Calling for anarchists global solidarity action
“STOP THE ISOLATION OF OUR COMRADES IN TANGERANG, RELEASED OUR COMRADES IN MALANG, FREE ALL THE ANARCHISTS!”
While we know that the state will act in a totalitarian manner in this times and as being an anarchists we don’t value their values, but in our constant struggle against the prevailing capitalist ideology that continues to colonialised our daily lives, the purpose of ABC are to help them in legal matters in which they get the “rights” for them and to communicate with them, to make them not isolated and feeling lonely.
Every decision are theirs we value that, but when the state are trying to orchestrate a bullshit narratives into scapegoating the anarchists or the anarchist movement in general in Indonesia in order to veil their own incompetency in dealing with the crisis and pandemic, we asked you, not for money or anything involving that, but to show your solidarity in whatever means. It can be graffiti, banner dropping, or most importantly to acknowledge every Indonesian consulate about the isolation and the arbitrary action that the police are doing to them. Please read the following articles (two of the were written by the Individualist Sect) and some of them are from mainstream media.
(On these reports or in any other reports Indonesian police only knew one tendency, that is anarcho syndicalism, which are false and poor research because the anarchist movement in Indonesia are very diverse and there’s only one small group inactive anarcho-syndicalist and not a union)
(These are the earliest reports from the Individualist Sect concerning the arrests and media sensationalisation)
Chronology of Tangerang Anarchists Isolation
On April 9, 2020, R, Af, and Ri were arrested in a tavern in Tangerang on vandalism charges. Apart from the minor crimes they committed, the police showed an arrest warrant that did not have their names listed. The family was also notified of this arrest on April 11, 2020, 2 days after the arrest. In fact, Af is a minor. The legal process is not in accordance with procedures and until now all three are still blocked by the police to get legal assistance. •
The right to receive legal representation is stipulated in articles 69, 70, 72, Law no. 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Law. • “The tendency to obstruct access to legal representation is a violation of the right to a fair trial as contained in Article 14 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Ratified in Law No. 12 of 2005)” •
Immediately Fulfill Their Rights To Get A Legal Assistant!

Phoenix Project #10 [see previous acts]
You can’t jail wolves. You only can jail the body, but you cannot jail the spirit of liberation and the will to keep carrying on attacks against all the enemies. You can shutdown one fighter but the spirit will still live and reach the other corner and spot where you feel safe. You have an eternal enemy who will never step back even though we lost comrades. We, the nihilist anarchists will never stop hitting you until you are ashes. We are the pole out of your poor understanding regarding what is anarchy and chaos for us. And yes we are terrorists, the one who fought for freedom from hundreds years ago with fists, rocks, molotovs, incendiaries and of course, bombs.
And we used it against you. Against one of your most favourite instruments: Banks. We blew up one of your money machine with our small explosive creation. We made the bomb with our limited knowledge about it from many different sources. We want you and your abiding citizens know if we will never let our limitations bound our desire to continually address our anger to all of you. We made the bomb consisted of small amount of black powder and mixed it with some pieces of irons from nails to strengthen the power. And it successfully blew and paralysed one of your supporting instruments.
But mere our anger is not the only reason of our action. Through our action, we would like to salute our beloved comrades Monica and Francisco who recently got arrested in Spain and are accused as individuals behind actions carried out by a FAI Cell [note: the actions were actually claimed by Insurrectionalist Commando Mateo Morral]. To our brothers and sister of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire who are imprisoned in Greece, to Marco Camenisch and Gabriel Pombo da Silva, to Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, to Andreas Tasvdaridis and Spyros Mandylas, to anarchists of Kozani’s double robbery case, to Fredy-Marcelo-Juan, to John Bowden and to Alfonso Alvian and Hermez Gonzales who were recently arrested after trying to take back what the enemy steal from our lives in Chile, and of course to all anarchists prisoners around the world who we can’t mention one by one but are still in our heart.
But most of all, our heart was hurt when we got the news of a comrade who fell in battle against the enemy in Chile. Sebastian Oversluij Seguel.
Proudly we sang your name while we put the packet in ATM machine located in Malang, East Java in the early Thursday morning on 9 January. For you brother, we dedicated the action by taking your name as the name of our cell for the action. For us, you still live next to us in each of our steps and breath to keep going in this war. This bombing action against the property of the enemy is our way to remember you as a brave one.
Till society collapse,
Until chaos anarchy

Rough translation from Negasi:
On Thursday, April 26, 2012, the four comrades who were captured in Malang underwent further interrogation by the police-pigs. The interrogation itself lasted for 8 hours from 10 am to 6 pm. Two comrades immediately undergo interrogation in two separate rooms. Interrogation lasted for 5 and 6 hours. While two other comrades were told to wait. The matters focused on in the interrogations, range from questions about the chronology of the vandalism action until the comrades were finally caught by the pigs, to the pigs demanding to know who had proposed the idea of the action as well, and about the relationship between the vandals and the comrades of Katalis and Kontinum. Questions about the association with the two anti-authoritarian groups (Katalis + Kontinum) were because in the bag of one comrade was found pamphlets of the two groups.
One comrade who also got the same questions plus another question about who had the idea of making posters of solidarity for the four combatants in jail (Billy & Eat, Tukijo and Hidayat), and how the association between the four comrades and the imprisoned combatants are, how the comrades know about the condition of the combatants and why the acts of vandalism solidarity should be dedicated to the 4 people who are combatants.
The interrogation ended with the four comrades in Malang having to register their identity cards, and the interrogation continues on Monday, April 30, 2012. Some items still have not been returned because they was seized by the police-pigs (USB, solidarity posters, paint-bombs, the diary of one comrade, comrades identity card and spray-paint). Three of the comrades are demanded to sign a witness form and one other comrade still has to undergo further interrogation before being forced to sign the forms.
The pig-cop trying to entrap the four comrades by letting the case drag on, is based on the grounds of waiting for complaints from owners of buildings whom such acts of vandalism (spray-paint slogans, posters, paintbombs) were directed. If there is a lawsuit from the owners of the building, then the 4 comrades in Malang will undergo further interrogation and will face legal proceedings.
Solidarity to 4 Malang combatants!
Long live the live action!
Long live the rebels!
Vandals for solidarity!
Tuesday, April 24th, 2012
The four comrades who were captured during an action of solidarity vandalism should have been scheduled to undergo interrogation on Monday, April 23, 2012. But the questioning was postponed until the day Thursday, April 26, 2012 with no apparent reason. We ourselves, have heard that the police are still lurking and watching the movements of these comrades. Surveillance, of course, is a form of psychological repression that has been and continues to be held by the authorities.
Warmest regards and respect for our full solidarity to the comrades who spent this day under the supervision of the police. We believe that you will never recede.
Solidarity to dissidents!
Solidarity can never be brought to justice!
Long live the live action!
