An Early Easter Egg on Political Prisoners Day
We, as an early Easter egg, claim responsibility for the fires during the night of 18.03.2020 at two companies involved in the construction of the new Zwickau-Marienthal prison.
Today is the anniversary of the International Day of Political Prisoners. This day was proclaimed to remember the many fighting comrades and comrades-in-arms who are in the dungeons of prisons worldwide. The date is based on the day on which the Paris Commune was proclaimed in 1871. For many people, the Paris Commune was and still is a reference point for revolutionary efforts for social justice and political freedom. The smashing of the Commune, the massacre of thousands of Communards and the deportation of hundreds of them to the penal colonies, where they died a slow death, was intended to show all revolutionaries in the world what a bourgeois government is prepared to do when it sees its power threatened.
Even today thousands of revolutionaries are sitting in the prisons of this world. The emancipatory struggle has been going on since the commune, and its children have come and are still coming under the wheels of repression. There has always been a struggle for the liberation and support of the prisoners. A fundamental critique of domination has been linked to a critique of the prison system and the morality of punishment. The demand for the liberation of the prisoners often turned into a demand to abolish prisons and to overcome the principle of punishment completely. (more…)

During the night of 21-22 January, a Vinci van was set on fire in the 20th arrondissement of Paris (rue Gambon).
Vinci builds prisons (and other shit, the open-air prison, made of misery, exploitation and control).
It is thought that it is urgent to revive a conflicting practice against the prison system, the prisons, those who build them, those who make them exist.
As a beautiful communiqué from Madrid puts it, “how can we not act, in an era of theoretical and practical disarmament of revolutionary forces?”.
Solidarity with those who resist, within these walls. Solidarity with those who struggle outside.
[Note: “Vinci” is a large French company that works in construction, public works and related services].

Many who were driving home for Christmas (or on their relentless commute for the 9-5) will have been dazzled by the 2 huge LED adverts that light up the motorway (and the night sky beyond) in Bristol. Bored of the false dreams and fairy lights, we damaged the billboards by attacking the main mechanisms in the back of the glittery display. We also smashed a computer console that is part of the spectacle.
Lots of people decorated with tinsel and trees… but we redecorated another billboard, this time by BT (British Telecom). Their new campaign reads “Open for Business: Not Attack”. We said: “Open to attack on all shit businesses! Anarchy!”.
While the country distracts itself with thoughts of a ‘Happy New Year’, and zombies wander the streets addicted to their smart phones… we prefer a more direct way to communicate. The Christmas period just means more isolation and time locked in cells for most prisoners.. Even when people are unlocked, they have to pay way more than the normal rate to make phone calls. BT make a huge profit from their prison contract and have the monopoly on all phones in UK prisons.
This action is a small nod to all those inside during this time of year… especially Kevan Thakrar and the Park Bench 3.
Fire to the prisons!

BURNING HEARTS CANNOT BE LOCKED AWAY
FREEDOM FOR THE THREE ON THE PARK BENCH!
On the night of 8 July 2019, three of our comrades were arrested on a park bench. On the same night there were several house searches in various districts of Hamburg, during which some of the people were forced out of their beds with weapons. The suspicion, according to the Attorney General’s Office, was the preparation of an arson attack. On 9 July, the three were brought before the magistrate. Two of them were remitted from custody and the third had her arrest warrant suspended, with conditions – she has to report once a week and is not allowed to leave the country – and she has been on the outside ever since. A evaluation trial for the pre-trial detention was requested by the defence and then withdrawn two weeks later. A new date is not foreseeable at the moment.
Currently DNA was taken from the two prisoners for comparison. The person outside did not have to give any DNA, since the alleged traces found are only male DNA. The two in custody are doing well, considering the circumstances. Since the LKA (State criminal police office) officials are present at every visit, the visits that take place twice a month for one hour depend on the LKA calendars. Telephone calls (1 hour per month) and letters are also monitored, listened to and read by the LKA,
the prison and the General Prosecutor’s Office. Accordingly, there is never a moment of private communication between the two and their friends or family. It is clear to them what this place should do to them – but they keep their heads up and share solidarity and contact with fellow prisoners. (more…)

We learned with rage that our comrades of Hamburg known as “the park bench three”, are in prison on remand. The fact that two of them are charged with “harmful inclinations” doesn’t surprise us. Always, those who rebel against the prevailing order are condemned as “parasites”.
Our comrades are clearly accused of attempted arson as they were arrested in possession of incendiaries in this Hamburg park. It should be clear to everyone that this is yet another repressive blow against the anti-G20 rebels and their world, also concerning the arrest on the day of the anniversary of the riots. (more…)
