On August 30th, we sabotaged with paint an ATM bank, “Bancomer,” in response to the “International Week in solidarity with anarchist prisoners”, and also to commemorate the black memory of our comrade Sebastián Oversluij (Pelao angry). This act was performed also to the surprised looks of passers-by; before the futility of “the bodies of order.” This street is the most guarded by dogs of the state, not only by the steady pace of patrols from both police and military, but also from the presence of security guards from ITESM.
Ever so rabidly do we act; an act that demonstrates our hatred for their money, their economy, their social order … to their civilization. This act was not to protest any “improvement” for the “people.” This action was carried out by anarchic individuals in anti-social solidarity and complicity with our comrades in affinity who are kidnapped by the state; to bring the anarchic idea to it’s ultimate conclusion. Forward comrades, destroy all prisons! We will burn your civilization!
A strong embrace of solidarity to the companion Tamara Farias, vengeance arrived!
Comrade Sebastian Oversluij presente …!

In the last few years, we have seen how the escalation of repression has intensified around the libertarian and anarchist movement through the strategies used here in Mexico City: Setting very high bond amounts, and applying the same package of charges, always aggravated, without giving much importance to the specific situation, but rather to what the State dictates.
Persecution and finger-pointing in the media as a basic element of their set-up: Noting the names of groups of people or spaces (whether they exist or not), making up relationships that really don’t exist, comparing everyone and everything from a vertical point of view, trying fit us into a schematic of leadership. Of course, this demonstrates a deep ignorance and/or contempt for anarchist ideas, which have nothing to do with this kind of hierarchical logic.
Video: Conspiracy of Cells of Fire – Phoenix Project – An account of the FAI/IRF Project 'Phoenix' (Black International)
Sunday, April 12th, 2015
English subtitled version of the film giving the account of the early part of the Phoenix Project, international project of sabotage and attack with over a dozen hits in a variety of different countries.
Dedicated to Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, Olga Cell FAI/IRF, who took responsibility for the laming of CEO Roberto Adinolfi of Ansaldo Nucleare.
“We are here, where everything starts now.”
The Project of ‘Phoenix’ is the unfolding of a hidden map marking one of the routes to the Atlantis of practical theory. An unknown and lost continent that exists beyond the edges of the burning cities of the interzone. Created through action, dialogue and ideas and organised informally with anarchic principles of permanent autonomous attack, revolutionary solidarity and internationalism. A sequence of attacks by different radical direct action groups around the world, breaking the silence of isolation and striking back again against the prison societies of the techno-industrial system.
The imprisoned members of CCF are charged with instigation for the attacks, Spyros Mandylas and Andreas Tsavdaridis were arrested and charged for act #4 in the project, sending a parcel-bomb to the former commander of the anti-terrorist agency, Dimitris Xorianopoulos, whilst Christos Rodopoulos is reportedly accused of the mailing of the parcel bomb to Dimitris Mokkas, chief prosecutor in the CCF case, as act #6.
The Phoenix project is now renewed through the 2015 attacks in Chile, Czech Republic and Greece, with the comrades within the territory of Czech Republic initiating the campaign “Let’s destroy repression“. The story of the Phoenix continues to be written…

According to a report by ABC Mexico, anarchist prisoners Carlos, Amelie and Fallon were released March 13th, Amelie and Fallon were transferred directly to an immigration prison to be deported back to Canada. Given the condition of the place: restricted visits and lack of information, the situation of the companions was unclear until March 23 when they were deported.
Recall that the comrades were sentenced for an incendiary attack with molotovs against a Nissan dealership and the Ministry of Communication and Transportation in Mexico City.

Here is an overview that we were sent reporting on some recent events in Guerrero, written by a Mexican anarchist living in the U$A
Guerrero, considered to be one of the most violent states in Mexico, seems to be in a never ending state of chaos. Murders in the beach resort town of Acapulco, the capital city Chilpancingo, multiple clandestine grave sites and of course, the Iguala massacre. Estado Fallido, failed state, is constantly used to describe Mexico, but especially Guerrero. No doubts there, police involvement in many heinous crimes, politicians and political parties working hand in hand with organized crime. A failed state, but what is a functioning state?
Open letter of Amélie Pelletier and Fallon Poisson about an event taking place at the 'Museum of Tolerance', State Institution (Mexico)
Thursday, February 19th, 2015
On February 14 there will be an event in the Museo de la Tolerancia [museum of tolerance] that aims to raise money for political prisoners and anarchists.
Being in prison we have little information about the event.
We don’t know who is organizing it, but we know our names appear on the list of prisoners for whom the event is done.
We wanted to clarify that it seems strange that people we do not know and with whom we do not share affinities are using our names without notifying us. That we’re in jail doesn’t mean we have no voice. These acts of solidarity where all prisoners are mixed make us think of the blind recuperation of imprisoned people. Whether they are “Political” or “Anarchists”. Since the beginning, we always remained firm in our positions and ruptures. It seems rather strange to see our names beside those of Brian Reyes, Jacqueline Santana and Jamspa at a public event of solidarity. Perhaps their intention is to build relationships between different bands of people. That we understand, but we also know that there are reasons for this lack of relationship. There are very different methods and intentions and probably irreconcilable schisms. (more…)

(more…)

A few days fulfilled a year to the arrest of Fernando Barcenas Castillo after a march against the rising of the price of metro tickets, where the Christmas tree owned by the Coca-Cola multinational was burned. Today the sentence was dictated to the comrade- 5 years, 9 months for the crime of attacks against the public peace, so he misses bail.
At a time when the Mexican government is intensifying its repressive methods, certainly the sentence to Fernando is looking to send a message to inhibit the growing signs of discontent. That is why it is important to continue fighting for the freedom of our imprisoned comrades, do not let them go into oblivion.
Continue demonstrating that solidarity is more than a written word.

via act for freedom now!:
We have been in prison for over 10 months now. In recent weeks they have passed two sentences on us: federal and common. On November 1 Judge Manuel Munoz Bastida of the eighth federal court of Reclusorio Sur handed down a sentence of seven and a half years’ prison on charges of “Arson to a public building with people inside,” this for the damage caused to the “Mexican communication and transport offices”.
The “people inside” are the two federal pigs that were in charge of the security of the place. Then, on November 7, we received the second sentence for the common court charges of “damage to private property in a group” and “breach of the peace”. These charges relate to the attack that occurred at the car dealership of Nissan. It being on the corner of the STC where we burned the cars.
Judge Margarita Bastida Negrete of the court of common law # 18 of Reclusorio East sentenced us to two years and seven months in prison, joining the two charges so that material damage and breach of the peace became damages of 108 000 pesos. According to the law, for all sentences of less than 5 years, first time offenders are entitled to certain benefits. (more…)

A gesture of solidarity…
On the night of October 12th we used stones, slingshots and Molotov cocktails to sabotage two banking entities in Iztapalapa delegation of Mexico City.
Revolutionary solidarity is how we also show our support to the imprisoned comrades on hunger strike since the 1st [until the 17th] of October by attacking those responsible for this miserable everyday living. It is our response to the harassment of the comrades by guards, physicians and the staff of penitentiary institutions. So ours is a target easily identifiable and relatable to domination.
The insurrectionary anarchist perspective goes beyond the fetishism of fire or weapons. Our approach to anarchy is a struggle that has no interest in being a televised spectacle, nor need for “self-promotion” due to lack of promotion by the State. So ours is a simple and direct communication that corresponds to the requirement of the moment concerning the striking comrades; a simple and easily reproducible means.
The insurrectionary anarchist perspective is a method, often suitable for the generalization of individual and social conflict that subverts the normalcy. For insurrection as many other forms (and in their entirety) open up possibilities for a veritable revolution. An anarchist method for radical and profound change.
No mediation or dialogues with the State and the Capital!
For the struggle against all kinds of power, including the so-called Popular Power that is being sold to us as autonomy!

The comrades are well, without complications or physical damage. They will soon make the reasons and motives for ending the strike public.
For now this is all the information we have.
