Greetings to the comrades who attack with strength and decisiveness and sharpen the conflict of the insurrectionary war.
On Wednesday, October 1, 2014 the dogs of Counter-terrorism agency rang the bell at my home, where I was with comrade M.B. Half an hour later and after I was sure that there was no way of escaping or the possibility of fighting them, I opened the door and this resulted in them barging into the house.
They immediately put handcuffs on M.B. and sent him to their headquarters, while they kept my handcuffed in the house. During their search, they found weapons that belongs to me and with which comrade M.B. has nothing to do. Afterwards they transferred me at their headquarters as well. I was questioned for about 15 hours as they were trying to get information about the weapons and the actions of other comrades. They failed and they moved me to a cell without being able to communicate with M.B. who was locked up in the cell next to mine. After 5 days of detention, they took us before the prosecution judge and we were led to the basement of F wing of Korydallos prison to remain in pre-trial detention.
They don’t frighten us, they enrage us.
Solidarity and strength to all unrepentant political prisoners.

On October 1st, the anarchist Antonis Stamboulos is arrested by the counter-terrorist agency accused of terrorist actions. His arrest was hyped from the media, in a furious journalistic climate, based on findings of guilt and imaginary scenarios as signed directly from the 12th floor of the police headquarters.
At the same time, under coordinated counter-terrorism investigations in Athens and Thessaloniki, five people were arrested, the two of whom were detained and driven to Korydallos prison, on charges of aggravated possession of weapons and possession of explosives. The arrested Panagiotis Michalakoglou claimed responsibility for the weapons found in his house, while M.B. has nothing to do with the case.
Antonis Stamboulos, from the first time of his arrest, refused to have any kind of communication with the cops, giving a struggle of dignity continuing till today, since he is on a hunger and thirst strike in Larissa prison from October 6th [Antonis ended the thirst strike October 11th, and issued a new letter explaining his position], demanding his transfer to Korydallos prison, so as he can be close to his familiars. Athens-Thessaloniki: Update on the situation of the 2 people arrested by Counter-terrorism agency on 1/10 (Greece)
Wednesday, October 8th, 2014
Inter Arma received and translated:
Today, 6/10, the last 2 of the 5 defendants who were arrested during a coordinated raid of the Counter-terrorism agency in Athens and Thessaloniki, were led to Korydallos prison (in the basement of the F wing). The two comrades are Panagiotis Michalakoglou and M.B.
The two comrades are not accused of participating in a terrorist or criminal organization neither are they related to any robberies, as the counter-terrorism agency was leaking to the press during the first days. The accusations are: aggravated possession of arms and possession of explosives (grenade).
From the first moment Panagiotis claimed responsibility for the weapons found in his house while M.B. has nothing to do with the case. Communiques written by the two comrades will follow. We stand by them with fury and conscience.

ABC Hurricane uploaded the Filaki – Prison World DVD about 2007 prison riots uprising in Greece.
Documentary from Greece about the prison society, its role in social control and the ongoing rebellion against it…
The film focuses on the prison uprisings against the political repression and social war against the comrades in Greece as well as the hunger strikes against the Type-F prisons in Turkey which soon spread to engulf many of the prisons in Greece. These prisons are similar to the Type-C prisons in Greece, the FIES in Spain, the CSC in the UK and other punitive isolation torture regimes around the world.
During the afternoon R.Z. escapes again, for the last time. A detainee shouts to him, ‘How did you do it?’. R.Z answers: ‘From there at the top… you can’t find a way to escape from those walls, because there are other walls beyond… another prison. You must escape from the roof, and head towards the sun. They will never be able to build a wall between the sun and the earth’.
Our passion for freedom is stronger than all prisons!!!

On Wednesday, October 1st, 2014, the Korydallos prison court in Athens found anarchist prisoners Yannis Michailidis, Nikos Romanos, Andreas-Dimitris Bourzoukos and Dimitris Politis (who have claimed political responsibility for the double armed robbery in Velventos, Kozani) as well as Fivos Harisis and Argyris Ntalios (who have denied all charges) guilty of:
– committing robbery while masked or disguised (except Dimitris Politis, who was convicted as an accessory),
– aggravated possession of firearms (for the guns used in the double expropriation),
– aggravated vehicle theft (for the car of the dentist-hostage used as getaway vehicle).
Many individuals gathered in the special court room of Korydallos prison to show their solidarity with the comrades who were being sentenced.
After the counting and merging of the sentences, the terror court decided:
Yannis Michailidiss: 16 years, 4 months and 10 days.
Nikos Romanos: 15 years and 10 months.
Andreas-Dimitris Bourzoukos, Fivos Harisis, Argyris Ntalios: 15 years and 11 months.
Dimitris Politis: 11 years and 5 months.
All comrades were acquitted of the charge of participation in the CCF. However, there are other trial court cases underway that include the exact same accusation against the anarchist comrades.
Anarchist comrade Nikos Romanos was recently transferred to the Korydallos prison:

In the middle of July, I was transferred to the state hospital of Nikea for some medical examinations. There, given the nature of that examination and due to the police presence during the procedure, which was demanded by the doctor himself, I refused to be examined and I returned to prison. On the 6th of August, I was called to a disciplinary council on the charge of disobedience because I refused to execute the command of my police escort. By entering the office of the commanding prison officer with the intention of telling the prosecutor that I have nothing to state and then leave, I sat opposite to her and she addressed me saying “stand up”. I didn’t pay attention to what she said and while I was telling her to get serious, she told me again with an arrogant smile to stand up. Then, I crumpled the piece of paper where the charges were written and I threw it in her face. I was obviously standing before another arrogant and misled person, who was under the illusion that she owns the world. I was facing another expendable and petty pawn that was under the illusion that all prisoners are inferior to it. So, in order for her to restore her wounded ego, she “punished” me with a five-day restriction penalty in a “special detention wing”. (more…)

1. Can you talk about the general situation in Greece?
Currently the most multifaceted crisis that the country has seen in peacetime in recent history is in full swing. In the past 5 and a half years such profound upheavals have occurred that one might only expect to encounter in wartime. The global financial crisis of 2008 brought Greece to the top of the European debt crisis. It was set as a model for the imposition of extreme austerity across the Eurozone. In no other country has such an overwhelming “shock therapy” been imposed in such a short time, with such disastrous consequences for society – not even during the first experiments of the neoliberal school in Latin America. A therapy that devastated the economy, reducing the GDP of the country by 25%, creating nearly 2 million unemployed and forcing the majority of people to live a life below the poverty line.
Greek society is experiencing a double default. The financial one developed as follows: A huge fiscal deficit of the government inflated the ten-year bond spreads so that the Greek state could not serve the debt. The Troika’s ( IMF – EU – EIT ) control of the economy – not just the country – inflated the debt to the point that it became unsustainable. Along with the process of debt restructuring (PSI) the exposure of foreign credit institutions was replaced by Greek bonds. They that were subsequently passed on to the people having contracted new loans through transnational EFSF and ESM. (more…)

In the terror court 17.7.14 for the robbery in Pyrgeto: Guilty, because they are anarchists!
Prosecutor : Trying the case of the robbery in Pyrgeto, Larissas, surpassed all limits and threw away every pretence in the Korydallos terror court. While he admitted during the hearing that there was no evidence of guilt concerning the accused comrades Grigoris Sarafoudis and Giannis Naxakis, because anyway guilt was implied in the indictment “You cannot ignore the fact that the defendants are related to the anti-authoritarian, anarchist movement”!
The TERROR COURT rejected the request for attenuating Grigoris Sarafoudis and imposed the same sentence as Giannis Naxakis with the following sentences:
– 10 years for robbery
– 6 years for participation in a terrorist organization (C.C.F.)
– 5 years for stealing a car
– 2 years for possession of guns.
After the merger, a total of 16 years imprisonment for each.

On July 4th continued the terror-court in Koridallos for the robbery in Velvedo, with the reading out of the indictment documents, a procedure that began in the previous session. Two sessions came before that, in which the witnesses that were examined were the cops of the DIAS group and cops from the cop car that sped to arrest comrades G.Mihailidis, N.Romanos and A.D.Bourzoukos. All these witnesses, in order to cover the torturing that took place in Veria police station, testified that in order to immobilize the comrades they clashed with them and in the scuffle the comrades were injured. Message of Olga Economidou, CCF: Imprisoned Members Cell, about her participation in the hunger strike against maximum security prisons (Greece)
Friday, June 27th, 2014
Inter Arma received and translated:
There are two cases of people in this world. The ones who voluntarily let their life be wasted passively inside locked days, one after another, and the ones who dream with their eyes open and want to destroy all the world’s locks that cage our life behind bars, inside walls, in habits, rules, laws… Do not look for us in the first group…. Since today, Wednesday 25th of July, I participate in the hunger strike against the functioning of Domokos’ Guantanamo.

Inter Arma received and translated:
First of all, I want to say that I support and stand alongside my comrade Andreas Tsavdaridis and my ten comrades and friends of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire.
As far as the circumstances of this trial are concerned, I want to comment on two things:
– The fact that a trial, a political trial, is taking place in special courtroom, inside Korydallos prison.
– The fact that our comrades, in order to attend the trial, they have to give their identities to the authorities.
As far as my case is concerned, what I have to say is, that my targeting and my arrest took place in the context of an atmosphere of fear, imposed by the State on anarchists and especially on the current of which I am also a part, the current of New Anarchy. (more…)

A true life may end too soon,
but a meaningless one may not even really begin
The restless war against this world and its civilization has its own calendar. A calendar of fire, in whose pages, thousands of moments of hostilities between anarchists of Praxis and dominion, come alive. A calendar of memory against oblivion, which tries to cover within its dark veil all these moments, when anarchy armed itself and went on the offensive. A calendar of honor for all our brothers, who fell fighting in the dangerous journey for Dignity, Freedom and Anarchy. But even if they fell, they are not lost. They live among us. They are present in every moment of war against the existent, in every moment when conspiracies and dark plans of attack are woven. They live through acts of vengeance and they will continue to live as long as there are armed consciences ready to put their negations into action.
A calendar, in which our brother, anarchist comrade Mauricio Morales, has his own page written with the ink of memory, which seeks revenge…
“Arm yourselves and become violent, beautifully violent, until everything is blown up… Arm yourselves and fight state terrorism, burn, conspire, sabotage and be violent, beautifully violent, physically violent, deliberately violent…”
On the 22nd of May, 2009, a black day dawns in its darkness. Our brother Mauricio Morales, putting his words into action, headed to the prison wardens’ school in Santiago, Chile, planning to blow it up. But the bomb he was carrying exploded prematurely and he fell dead before he was able to fulfill his plan of attack.
But our comrade was not forgotten. For five years now, dozens of attacks all around the world, were dedicated to him, honoring him in the way he deserves to.
In our world we do not weep for our dead, we do not perform memorials, sticking to miserable customary formalities. We carry our dead in our hearts. We carry them with us, in the fierce moments, where anarchist attack disturbs the order of this world.
Anarchy has neither victims, nor heroes.
Anarchy has a memory of living forms that honored their lives with their deaths and not shadowy zombies, which day by day honor their slow death with their life.
Mauri is on our side. He is the comrade we never met but shared with him the same passion for the destruction of this world. We shared with him the same desire to act aggressively, promoting continuous anarchist insurrection. Any of us could have been in his place and so we feel that he is one of us and we will never forget him…
Nothing is over
We still have much to do…
For us, for our dead…
“Because the eyes of the dead –our dead- are bright meteor, which roam in the infinite to find their way to us…
The eyes of our dead tell us about the “why” of life, showing us the secret flame, which burns our mystery…”

Mobilisations outside and inside the prisons against the murder of Ilia Kareli and the new Type C prison plans (Greece)
Wednesday, April 9th, 2014
Footage from these moments:
A big mobilization has started since last month in almost all by now Greek prisons. The mobilization is a reaction for the new law about the maximum security type C prisons. Meanwhile an inmate named Ilia Kareli killed a guard with a knife and the guards in different prisons along with the police tortured him and killed him. So the mobilization acts also in honour with Kareli’s murder and is continuing the struggle. We also send some photos from the A wing of Koridallos prisons (Athens) in an act of honour of Ilia Kareli’s death.
The slogans say “we never forget, we never forgive” “fire to the prisons bombs to the courthouses” “if not now when?” There is also a video of slogans that were shouted at our refusal as prisoners of the A wing and the female wing to get in the prison from the prison yard for 1 hour after the normal yard lock down.
Here are some banners from the women’s prison of Koridallos during the protest of around 1000 people outside the prison against the new maximum security type c prisons.
Also some slogans written during the protest at Domokos prisons saying “rage and consciousness” “against the Greek Guantanamo” “knives in the prison guards” and “viva la fai/irf” Also at the Domokos prison protest there was some clashes between anarchists and cops. (more…)
Athens: Text concerning the hunger-thirst strike of anarchist hostages of the 4th wing of Koridallos prisons (Greece)
Saturday, February 22nd, 2014
The following text is a presentation of what followed the incident with and also some general thoughts surrounding the institution of incarceration and how we stand across it as anarchists. Our desire was for it to come out earlier, but our transfer to another wing, the beating of Giannis by the CCF and various other prison matters delayed it.
On 13/12/13, when the yard closed we returned to human-guard Giannis Milonas a small percentage of the violence he applies everyday while holding a key. This specific guy insisted on his quarrelsome behavior when some comrades called him out on the ironic comments he made the day before.
This incident was, for the service, the reason to break up our community which had become a constant thorn for them. In the recent times there have been numerous clashes since we were trying with various ways and for matters we considered nodal, (hunger strike of communists from Turkey, the placing of barbedwire above the yards) to sabotage, to the measure that is possible, the function of the prison.
