24th April 2013 – As preliminary investigations (415bis) came to an end on March 11 2013, Nicola and Alfredo will go on trial for 280bis (attack with purposes of terrorism), a proceeding also linked to the wounding of Ansaldo Nucleare manager Adinolfi, whose case (270bis) remains open for the two comrades plus another one.
No date has been fixed for the preliminary hearing for 280bis, as the prosecution has not yet submitted the transcripts of the missing environment bugging. After two delays requested by the court, these transcripts should be ready by June 5 (it seems that the experts can’t understand or transcribe Neapolitan dialect, which had sounded so clear to the judges from Genoa when it was used to corroborate the charges, according to the arrogant methods always employed to interpret environment bugging.) Anger Unit / ICR-FAI-IRF torch 3 buildings owned by the Major of Aceh Tamiang, Hamdan Sati (Indonesia)
Wednesday, April 3rd, 2013
We speak through fire. To remember and always keep on our mind, our sisters and brothers who are kidnapped by the state and seized behind bars. To continue the urban guerrilla warfare against enemies of freedom. Let the action speak for us.
On March 31, we burned down 3 buildings owned by the Major of Aceh Tamiang, Hamdan Sati. This is our first action done in Aceh, a region where religious fundamentalists in the past threw 64 punks into a rehabilitation camp and made them ‘normal’. But, we want to clarify that we aren’t Acehnese. We have no citizenship because we are borderless. We are the angry ones who light the fire of freedom.
Solidarity to the imprisoned members of CCF and Th. Mavropoulos, Camenisch, da Silva and Italian comrades arrested during the Ardire, Thor, and Mangifuoco operations and to Cospito and Gai. And last but not least, we salute our fire to comrades of Kozani 4 who were recently arrested.
Mass media video links about the action:

There is no reason to step back. War continues as always and must be more violent each and every time. All of the infrastructures of the society are our targets and there are no excuses to let one still stand against the beautiful sky. All the buildings are the walls against our sight to see the stars, the same stars which our imprisoned and guerrilla comrades in other part of the world are also seeing.
Through the fire, we want to send our warmest greetings to the knights warriors around the globe who still carry on attacks as our revolutionary way. To the brave and dignified prisoners who kept their head up against the misery and cowardice of ‘reformist’ anarchists.
Last night (Friday, 22 February), we burned down another property of Society. We placed an incendiary of fire in the middle-class shopping areas in North Jakarta. We burn the shops as our sample and to once again call the individuals to create their own attacks –especially in Indonesia and South East Asia. We showed through practice that each individual can bring their anger into fire and gasoline without the specializations of elite units. We are not vanguards or the messiah to save the Society. We are the angry individuals who only want to burn down Society.
Only cowards –even self-proclaimed as anarchists– who only see the fire is rising and covering the sky with dark smokes and doing nothing. Cowards are the integral parts of the Society who are always waiting for the ‘right moments’ and trying to keep their life in the comfort zones. And we point out the cowards as our enemies and we will hunt you down also. In the future, we will not feel sorry if in our actions to attack Society, we are risking the life of someone.
From now, we will limit our revolutionary greetings to the comrades who in our judgements are revolutionary. We will not let our fire warm the ‘innocent’, ‘reformist’, ‘pacifist’, ‘formal and pro-judicial anarchists’, ‘facebook anarchists’ and other cowards. Our actions always are only for ourselves and our individualistic values and for the revolutionary comrades.
And through the fire, we send our love to the imprisoned comrades: Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, the 4 anarchists who are recently accused for double robbery in Greece, Alfredo and Nicola and other comrades who accused in Operation Thor, Ixodae, Mangifuoco, and similar repressions in Italy, to Gabriel Pombo da Silva and to Marco Camenisch, to Marcelo, Juan, Fredy, Ivan & Carla in Chile, to Henry in Bolivia, to injured one Tripa Lopez in Mexico, to Tukijo and to the insurrectionary prisoners behind state bars who always kept their dignity and revolutionary values. We also want to send our love to the comrades on the run: Felicity, Hans and others. Keep running and do not let the enemies catch you.
War continues until the collapse of the society.

Yesterday, 10th January, a hearing was held in Genoa, presided by judge Cusatti, concerning the result of the text carried out by the RIS [carabinieri special unit, TN] on the motorcycle helmets found in Nicola’s house. Needless to say, the result was negative, in other words no trace of gunpowder compatible with that of the bullet that hit Ansaldo Nucleare manger Roberto Adinolfi was found. As usual the press of the regime (Secolo XIX, for example) took good care to make things confused and stated that traces of chemical substances compatible with ‘evidence of shooting’ (!) were found in Nicola’s house, a fact which the RIS investigation excluded. As for the next judicial appointment, the date for a preliminary hearing will be decided after the completion of examination of the hard disks seized in the comrades’ houses and as soon as the transcription of phone tapping is made available.

325 receives and transmits:
Last night [10/1/13], we did it once again. Direct action based on our revolutionary values, as nihilists, as individualists and as an expression of the hatred of this society. Covered by the night, we burned a private car in Tomohon (small city in North Sulawesi), owned by an unknown person. It was a car located near the local TV station in that town. A car as a symbol of slavery, eco-disaster and the meaninglessness of life.
We believe, through direct action each revolutionary can speak, even separated by continents and nation-state borders. We believe that revolutionary actions speak loud and reach our sisters and brothers in the Informal Anarchist Federation – International Revolutionary Front.
We dedicate our action to our brother in arms, Panagiotis Argirou, –revolutionary and proud member of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire— who fell down and has to face surgery. When we heard this news, it hurt our heart. We burned a car to send our warmest revolutionary greetings to you, comrade. To let our enemies know that no revolutionary will be left alone. Strength brother! Fire of health for you.
To other members of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and revolutionary anarchist, T. Mavropoulos: all of you are never alone. Our actions are also your revenge.
Not to forget to mention our brothers in Italy who are kidnapped by the state and are seized behind bars. To Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai. Our hearts always with both of you.
We also want to send our revolutionary greetings to Villa Amalias and all the free spaces that are invaded by our enemies. To all squatters who are kidnapped by pigs of the state. Your bravery inspires us to keep our heads up. ‘Fire’ is how we spell solidarity.
And to all anarchist prisoners: to Ivan and Carla, Freddy, Marcelo and Juan, in Chile, to Henry in Bolivia, to John Bowden, to Gabriel Pombo da Silva, to Marco Camenisch, and others around the world. This fire is a metaphor of hugs from us full of respect, solidarity and anger against Power.

FAI/ELF COMMUNIQUE FOR TV & RADIO BLACKOUT
As part of the ongoing anarchist war for total liberation, we carried out a hit on the Bathampton radio and TV relay station. Fires were set at four points of the structures, and we left undisturbed. As a result of the sabotage, on top of causing hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of damage, we regionally shut down all TV channels on Freeview as well as all national analogue and digital radio stations. Additionally it took down Vodaphone and other mobile networks, damaging police communications and other digital services. 80,000 homes and businesses in the area were affected.
The entertainment industry is an important tool to manipulate human behaviour.
Without a steady supply of distractions it would be much harder to persuade people that their lives are satisfactory, to convince them to keep going to work or in whatever way to reproduce the system. So to deprive the network of the ability to offer this essential means of escape from chronic modern stress, anxiety, frustration and dissatisfaction is to undermine the smooth running of society, however temporarily.
There are many soft targets and many lo-tech methods available for us malcontents who gladly choose conflict over despair. This gives rise to the prospect of rebellion with thousands of faces, with infinite reasons to blockade and destroy whatever stands between us and our goals. We want to experience harmony as a living planet, face to face encounter as intimate circles of proud and free-thinking individuals, and a chance to mould an existence filled with wild play and fierce joy. Our first response when faced with today’s crushing domination and a subservient society will always be outbreaks of disorder, refusal and beauty.
Our comrades from far and wide who also carry this fight share our thoughts so closely that often their words could be ours. So when they are kidnapped and held far away from us our determination is only further fuelled. Following many actions in Italy the state has unleashed a wave of repression against anarchists and their projects (Operations Ardire, Mangiafuoco, Ixodidae, Thor…), some across borders, accusing some of attacks of the FAI (Informal Anarchist Federation) and raising a trophy for the media-judicial circus: Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito, who they claim are FAI / Olga Cell. But if the prosecutors thought for one minute that they had dismantled the group even in Italy with their operations, another cell soon proved them wrong with an attack on the banking system in the capital, followed by grid sabotage in Indonesia, gunshots in Mexico, liberations in Russia, bombing in Greece, mass arson in Argentina, to name but a few. The new anarchist guerrillas laugh in the faces of the powerful because the repression is only throwing petrol on the fires of the open leaderless resistance.
We are on the side of everyone who has burnt stuffy textbooks and taken the offensive to reanimate an anarchy that had turned to dust in so many throats. Any rebel’s capture becomes yet another motive to strike, as we have before and will again, as a reminder of the social cost of their imprisonment.
This action carried out eight years to the day since Xosé Tarrio (a dignified prisoner of Spain’s FIES isolation units, against which a series of attacks last decade were later claimed by the first generation of the FAI) died in the cells, leaving his blood on the hands of the jailers, courts and cops.

I receive and publish this request from two comrades locked-up in the AS2 unit of the prison of Alessandria:
Let’s break isolation! We ask the comrades to send us all new publications of the anarchist movement in Italian, English and Spanish. We also ask those who have printed leaflets, posters and articles on our case to send them us and to keep us updated on the struggles carried out in Greece, Mexico, Chile, Spain, Bolivia, etc. For anarchy forever!

Download and distribute – December 2012 version of the international anti-prison anarchist freesheet to copy on the fly.
Frontpage article from Italy considers the laming of Ansaldo Nucleare CEO Roberto Adinolfi, the zine also includes letters from imprisoned anarchist comrades, news and a direct action/sabotage round-up. Gabriel Pombo da Silva penned a letter in solidarity with Marco Camenisch this month, Marco is a persecuted eco-anarchist standing firm against the inquisition of nun Manuela Comodi in Italy and the prison authorities of Switzerland. Lastly, but not least, the call for an International Direct Action Week in solidarity with the always unyielding Mario Antonio López ‘Tripa’ from the 15th to the 22nd of December by the Anticivilization Fraction of the Earth Liberation Front in Mexico.
Not forgetting the yearly call for international anti-prison demonstrations and actions on New Years Eve – the time when people are encouraged by the system to spend even more money in consumerist temples and forget their problems through illusions.

From RadioAzione – Translated by act for freedom now/B.pd
Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito were arrested on September 14 2012 and accused of being the perpetrators of Ansaldo [Nucleare] manager Roberto Adinolfi’s wounding, an action which occurred on May 7 2012 in Genoa and claimed by the Olga FAI/FRI nucleus in the following days. Genoa prosecutors Silvio Franz and Nicola Piacente ordered the arrest with the charge of ‘attack with purposes of murder ‘(art. 280 of the penal code), and justified the demand for remand in custody of the two comrades following investigation results which ‘indicate’ risk of escape and reiteration of the crime (the mere awareness of being investigated becomes here instrumental evidence of guilt, coherence with one’s anarchist principles becomes a sign of dangerousness). On November 21st it was confirmed that Nicola Gai was transferred into the first high security wing (AS1) of San Michele prison in Alessandria, after two months of isolation regime in the prison of Sanremo.

UPDATES ON ALFREDO AND NICOLA
A month after they were arrested, the comrades are still being held in solitary confinement in the prison of Sanremo. They are inflicted body searches and cell searches every day. They cannot communicate with each other or with other prisoners, and they spend the only hour outside the cell in a very small space with a net on the ceiling instead of bars at the windows. Their mail is submitted to censorship (letters to them are examined by the jailers and are delivered after 10/15 days), and if some letters are seized the comrades are not told about it. They can keep only 10 books in the cell and cannot be sent others by mail. This short note just explains the situation in the prison of Sanremo.
Solidarity to all the comrades kidnapped by the state.
To break isolation and cages, here is the address of the comrades:
