Sisters and brothers, painfully and ever alert to the developments of Luciano’s condition, we can’t sit idly. We make a call to show solidarity in every way possible with Luciano. That’s why we designed these posters*, to call for solidarity without limits.
We take advantage of telling you that Luciano NOT LOST HIS EYES. He has been seriously injured, but has not gone blind. (more…)

Solidarity with anarchists Christoforos Kortesis, Sarantos Nikitopoulos and Vaggelis Stathopoulos (Greece)
Sunday, May 29th, 2011
In Greece 3 anarchists accused of being part of the armed group ‘Revolutionary Struggle’, have had their provisional liberty denied to them after a reversal of a high-court judgement freeing them before trial. Here is a translation of a poster flyposted in the Greek streets with the info, from Actforfreedomnow. The comrades always denied their involvement, but never hid their anarchist radicalism.

THE UNPRECEDENTED JUDICIAL COUP D’ETAT* DOES NOT SURPRISE US.
THEY ARE JUST AN EXPRESSION OF THE MODERN JUNTA THAT HAS BEEN IMPOSED ON SOCIETY.
On April 5th 2011 in the frame of the forecasted judicial process, the council of judges of appeals decided unanimously and irrevocably the release of the 3 anarchists Christoforos Kortesis, Sarantos Nikitopoulos, Vaggelis Stathopoulos (already their imprisonment has lasted 12 months), who are persecuted for the Revolutionary Struggle case and from the first moment deny the charges.
*However on May 19th 2011 the Supreme Court, with a secret and precedent legal move, reverses this decision methodizing their (re)imprisonment!
THEY SHOULD KNOW, ALL THESE AGENTS OF “JUSTICE” AND “LEGALITY” WHO DO NOT HESITATE TO TURN INTO RUBBER EVEN THEIR OWN LAWS THAT NO COMRADE IS ALONE.
HANDS OFF OUR COMRADES.
In solidarity
