVOLUTIONARY ORGANIZATION CONSPIRACY OF CELLS OF FIRE, THE REVOLUTIONARIES AND THE INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE ACCUSED FOR THE SAME CASE (TRIAL ON THE 17TH OF JANUARY)
Another reason of our action, via the mass sending of incendiary parcels to embassies and European leaders, was so we can make an international call.
We therefore call to all lengths and widths of the earth, from Europe to Latin America, for the strengthening of the revolutionary war. We organize internationally and aim at the enemy. We can’t wait to see the subversive elements flooding the streets and the guerrilla groups striking again and again. All means unlock and go on the table without taboos and fetishisation. On the demonstrations we smash the heads of cops, banks are robbed and are delivered to flames, bombs blow up governmental buildings, guns execute politicians, journalists, cops, judges, as well as all sorts of protectors of this world.
This way, step by step, the domestic internal enemy becomes even more dangerous for them. Also solidarity, one of the most powerful and authentic weapons of revolutionary forces, acquires a stronger and coordinated cry. To the mass arrests on a protest in Belgium we in reprisal will put bombs in Greece and when a revolutionary team is jailed in Chile, Argentina should fill with rubble from the attacks of comrades. For us the dead guerrillas and prisoners are not a point of truce, on the contrary they become the motive force of the exacerbation of revolutionary processes. This is why we believe that Solidarity should become more an armed stubbornness of today and not a humanitarian protest of reform.
On the 17th January 2011 in Athens, will be the trial for the case of our revolutionary organization. In this are being tried some our proud members, some revolutionaries and other anarchists because of personal relations with the accused. It is of no value to speak of the trial, since we define ourselves outside the limits of juridical authorities. What has substance is the expression of aggressive solidarity to the comrades that are accused and are in prison for this case. For us, despite the man-hunt that has been unleashed against us by the police, as well as the recent arrest of our 2 members, nothing can stop the continuous and evolutionary course of our action.
In our decision to promote a battle to the end, WE CALL in Greece, Europe, Chile, Argentina, Mexico and to the whole world to the comrades and guerrilla formations to send their attacking signals to the judges and the Greek authorities, as well as a greeting of solidarity to the hostages of the new urban guerrilla warfare. Let this trial become another reason for action in the Revolutionary War.
CONSPIRACY OF CELLS OF FIRE

New first letter from the imprisoned fighters of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire who were arrested in the 1st Nov. 2010 ‘letter-bombs’ case, which sparked international attention from mainstream global media and their overseers.
WHOEVER DOES NOT ARM HIS DENIALS, DIES IN HIS CONTRACTS
On 01/11/2010, after we have already delivered two incendiary packages to Suisse Mail on Astidamantos street and to ACS on Spirou Merkouri street; in Pangrati, sent to the Mexican embassy in Athens and the address of Eurojust (EU Police agency) in the Hague, we are surrounded by police officers of the DIAS group (motorbike task force) and arrested. In our possession were found two more packages of incendiary parcels destined for the presidential residence of Nicolas Sarkozy in France and the Belgian Embassy in Athens. (more…)

The anarchist Giannis Dimitrakis was arrested heavily wounded after a robbery at a branch of the National Bank in the center of Athens, on January 16th, 2006.
He defended the choice to expropriate a bank, without statements of remorse and with clarity about his motives and intentions. He gave meaning to his act as a moment in his critique and action against the system of wage slavery and exploitation, against the antisocial role of the banks and as a part of the polymorphic social struggle.

In the modern junta of the I.M.F., the E.C.B., the E.U. and the Greek government, methods from the Nazi occupation in Greece are being mobilized. Just like when the Nazis attacked the families and the social environment of the guerrillas in order to isolate them and exterminate them easier, today the modern fascists that govern us target families, friends and comrades of ours and of the three comrades that are in prison accused of participating in “Revolutionary Struggle”, in an operation to terrorize a whole political movement, through new persecutions and mass interrogations. We believe that the death of Lambros Foundas by the uniformed murderers as well as the arrests of the six fighters for their participation or for their alleged participation in the Revolutionary Struggle, are integral facts of their historical-social frame. We consider them as the first and heavy losses in the new phase of growth of class war that has been signaled by the capitalistic crisis. We feel that Lambros did not simply leave one day of March, but fighting on the eve of a general strike, while the six arrested as well as all the imprisoned fighters, are missing from us in the streets in these important as well as difficult days that have come, these days where the subversive-liberating argument must and can be applied with new intensity and momentum.
The three comrades who took responsibility for the actions of Revolutionary Struggle show that fighting for what you believe in is not a task that only the “elite” can take on. Its in everyone that has suffered in the system that has been created to control us. The state knows they are the real terrorists and as long as no one is fighting back they have nothing to fear. Its time to show them enough is enough and attack it with all means available.
“And if the terrorists Papandreou and Chrysohoidis are laughing (in vain) about our arrests; if they believe they have thus guaranteed the necessary security for their social-fascist party to easily continue imposing their criminal projects on society, wagging their tails to please their American masters; if they are hoping they have eliminated a serious threat to their regime, we assure them that it will not be so easy to do away with us.
While we live and breathe, we will do everything possible to cause trouble for their antisocial, criminal projects.
And if our persecutors and this country’s political establishment believe they have all of society on their side, if they believe most people see us as a “social threat,” they are wrong.” Excerpt from the Political Letter to Society from the Revolutionary Struggle members (See 325 #8 for the full text).

On October 2, most of the Mapuche political prisoners on hungerstrike in the prisons of the Chilean state announced an end to their action while the hungerstrikers at Angol prison declared they would continue. On October 7, they released another communique explaining their struggle. The following day, after nearly 90 days without eating, they ended their hungerstrike, although without signing onto any agreement with the Chilean state.

THIS WAS REVENGE
During the week, we heard the news of the arbitrary transfer to Santiago 1 of the comrades imprisoned in the Bombs Case, as well as their hunger strike and subsequent one-month sentence. Added to that was the beating given to our brother Abuelo (Camilo). Therefore, we decided to arm ourselves with household items in order to take revenge.
“In this joint, the cops are in charge,” declared the aggressor gendarme. Today we answer him: “In the joint and on the streets, anyone can be in charge. It’s just a question of will and conviction.”
Sir Gendarmes, wretched jailers: HANDS OFF THE ANARCHIST POLITICAL PRISONERS. Know full well that we will not stand for even one more outrage against the abducted comrades, their visitors, or their communications.
And you, sir prosecutor Alejandro Peña, should stop bullshitting. You must know that anarchists DON’T HAVE LEADERS. Therefore, ILLICIT ASSOCIATION IS IMPOSSIBLE.
Chilean Gendarmes, CONSIDER YOURSELVES WARNED.
NO MORE ANTI-TERRORIST LAW
FREE THE ACCUSED IN THE BOMBS CASE
(We take this opportunity to send greetings to those showing internationalist solidarity in England, Spain, Mexico, Greece, Argentina, Canada, and elsewhere, as well as the Mapuche prisoners in Angol who are maintaining their struggle.)

CHILE – 4 comrades on hunger strike, demanding immediate transfer from Santiago 1 to CAS (high security prison). Vinicio Carlo Aguilera Mery, anarchist political prisoner and one of the hunger-strikers, wrote this following letter:

Responding to the Call for International Solidarity by the persecuted and rebellious comrades in Chile, we call on people around the world to express their solidarity and in Athens we invite a:
Gathering of Solidarity
on Friday, September 24th at 5pm,
outside of the Chilean Embassy (Bas. Sofias 25- Athens, Greece)
THE PASSION FOR FREEDOM HAS NO BORDERS
THE SAME FOR SOLIDARITY
On August 14th 2010 the Chilean State, under orders of special district attorney Alejandro Pena, began a campaign of oppression against Chilean antagonists, code-named “Salamander.” With invasions into social spaces, occupations and dozens of homes throughout the country, 14 people were arrested and taken to the Nunoa police station. The next day they were led to the courts of Santiago and charged with over 100 bomb attacks made over the past years in all of Chile. The assembly which gathered outside of the courthouse in a display of solidarity was violently suppressed and 40 people were detained.
With the unanimous aid of the mass media in creating a negative climate against the arrestees and without real evidence against them, the court of Santiago ordered that 8 of the 14 be kept in custody until trial. The other 6 were released with restrictive measures, forbidden to leave the country, to communicate with each other, to visit the imprisoned or the social centers and occupations the police had invaded, and that they must present themselves to local authorities every week. The men were taken to C.A.S. maximum security prison and the women to Centro de Orientation Femenina, all in solitary confinement. On Monday September 6th another 2 people were arrested in the context of the “bomb case” spectacle.
Over the past years the democratic facade of the Chilean State, under the guise of financial development, has circumvented most social and union rights and sold off huge portions of land to multinational companies (Benetton) and the logging, livestock and tourism industries, primarily in the south, violently evicting the indigenous Mapuche peoples from their ancestral land. In the Mapuche territories right-wing paramilitary groups guided by rich landowners have become active and terrorize and murder people who choose to resist the plans of the dominant. Conflicts erupt and dozens of indigenous antagonists and arrested and imprisoned. Over 400 people are awaiting trial, most of whom are farmers struggling to regain the land which in the past was stolen by the Chilean army and is now in the hands of multinational logging and energy companies.
Also, since 2009 a special “anti-terrorist” law from the days of the Pinochet dictatorship has been reactivated so as to crack down on the recent upsurge of attacks and unrest in the south of the country, for which the indigenous Mapuche are accused. The controversial law triples the penalties for arson and land occupations and has been used 16 times in the past 10 years. This past summer Mapuche political prisoners began a hunger strike (shortly after by means of court order they were forced into compulsory sustenance) and in September they were followed by imprisoned minors, struggling for the liberation of the political prisoners and the ending of their prosecution.
As social inequalities intensify, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, in all of Chile social resistance strengthens and every demonstration breaks out into conflict while in parallel there are bomb attacks against state and corporate targets. In the context of this social unrest, the pogrom against anarchist/ libertarian comrades is carried out, who by no evidence other than being active in social struggles are considered responsible for the conflicts and the bombings.
From the joint announcement of the Autonomous Social Space and Libertarian Library Jonny Cariqueo and the occupied Social Space and Library Vanzetti, La Crota bikepunk:
“We are the target chosen to cover up the tragedy of the 33 miners and their families, victims of the exploitation of the powerful, and the hunger strike of the Mapuche comrades who are struggling for their land.” “The political and legal fabrication is obvious, the construction of an illegal ‘terrorist’ organization with leaders is schizophrenic. We, as anti authoritarians and anarchists do not believe in, nor do we obey hierarchies, much less orders. That which district attorney Pena calls funding terrorism is called international solidarity. That which the police call “centers of power” are houses in which libraries are built and the people are called upon to face the current reality of exploitation and nonsense, places were social relationships are built far from commercialization, based on values such as solidarity, horizontal relationships, mutual support and self-management.”
Responding to the Call for International Solidarity by the persecuted and rebellious comrades in Chile, we call on people around the world to express their solidarity and in Athens we invite a Gathering of Solidarity on Friday, September 24th at 5pm, outside of the Chilean Embassy (Bas. Sofias 25)

Assembly for Solidarity
Open Assembly of Anarchists for a United Polymorphic Movement
Friday, September 17th, 2010
Released now for September 2010, the free yearly PDF of the international anarchist magazine, 325. 76 pages packed full of revolutionary anti-capitalist social war.
Amongst other things, this issue features a major section about the Greek social war “Fire on the Breeze : Letters and Communiques from Greece”, this is written by the anarchists involved in the movement, not outsiders, but by the fighters and hostages of power themselves. The communiques from the prisoners of armed group Revolutionary Struggle, including the important text “The only answer to modern totalitarianism is social revolution”; a tribute to Lambros Foundas; Sect of Revolutionaries communique; Conspiracy of Cells of Fire communique about the ‘Marfin Bank’ incident; and more.
Another large part in the zine is the section “Notes from the gathering against Prison Society”, an anti-prison, anti-state 2-day meeting which took place Oct/Nov 2009 in Brighton. The notes from this meeting begin with a presentation on the ‘Campaign against Prison Slavery’ and a description of the British prison system. A comrade from Athens explains the case of Giannis Dimitrakis, an anarchist imprisoned for expropriation, the comrade also talks about methods of ‘revolutionary solidarity’, which have formed a dynamic and powerful feature of the Greek anarchist movement.
Also featured is an interview with Jean Weir, known for her ‘Elephant Editions’ book imprint, translator and publisher of Italian anarchist, Alfredo Maria Bonanno. The interview forms a section which concludes with “Taking Back Our Lives”, the edited transcribed notes from a presentation in Berlin, Sept 2009.
Also included are the sections and articles: “International resistance news”, “Repression and reports”, “For mass struggle and subversion”, “Revolutionary solidarity, “Who are we talking to?”, “What are anarchists?”, “Declarations”, “Find yourself a revolver” and more.
